Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces during his meeting with Chinese Minister of Defense Wei Fenghe in Tehran confirms that “the Iranian military relations with China witnessed a noticeable development during the last years”.
Director of the Iranian Armed Forces General Staff Major General Moḥammad Bāqerī on Wednesday revealed that “the Iranian military relations with China witnessed a noticeable development during the last few years”.
After having negotiations with Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe in Tehran Bāqerī said that “the Iranian and Chinese sides in a meeting today agreed on developing the bilateral cooperation on the fields of joint exercises and exchange of experience, but also on the matters of training and the rest of the common areas in order to provide better security in the regions under the sovereignty of the two countries”.
Bāqerī underlined the development of the relations between the Iranian and Chinese Armed Forces in the training, military, and security sectors. Bāqerī revealed that the two sides held a number of joint exercises in the Sea of Oman.
Today Iranian President Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī met with Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe and confirmed that “the strategic relationship with China is built on the basis of mutual political trust”. Also adding that “the implication of the strategic partnership document between Iran and China is a priority in this matter”.
Iranian Defense Minister Moḥammad Reẓā Āštiyānī today also met with his Chinese colleague in Tehran with the aim of strengthening the level of strategic defense cooperation between the two countries.
Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe arrived in Tehran today to meet with high-ranking Iranian officials and with them study the international and regional developments and the bilateral ties.

إيران والصين تتفقان على تطویر التعاون الثنائي في مجال المناورات والتدريب

كشف رئيس هيئة أركان القوات المسلحة الإيرانية، اللواء محمد باقري، اليوم الأربعاء، أنّ “العلاقات العسكرية الإيرانية مع الصين شهدت تطوراً ملحوظاً خلال السنوات الأخيرة”.
وقال باقري، بعد أن أجرى مباحثات مع وزير الدفاع الصيني وي فنغ خه في طهران، إنّ “الجانبين الإيراني والصيني اتفقا في لقاء اليوم على تطویر التعاون الثنائي في مجال المناورات وتبادل التجارب وقضايا التدريب وباقي القطاعات المشتركة، لكي نتمكن من إرساء أمن أفضل في المناطق الواقعة تحت سيادة الدولتين”.
وشدّد باقري على تطوير التعاون بين القوات المسلحة الإيرانية والصينية في المجالات التدريبية والعسكرية والأمنية. وكشف باقري عن أنّ الطرفين أجريا عدداً من المناورات المشتركة في بحر عمان.
والتقى الرئيس الإيراني، إبراهيم رئيسي، اليوم، وزير الدفاع الصيني وي فنغ خه، وأكد أنّ “العلاقة الاستراتيجية مع الصين مبنية على أساس الثقة السياسية المتبادلة”، مضيفاً أنّ “تنفيذ وثيقة التعاون الاستراتيجي بين إيران والصين أولوية في هذا السياق”.
والتقى وزیر الدفاع الإيراني محمد رضا آشتیانی، اليوم، أيضاً نظیره الصیني في طهران، بهدف تعزیز مستوی التعاون الاستراتيجي الدفاعي بین البلدین.
ووصل وزير الدفاع الصيني وي فنغ خه إلى طهران اليوم، ليجتمع مع المسؤولین الإیرانیین الکبار، ویبحث معهم التطورات الدولیة والإقلیمیة والعلاقات الثنائیة
