The armed forces and the security services of the government of Sana’a are having an emergency meeting and warn the United States and its partners not to foolishly militarize the Red Sea, the Arab Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.

Minister of Defense of the government in Sana’a Brigadier General Muḥammad al-‘Āṭifī said that the Republic of Yemen possesses a number of strategic options it will not hesitate to use when these are had to be made.
During the extraordinary meeting of the armed forces and the security services of the government in Sana’a on Wednesday al-‘Āṭifī announced “the readiness of the Yemeni armed forces to strike enemies with the most severe and strong direct hits in case the crimes and the blockade against the Palestinian people go on, or if they though to interfere with the security and sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen”.
He underlined that the Yemeni position calling for a stop to the genocidal crimes against the wronged Palestinian people and suffocating blockade against them is a religious and moral position in line with all the humanitarian and international laws.
On his behalf Minister of Interior of the government in Sana’a Brigadier General ‘Abd al-Karīm al-Ḥūtī has pointed out that all of the security forces are in a general mobilization and high alert fully ready to fulfill their duties in cooperation and coordination with the armed forces and to carry out the instructions of the Leader of the Revolution as-Sayyid ‘Abd al-Malik al-Ḥūtī.
The Command of the Yemeni Armed and Security Forces of the government of Sana’a warned the United States and its partners not to foolishly militarize the Red Sea, the Arab Sea, and the Gulf of Aden and not to jeopardize the security of the international maritime movement serving the Occupying Israeli Entity.
They presented the fighting preparedness of the various units of the military organizations, the land, naval, air, areal defense, missile, and security units, and the set of duties they are tasked with in light of this sensitive and significant phase.
At the same time reporter on the American Fox News channel on Wednesday reported that for the first time in history, an American naval vessel shot down a ballistic missile during fighting saying that this happened three times on Tuesday in Yemen.

On Tuesday the Responsible Statecraft website magazine of the American Quincy Studies Institute issued a report talking about the attacks from Yemen on the Red Sea.
The magazine said that the Yemenis “are the unchallenged masters of the sea and they have largely achieved their objectives”, adding: “Among the objectives was to impose costs of Israel and its allies and to showcase their regional influence”.
This comes after the announcement of the United States and a number of Western and regional states to set up a naval coalition with the aim to prevent Yemen from targeting the Israeli ships heading to occupied Palestine.
Since Yemen announced that it categorically rejects the Israeli aggression the Palestinian people suffer from in the Gaza Strip the Yemeni front formed an important actor in the equation in the ongoing confrontation of the “Flood of al-Aqṣā” battle. During this the Yemeni Armed Forces have launched a series of military operations on the Red Sea, specifically at the Bāb al-Mandib Straight, against the cargo ships and groups heading to “Israel”, imposing a naval blockade on the port of Eilat and the Occupying Entity.

القوات المسلحة والأجهزة الأمنية في حكومة صنعاء تعقد اجتماعاً استثنائياً، وتحذّر الولايات المتحدة وشركاءها من مغبة عسكرة البحر الأحمر وبحر العرب وخليج عدن.

قال وزير الدفاع في حكومة صنعاء، اللواء الركن محمد العاطفي، إن الجمهورية اليمنية لديها عدد من الخيارات الاستراتيجية، التي لن تتوانى عن اتخاذها متى اضطُرت إلى ذلك.
وأعلن العاطفي، خلال اجتماع استثنائي للقوات المسلحة والأجهزة الأمنية في حكومة صنعاء، اليوم الأربعاء، “جاهزية القوات المسلحة اليمنية لتلقين الأعداء أقسى الضربات الموجعة والقوية، إذا ما استمرت جرائمهم وحصارهم على الشعب الفلسطيني، أو فكروا في المساس بأمن الجمهورية اليمنية وسيادتها”.
وشدد على أن الموقف اليمني، الداعي إلى وقف جرائم الإبادة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني المظلوم ورفع الحصار الخانق عنه، موقف ديني وأخلاقي يتوافق مع كل القوانين الإنسانية والدولية.
من جهته، أشار وزير الداخلية في حكومة صنعاء، اللواء عبد الكريم الحوثي، إلى أنّ جميع القوات الأمنية في حالة استنفار عام، وجاهزية عالية، واستعداد تام للقيام بواجبها بالتعاون والتنسيق المشتركين مع القوات المسلحة لتنفيذ توجيهات قائد الثورة السيد عبد الملك الحوثي.
وحذر قادة القوات المسلحة والأمن اليمنية في صنعاء الولايات المتحدة وشركاءها من مغبة عسكرة البحر الأحمر وبحر العرب وخليج عدن، والإضرار بأمن الملاحة الدولية، خدمةً للكيان الإسرائيلي المحتل.
وعرضوا الجاهزية القتالية لمختلف الوحدات والتشكيلات العسكرية، البرية والبحرية والجوية والدفاع الجوي والصاروخية والأمنية، ومجمل المهمّات المنوطة بها، في ظل المرحلة الحساسة والمفصلية.
بالتزامن، أفاد مراسل قناة “فوكس نيوز” الأميركية، اليوم الأربعاء، بأنه، لأول مرة في التاريخ، تُسقط سفينة حربية أميركية صاروخاً باليستياً في أثناء القتال، قائلاً إن ذلك حدث 3 مرات بالأمس في اليمن
ويوم أمس، تناولت مجلّة “ريسبونسابل ستيتكرافت” الإلكترونية، التابعة لمعهد “كوينسي للدراسات” الأميركي، تقريراً تحدثت فيه عن الهجمات من اليمن في البحر الأحمر.
وقالت المجلة إن اليمنيين “هم سادة الحرب غير المتكافئة، وحققوا أهدافهم إلى حدّ كبير”، مضيفة: “من بين الأهداف فرض التكاليف على إسرائيل وحلفائها، وإظهار نفوذهم الإقليمي”.
يأتي ذلك بعد إعلان الولايات المتحدة وعدد من الدول الغربية والإقليمية إنشاء تحالف بحري بهدف منع اليمن من استهداف السفن الإسرائيلية المتوجهة إلى فلسطين المحتلة.
وشكَّلت جبهة اليمن، منذ إعلان صنعاء رفضها المطلق للعدوان الإسرائيلي الذي يتعرض له الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة، مرتكزاً مهمّاً في معادلة المواجهة الدائرة ضمن معركة “طوفان الأقصى”، أطلقت خلالها القوات المسلحة اليمنية سلسلةً من العمليات العسكرية في البحر الأحمر، وتحديداً في مضيق باب المندب، ضد السفن وقوافل الشحن المتجهة إلى “إسرائيل”، فارضةً حصاراً بحرياً على ميناء إيلات وكيان الاحتلال
