According to what the correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported on Monday, the Saudi aggression targeted Sana’a International Airport with a number of strikes.

In response to that the official spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces stated that “the aggression will not go without punishment”, stating: “the Saudi enemy ended the period of de-escalation and its has to endure the punishment for its aggression”.

On its behalf the Foreign Ministry of the Sana’a government stated that “the Saudi regime declared war and its had to take full responsibility for that”.

As for the Ministry of Transportation, it believed that “the renewed Saudi attack against Sana’a Airport and the violation of the airspace is a Saudi attempt for an American-Zionist push to continue the blockade”.

In this context a high level Yemeni source confirmed to al-Mayadeen that “breaking the siege on Sana’a’s civilian airport is not revocable”, pointing out the high readiness of the Yemeni Army and its preparedness for all scenarios, saying that “the Kingdom will flare the repercussions for any escalation”.

The source believed that the responsibility for undermining the peace rests upon Saudi Arabia that “did not study the period well and relies on its mercenaries while drawing up its illusions”.

A source to al-Mayadeen: the mercenaries move by the Saudi orders

It warned against any “unconsidered behaviors by Riyadh and its mercenaries”, and the path will take a new phase, adding: “Riyadh will not remain hidden behind its tools. It’s economy, airports and ports will go up in flames of any foolishness it may commit”.

The source confirmed that the mercenaries “move by Saudi orders and any military step by them will be considered as a Saudi step”.

The Iranian Fars News Agency had reported that an Iranian civilian plane had landed in Sana’a Airport on Monday morning.

It is important to mention that an Iranian civilian plane had broken the siege on Sana’a, when it delivered more than 200 sick Yemeni citizens, or stranded abroad from outside the country and the also the official Yemeni delegation to Tehran to participate in the mourning ceremonies of Supreme Leader as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī.

It should be pointed out that the forces of the Saudi Coalition had imposed a blockade over the Yemeni airspace on 9 August 2016, which has led to closing Sana’a airport completely for the commercial flights.

It should also be pointed out that Sana’a Airport represents the main artery for Yemen, as it serves roughly 80% of the Republic of Yemen, meaning around 20 million people.

استهدف عدوان سعودي بعدة غارات، اليوم الاثنين، مطار صنعاء الدولي، بحسب ما أفاد مراسل الميادين في اليمن.

وعليه، قال المتحدّث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية إنّ “العدوان لن يمرّ دون عقاب”، مردفاً: “العدو السعودي أنهى مرحلة خفض التصعيد وعليه تحمّل عواقب عدوانه”.

بدورها، قالت وزارة الخارجية في حكومة صنعاء إنّ “النظام السعودي أعلن الحرب وعليه أن يتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن ذلك”.

أما عن وزارة النقل فاعتبرت أنّ “استهداف السعودية المتجدّد لمطار صنعاء وخرق الأجواء إصرار سعودي بدفع أميركي صهيوني لاستمرار الحصار”.

وفي الإطار، أكّد مصدر يمني رفيع للميادين بأنّ “كسر الحصار على مطار صنعاء المدني لا رجعة فيه”، مشيراً إلى جاهزية الجيش اليمني العالية، واستعداده للسيناريوهات كلّها، قائلاً: “أيّ تصعيد ستتحمّل المملكة تبعاته

واعتبر المصدر أنّ المسؤولة عن عرقلة السلام هي السعودية، التي “لم تدرس المرحلة جيداً، وتعتمد على مرتزقتها في رسم التصوّرات”.

مصدر للميادين: المرتزقة يتحرّكون بأوامر سعودية

وحذّر من أنّ أيّ تصرّفات “غير مدروسة من قبل الرياض ومرتزقتها”، سينقل المسار إلى مرحلة جديدة، مضيفاً: “لن تتستر الرياض خلف أدواتها، وسيكتوي اقتصادها ومطاراتها وموانئها بنيران أيّ حماقة ترتكب”.

وأكد المصدر أنّ المرتزقة “يتحرّكون بأوامر سعودية، وأيّ تحرّك عسكري لهم سيعتبر تحرّكاً للسعودية”.

وكانت وكالة “فارس” الإيرانية قد أفادت بهبوط طائرة مدنية إيرانية في مطار صنعاء، صباح اليوم.

والجدير بالذكر أنّ طائرة إيرانية مدنية كانت قد كسرت الحصار على صنعاء، بعدما أقلّت أكثر من 200 مواطن يمني من المرضى والمسافرين العالقين في الخارج والوفد الرسمي لليمن إلى طهران للمشاركة في تشييع قائد الثورة السيد علي خامنئي.

ويشار إلى أنّ قوات تحالف العدوان فرضت في الـ 9 من آب/أغسطس من العام 2016، حظراً على المجال الجوي اليمني، ما أدّى إلى إغلاق مطار صنعاء بشكل كامل أمام الرحلات التجارية.

وللإشارة، فإنّ مطار صنعاء يمثّل الشريان الرئيسي لليمن، ما يخدم قرابة 80% من تعداد الجمهورية اليمنية، أي نحو 20 مليون نسمة
