In this context a high level military source confirmed to al-Mayadeen that the “Ruğūm” drone is a locally produced one and only one of the drone systems the Yemeni Army possesses.
The source confirmed that the “Ruğūm” drone is unique compared to its counterparts n other states, pointing out that the Yemeni war correspondence will reveal its details at the appropriate time.
The source revealed that the Yemeni Armed Forces “possesses a number of surprises and will announce them according to the needs of the battlefields and the arrangements of the situation on the ground”.
Military source: The strikes of the Armed Forces foiled the preparations for a land battle
In this context the Saba’a news agency quoted a Yemeni military source saying that the strikes of the Yemeni Armed Forces about which the war correspondence published footages targeted precise and sensitive positions.
The same source pointed out the strikes contributed to foiling the preparations of the “enemy” for a land battle.
Az-Zubaydī to al-Mayadeen: The “Ruğūm” is capable of carrying quantities of shells
In this context military and political affairs expert Brigadier General ‘Abd al-Ġanī az-Zubaydī told al-Mayadeen that the footages that were aired by the Yemeni war correspondence show the development of the Yemeni produced “Ruğūm” drone and its capability to precisely hit the targets.
He explained that the third generation of drones were used in the new attacks against the forces allied with Saudi Arabia, pointing out that the “Ruğūm” can fly as far as 10 kilometers and can carry quantities of shells. Also that the footages document that new types of shells were used that precisely hit the targets.

Az-Zubaydī confirmed that Yemeni capabilities have became advanced in hitting the mobilizations of the Saudi forces, officers and soldiers in Ma’rib and other places, expressing that the footages hold a message that the Yemeni Armed Forces progress towards targeting the mobilizations of the Saudi forces and those allied with it.
He added that broadcasting these footages play a role in delivering a message to the formations of Saudi Arabia and to affect their future movements.
The Yemeni Armed Forces had carried out a number of operations beforehand within the frame of the a maritime blockade statement against Saudi Arabia and to prove “the equation of blockade for blockade”. Officials spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yaḥyā Sarī‘ in a statement said that the forces targeted the “Amazān” oil tanker of Saudi Arabia in the north of the Red Sea, close to the shores of Yanbu‘ with ballistic missiles, pointing out that the hit was “precise and direct” that led to fire breaking out on the ship. Other ships also present at the area of the targeting left.
This comes in light of the announcement of the Yemeni Armed Forces in July that the 2022 ceasefire with Saudi Arabia has collapsed after the latest aggression against Sana’a airport.
On the other hand the Yemeni Armed Forces announced a naval blockade against Riyadh within the equation of “blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation” after the major popular authorization expressed by millions on the Friday masses in Sana’a and in a number of provinces.

وفي هذا السياق، أكد مصدر عسكري يمني رفيع للميادين، أن طائرة “رجوم” المسيّرة محلية الصنع، وهي واحدة من منظومات الطائرات المسيّرة التي يمتلكها الجيش اليمني.
وأوضح المصدر أن “رجوم” متميزة وفريدة عن نظيراتها في الدول الأخرى، مشيراً إلى أن الإعلام الحربي اليمني سيكشف عن تفاصيلها في الوقت المناسب.
وكشف المصدر أن القوات المسلحة اليمنية “تمتلك مفاجآت عدة، سيجري الإعلان عنها وفق متطلّبات المعركة وترتيبات الوضع الميداني”.
مصدر عسكري: ضربات القوات المسلحة أفشلت تحضيرات للمعركة البرية
على صلة، نقلت وكالة “سبأ” عن مصدر عسكري يمني قوله إن ضربات القوات المسلحة اليمنية، التي نشر الإعلام الحربي مشاهدها، استهدفت مواقع دقيقة وحساسة.
ولفت المصدر نفسه أن الضربات أسهمت في إفشال تحضيرات “العدو” للمعركة البرية.
الزبيدي للميادين: “رجوم” قادرة على حمل كميات من الذخيرة
وفي هذا السياق، قال الخبير بالشؤون العسكرية والسياسية العميد عبد الغني الزبيدي، للميادين إن المشاهد التي بثّها الإعلام الحربي اليمني تُظهر تطوّر مسيّرة “رجوم” يمنية الصنع وقدرتها على إصابة الأهداف بدقة.
وأوضح أن الجيل الثالث من المسيّرة استُخدم في الهجمات الجديدة ضد القوى المتحالفة مع السعودية، مشيراً إلى أن “رجوم” تحلّق لمسافة 10 كلم وقادرة على حمل كميات من الذخيرة، وأن المشاهد توثّق استخدام نوع جديد من المقذوفات التي تصيب أهدافها بدقة.

وأكد الزبيدي أن القدرات اليمنية أصبحت متطورة في ضرب تحشدات القوى والضباط والجنود السعوديين في مأرب وغيرها، معتبراً أن المشاهد تحمل رسالة بأن القوات المسلحة اليمنية ماضية في استهداف تحشدات القوات السعودية والقوى المتحالفة معها.
وأضاف أن نشر هذه المشاهد يؤدي دوراً في إيصال رسائل إلى التشكيلات التابعة للسعودية والتأثير في تحركاتها مستقبلاً.
وكانت القوات المسلحة اليمنية قد نفذت عمليات عسكرية عدة في وقت سابق، في إطار قرار حظر الملاحة البحرية على السعودية وتثبيت “معادلة الحصار بالحصار”. وقال المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية، العميد يحيى سريع، في بيان، إن القوات استهدفت السفينة النفطية “أمزان” التابعة للسعودية شمالي البحر الأحمر، قبالة سواحل ينبع، بصاروخ بالستي، مشيراً إلى أن الإصابة كانت “دقيقة ومباشرة” وأدت إلى اندلاع حريق في السفينة، فيما غادرت سفن أخرى كانت موجودة في منطقة الاستهداف.
ويأتي هذا في ظلّ إعلان القوات المسلحة اليمنية في تموز/يوليو الماضي، سقوط هدنة 2022 مع السعودية، بعد عدوان الأخيرة على مطار صنعاء.
