The correspondent of al-Mayadeen cites Tunisian media sources that the President of the an-Nahḍa Movement and his deputy received an invitation to represent themselves in the investigation at the Anti-Terrorist Department.
The correspondent of the al-Mayadeen in Tunisia cited political sources on Sunday that the police summoned the President of the an-Nahḍa Movement Rāšid al-Ġannūšī and his deputy, ‘Alī al-‘Arīḍ to question them at the Anti-Terrorist Department on Monday.
According to the Reuters news agency, the investigation will proceed with officials about sending fighters to Syria knowing that al-Ġannūšī told the agency that “he will be present for the investigation”, adding that “he has no knowledge about the cause”.
A few days ago the correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported the detention of a former leading member of the Tunisian an-Nahḍa Movement al-Ḥabīb al-Lawz in association with the case of transporting youth to fight in Syria. Al-Lawz is accused, of being one of the main agitators for fighting in Syria in the first years following the fall of Zayn al-‘Ābidīn ibn ‘Alī’s power.
A few weeks ago the Tunisian judiciary opened a large-scale investigation about the case of transporting young men to the middle of the turmoil to join terrorist groups including 126 people. This case went on between 2011 and 2013.
It should be remembered that the Tunisian judiciary officially charged 33 people in June accusing them of “belonging to a terrorist organization”, al-Ġannūšī being one of them.
The investigation against President of the Tunisian an-Nahḍa Movement Rāšid al-Ġannūšī ended in July about accusations connected to terrorism and money laundering and the prosecuting judge decreed to release him.
On his behalf al-Ġannūšī admitted that many sides, including the an-Nahḍa Movement, hold him responsible for the mistakes he committed in the period after the revolution.
Earlier the Anti-Terrorist Court ordered the freezing of the financial assets and bank accounts of 10 people, amongst them the President of the an-Nahḍa Movement Rāšid al-Ġannūšī and former Prime Minister Ḥammādī al-Ğibālī.
The Tunisian judiciary on 27 June issued a travel ban court decree against al-Ġannūšī in association with the investigation of political assassinations that happened in 2013.

مراسل الميادين ينقل عن مصادر إعلامية تونسية أنّ رئيس حركة النهضة ونائبه تلقيا دعوةً للمثول أمام التحقيق بقطب مكافحة الإرهاب
نقل مراسل الميادين في تونس عن مصادر سياسيةٍ، اليوم الأحد، أنّ الشرطة استدعت رئيس حركة النهضة راشد الغنوشي ونائبه علي العريض للاستجواب لدى قطب مكافحة الإرهاب، يوم غد الاثنين.
ووفق وكالة رويترز، سيجري التحقيق مع المسؤولين بشأن إرسال مقاتلين إلى سوريا، علماً أنّ الغنوشي قال للوكالة إنّه “سيحضر للتحقيق”، مضيفاً أنّه “ليس على علمٍ بالسبب”.
وقبل أيّام، أفاد مراسل الميادين، بتوقيف القيادي السابق في حركة النهضة التونسية، الحبيب اللوز، على خلفية ملف نقل شباب للقتال في سوريا. ويُتّهم اللوز بكونه من أبرز المحرّضين على القتال في سوريا، في السنوات الأولى التي أعقبت سقوط نظام زين العابدين بن علي.
ومنذ أسابيع، فتح القضاء التونسي تحقيقاً واسعاً في ملف تسفير الشباب إلى بؤر التوتر للالتحاق بالمجموعات الإرهابية، شمل 126 شخصاً، وهو الملف الذي ازدهر بين عامي 2011 و2013.
ويذكر أنّ القضاء التونسي وجه رسمياً، في حزيران/يونيو الفائت، إلى 33 شخصاً تهمة “الانتماء إلى تنظيم إرهابي”، بينهم الغنوشي.
وكان التحقيق مع رئيس حركة النهضة التونسية راشد الغنوشي، قد انتهى في تموز/يوليو الفائت، بتهم تتعلق بالإرهاب وتبييض الأموال، وقرر قاضي التحقيق إطلاق سراحه.
من جانبه، أقر الغنوشي بأنّ جهات عديدة، بينها حركة النهضة، تتحمّل مسؤولية الأخطاء التي ارتكبت في فترة ما بعد الثورة.
وفي وقتٍ سابق، أمر قضاء مكافحة الإرهاب بتجميد الأرصدة المالية والحسابات المصرفية لـ10 شخصيات، بينها رئيس حركة النهضة ورئيس الحكومة السابق حمادي الجبالي.
وكان القضاء التونسي قد أصدر في 27 حزيران/يونيو الماضي قراراً قضى بمنع سفر الغنوشي في إطار تحقيق باغتيالات سياسية حدثت عام 2013
