In a post on the X platform Commander General of the Revolutionary Guards Major General Aḥmad Vaḥīdī said that “Iran is not afraid of the war”, pointing out that this represents “the loud and firm call of the Iranian people”.
Vaḥīdī added that “this call was echoed by President Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān from the pulpit of the United Nations and has reached the ears of the whole world”.
In the same context Pezeškiyān in his speech in front of the United Nations General Assembly confirmed the American President Donald Trump described his country as “terrorist”, yet it was Iran that fell victim of the American terrorism.
He explained that when he was elected and inaugurated as president the enemies assassinated martyr leader Ismā‘īl Haniyya, adding: “They came from far away to kill us”.
The Iranian President pointed out that the United States and “Israel” committed aggression against his country and these are the ones that are conducting researches of weapons technologies and systems, but the Iranian people resisted the aggression.
He continued that the people who cannot defend itself would fall and that the Iranian defense systems were specifically designed to defend the country.

قال القائد العام لحرس الثورة اللواء أحمد وحيدي، في منشور عبر منصة “إكس”، إن “إيران لا تخاف من الحرب”، مشيراً إلى أن ذلك يمثل “النداء العالي والثابت للشعب الإيراني”.
وأضاف وحيدي أن “هذا النداء صدح به لسان رئيس الجمهورية مسعود بزشكيان من على منبر منظمة الأمم المتحدة، ووصل إلى مسامع العالم أجمع
وفي سياق متصل، أكّد بزشكيان، في خطابه أمام الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، أن الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب يصف بلاده بـ”الإرهاب”، إلا أن إيران هي من وقعت ضحية للإرهاب الأميركي.
وأوضح أنه في وقت انتخابه وتنصيبه رئيساً، اغتال الأعداء الشهيد القائد اسماعيل هنية، مضيفاً: “أتوا من بعيد ليقتلونا”.
كما أشار الرئيس الإيراني إلى أن الولايات المتحدة و”إسرائيل” اعتدتا على بلاده وهما مجهزتان بأحدث التقنيات ومنظومات الأسلحة، إلا أن الشعب الإيراني صمد أمام العدوان.
وتابع أن الشعب الذي لا يستطيع الدفاع عن نفسه يُسحق، وأن المنظومات الدفاعية الإيرانية صُنعت خصيصاً للدفاع عن البلاد
