The Algerian Security announces the arrest of a terrorist tasked with contact the “MAK” terrorist organization on his way to Spain, and also the arrest of 4 terrorist in the south of the country.
The Algerian Special Security Directorate in Oran Province arrested Mālā Yūġurṭa, who was tasked to contact the “MAK” terrorist organization, while being on the verge of leaving the country on an illegal way to Spain.
According to what was reported by the Algerian news agency from a security source on Thursday “the matter is connected to terrorist Mālā Yūġurṭa, also called Yūbā, who was tasked to contact the organization being registered as a terrorist organization. He was the resident of ‘Azāzaqa area in Tīzī-Wizū Province.
The source added that “the terrorist Yūġurṭa, who was arrested in the city of ‘Ayn at-Turk in the coast of Oran was planning to leave Algeria on a secret way towards the Spanish coasts”.
The Algerian authorities announced last month that a group belonging to the “MAK” terrorist organization was apprehended, which was preparing to take armed operations targeting the Algerian security.
The Algerian authorities announced that the plan to commit armed action with the help of “Israel” and a North African country was foiled.
According to what the Algerian news agency reported on a security source, at the same time the Security Directorate in the south of Algeria arrested 4 people belonging to a terrorist organization.
The Security Directorate in Ġardāya Province in Southern Algeria arrested a terrorist called Šukrī Bilāl, also called “Ḥūdayfa” (previously Abū al-Baṣīr), who in 2016 joined that ranks of the terrorist organization called “Support Group for Islam and the Muslims”, being active in Northern Mali.
The security sources added that the wide ranged awareness about this matter enabled an operation of arresting 3 other people in the provinces of Ġardāya and Tamanrāsit.

الأمن الجزائري يعلن توقيف إرهابي مكلّف بالاتصال بمنظمة “الماك” الإرهابية وهو في طريقه إلى إسبانيا، وتوقيف 4 إرهابيين جنوبي البلاد
اعتقلت مصالح الأمن الجزائرية المختصة في ولاية وهران، مالا يوغرطة المكلّف بالاتصال بالمنظمة الإرهابية “الماك”، وهو على وشك مغادرة البلاد بطريقة غير شرعية باتجاه إسبانيا.
وبحسب ما نقلته وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية عن مصدر أمني، اليوم الخميس، فإنّ “الأمر يتعلق بالإرهابي، مالا يوغرطة، المدعو يوبا، وهو مكلّف بالاتصال بالمنظمة المصنفة إرهابية، والمقيم بمنطقة عزازقة، بولاية تيزي وزو”.
وأضاف المصدر، أنّ “الإرهابي يوغرطة الذي تمّ توقيفه بمدينة عين الترك، ساحل وهران، كان يعتزم مغادرة الجزائر بطريقة سرية تجاه السواحل الإسبانية”.
وكانت السلطات الجزائرية أعلنت في شهر تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الماضي، إلقاء القبض على مجموعة تنتمي إلى منظمة “الماك” الإرهابية، والتي كانت في صدد الإعداد للقيام بعمليات مسلّحة تستهدف أمن الجزائر.
وأعلنت السلطات الجزائرية، عن إفشال المخطط لتنفيذ عمل مسلح بمساعدة “إسرائيل” ودولة في شمال أفريقيا.
بالتوازي، أوقفت مصالح الأمن بالجنوب الجزائري 4 أشخاص ينتمون إلى جماعة ارهابية، وفق ما نقلت وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية عن مصدر أمني.
وقامت مصالح أمنية بولاية غرداية جنوبي الجزائر، بتوقيف الإرهابي المسمى شكري بلال، المدعو “حذيفة” (أبو البصير سابقاً)، والذي التحق في العام 2016 بصفوف التنظيم الإرهابي المسمى “مجموعة دعم الاسلام والمسلمين”، والناشط في شمال مالي.
وأفادت مصادر أمنية بأنّ التحريات الموسعة حول هذه القضية سهّلت عملية توقيف 3 أفراد آخرين، بولايتي غرداية وتمنراست
