Yemeni military sources confirm to al-Mayadeen that the commander of the President Hādī’s special forces, Brigadier General ‘Abd al-Ġanī Ša‘lān got killed in Ma‘rib, while explosions shake the province after bombardments targeted the third military district of the Coalition.
According to what Yemeni sources reported to al-Mayadeen explosions shook the province of Ma’rib after bombardments targeted the third military district of the Saudi Coalition.
In this context, Yemeni military sources confirmed to al-Mayadeen that: “the commander of President Hādī’s special forces, Brigadier General ‘Abd al-Ġanī Ša‘lān was killed in Ma‘rib”.
At the same time, the president of the military intelligence office in Sana’a Major General ‘Abd Allah al-Ḥākim said that: “the direction is to reach a conclusion and repulse the aggressor”.
At the same time, a missile attack hit a military meeting of the leadership and officers of the Saudi Coalition at the third military district in Ma’rib in Eastern Yemen.
The sources pointed out that: “the missile attack against the third military district in Ma’rib was precise and caused deaths and injuries on the leadership of the Saudi Coalition forces”.
Today, on Friday local Yemeni sources reported to al-Mayadeen that: “the Yemeni armed forces managed to take control over a number of positions on the al-Balaq Mountain overlooking the Ma’rib dam”.
The sources pointed out that: “deaths occurred amongst the ranks of President ‘Abd Rabbihi Manṣūr Hādī’s forces, including officers of the attacking the forces of Sana’a at the al-Balaq Mountain West of Ma’rib”.
Yesterday, on Thursday local sources reported to al-Mayadeen that the Yemeni armed forces “thwarted a mobilization of President ‘Abd Rabbihi Manṣūr Hādī’s and the Coalition’s forces, towards the area of az-Zūr at the Ṣirwāḥ in Ma’rib in Northeastern Yemen.
The forces of Sana’a have already taken control over the area of the strategical-Ḥamrā’ top and a number of positions around it in the city of Ṣirwāḥ in the eastern part of Ma’rib province.
At the same time member of the Yemeni Supreme Military Council Muḥammad ‘Alī al-Ḥūtī said today, on Friday that “Saudi Arabia has to defend itself within its borders, and not Ma’rib”, this strongly calling for “ending the arming of the planes that bomb the Yemeni people in Ma’rib and in various fronts”.

مصادر عسكرية يمنية تؤكد للميادين مقتل قائد القوات الخاصة التابعة للرئيس هادي بمأرب العميد عبد الغني شعلان، وانفجارات تهز المحافظة عقب قصف استهدف المنطقة العسكرية الثالثة التابعة للتحالف.
هزت انفجارات محافظة مأرب عقب قصف استهدف المنطقة العسكرية الثالثة التابعة للتحالف السعودي، وفق ما أفادت به مصادر يمنية للميادين.
وفي السياق، أكدت مصادر عسكرية يمنية للميادين “مقتل قائد القوات الخاصة التابعة للرئيس هادي بمأرب العميد عبد الغني شعلان”.
وبالتزامن، قال رئيس هيئة الاستخبارات العسكرية في صنعاء اللواء عبدالله الحاكم إن “الاتجاه هو للحسم وطرد الغزاة”.
هذا واستهدفت أمس ضربة صاروخية اجتماعاً عسكرياً لقادة وضباط التحالف السعودي في المنطقة العسكرية الثالثة بمأرب شرق اليمن.
ولفتت المصادر إلى أن “الضربة الصاروخية على المنطقة العسكرية الثالثة في مأرب كانت دقيقة وخلفت قتلى وجرحى في صفوف قادة قوات التحالف السعودي”.
وأفادت مصادر يمنية محلية للميادين اليوم الجمعة، بأن “القوات المسلحة اليمنية تمكنت من السيطرة على عدد من المواقع في جبل البَلَق المطل على سد مأرب”.
وأشارت المصادر إلى “وقوع قتلى بصفوف قوات الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي بينهم ضباط بهجوم لقوات صنعاء في جبل البلق غرب مأرب”.
وأفاد مصدر ميداني الميادين أمس الخميس، بأن القوات المسلحة اليمنية “صدت زحفاً لقوات الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي والتحالف باتجاه منطقة الزُّور بصرواح مأرب شمالي شرق اليمن”.
وسيطرت قوات صنعاء في وقت سابق، على منطقة الطلعة الحمراء الاستراتيجية ومواقع محيطة بها في مديرية صِرواح غربي محافظة مأرب.
هذا وقال عضو المجلس السياسي الأعلى في اليمن محمد علي الحوثي اليوم الجمعة إنه على “السعودية أن تدافع عن نفسها داخل حدودها وليس في مأرب”، داعياً ريطانيا إلى “وقف تسليح الطائرات التي تستهدف أبناء الشعب اليمني في مأرب ومختلف الجبهات”.
