The Russian Foreign Intelligence confirmed that the at-Tanaf base being under control by the United States in Syria witnessed a preparation of terrorists to be used in in Donbas.
The foreign intelligence pointed out that the NATO states’ intelligence transport armed terrorists into Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Intelligence announced on Friday that the at-Tanaf base being under control by the United States in Syrian witnessed the preparation of terrorists belong to the Dā‘iš organization under a plan to use them in Donbas.
In the statement of the Russian Foreign Intelligence it was held that “the Americans at the end of 2021 started to release tens of terrorists belonging to the Dā‘iš organization, who are Russian citizens, or citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States. These personnel were sent to the at-Tanaf Base, which is under the control of the United States where they received special training or sabotage and terrorism with an emphasis on the Donbas region”.
The central intelligence said that the American forces continue to form “new Dā‘iš units” in the Middle East and in African countries. It is arranged that these shall be transported to take part in sabotage and terrorist acts in Ukraine entering from Poland.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday the arrival of foreign mercenaries to Ukraine, pointing out that these are committing acts of sabotage and attacks on Russian equipment convoys.
The ministry added that “all attacks by foreign mercenaries in Ukraine are committed by the help of weapons provided by the West to armed men in Ukraine, like Javelin (which were provided by the United States), Nalu (provided by Great Britain) and Stinger missiles”.
In the same context an insightful source said to the Russian “Sputnik” channel that the “Ukrainian authorities granted asylum to international terrorists, including those who fought in Syria”.
The source cited experts saying that “the Ukrainian lands are used now as a shelter for more than 1000 members of the terrorist and radical organizations. Including those who fought in the aggression against the Syrian lands”.
The source added that “in light of the current circumstances the special military mission by the Russian armed forces is not only aimed to make Ukraine neutral, but also aims to fight against terrorism”.
Before that the official spokesman of the Russian Defense Ministry Major General Igor Konashenkov said that the radicals in Ukraine are using the same tactics, which the international terrorists use in Syria.

أكّدت الاستخبارات الخارجية الروسية أنّ قاعدة “التنف”، الخاضعة لسيطرة الولايات المتحدة في سوريا، شهدت إعداد إرهابيين يُعتزم استخدامهم في دونباس.
ولفتت الاستخبارات الخارجية إلى أنّ استخبارات دول حلف “الناتو” تنقل مسلَّحين إرهابيين إلى أوكرانيا.
وأعلنت الاستخبارات الخارجية الروسية، اليوم الجمعة، أن قاعدة “التنف”، الخاضعة لسيطرة الولايات المتحدة في سوريا، شهدت إعداد إرهابيين تابعين لتنظيم “داعش”، ومن المخطط استغلالهم في دونباس.
وجاء في بيان الاستخبارات الخارجية الروسية أن “الأميركيين قاموا، في نهاية عام 2021، بتحرير عشرات الإرهابيين التابعين لتنظيم “داعش” من مواطني روسيا وبلدان رابطة الدول المستقلة. وتم إرسال هؤلاء الأشخاص إلى قاعدة التنف التي تسيطر عليها الولايات المتحدة، بحيث خضعوا لتدريب خاص على أساليب القيام بأعمال التخريب والإرهاب، مع التركيز على منطقة دونباس”.
وقالت الاستخبارات المركزية إنّ القوات الأميركية تواصل تشكيل “وحدات داعشية جديدة” في الشرق الأوسط والدول الأفريقية، ومن المقرر أن يتم نقلها من أجل المشاركة في أنشطة التخريب والإرهاب في أوكرانيا عبر أراضي بولندا.
وكانت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أعلنت، يوم أمس الخميس، وصول مرتزقة أجانب إلى أوكرانيا، مشيرةً إلى أنهم يرتكبون أعمال تخريب ومداهمات لقوافل المعدات الروسية.
وأضافت الوزارة أنَّ “كلَّ هجمات المرتزقة الأجانب في أوكرانيا تُنفَّذ بمساعدة أسلحةٍ قدَّمها الغرب إلى المسلَّحين في أوكرانيا، مثل صواريخ جافلين (التي قدَّمتها الولايات المتحدة)، ونلو (قدّمتها بريطانيا) وستينغر”.
وفي الإطار ذاته، قال مصدر مطلع لوكالة “سبوتنيك” الروسية، إنَّ “السلطات الأوكرانية منحت حق اللجوء للإرهابيين الدوليين، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين حاربوا في سوريا”.
ونقل المصدر، عن خبراء، أنَّ “أراضي أوكرانيا تُستخدَم حالياً ملاذاً لأكثر من 1000 عضو في المنظمات الإرهابية والمتطرفة. ومن بينهم أولئك الذين شاركوا في الأعمال العدائية في الأراضي السورية”.
وأضاف المصدر أنَّه “في ظل الظروف الحالية، لا تهدف العملية العسكرية الخاصة للقوات المسلحة الروسية إلى تحييد أوكرانيا فحسب، بل تهدف أيضاً إلى مكافحة الإرهاب”.
وقبل ذلك، أعلن المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الروسية، اللواء إيغور كوناشينكوف، أن المتطرفين في أوكرانيا يستخدمون الأساليب نفسها، التي يستخدمها الإرهابيون الدوليون في سوريا.
