According to the Sab’a news agency in Sana’a a Yemeni military source confirms targeting the Saudi forces command headquarters and weapon depots at the Badr camp in the city of Aden.

The Sab’a news agency in Sana’a quoted a Yemeni military source saying that the Saudi forces command headquarters and weapon depots were targeted at the Badr Camp in the city of Aden.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have warned Saudi Arabia that any targeted attacks against the capital Sana’a will be met with a severe and painful response to Riyadh.
This comes while heavy fighting have been going on for weeks in a number of regions in Yemen. This has witnessed a new escalation since last Sunday when the Saudi backed forces announced “the beginning of a counterattack against the forces of Sana’a to retake those areas that had been recently taken over”.
The forces of Sana’a in September have taken full control over the western coastline of Yemen reaching the strategic Strait of Bāb al-Mandab, which is important for the oil exports.
The Yemeni Armed Forces respond to the Saudi attacks by targeting the vital infrastructure in Saudi lands and the military mobilizations of Saudi Arabia on Yemeni soil.

نقلت وكالة “سبأ” في صنعاء عن مصدر عسكري يمني قوله إنّه جرى استهداف مقر قيادة القوات السعودية ومخازن أسلحة في معسكر بدر بمدينة عدن.
وكانت قد حذّرت القوات المسلحة اليمنية، السعودية، من أنّ أيّ استهداف للعاصمة صنعاء سيُقابل برد قاسٍ ومؤلم في الرياض
يأتي ذلك فيما تدور معارك عنيفة منذ أسابيع في مناطق عدّة في اليمن. وقد شهدت تصعيداً جديداً منذ الأحد مع إعلان القوات المدعومة سعودياً “بدء هجوم مضاد على قوات صنعاء لاسترجاع مناطق سيطرت عليها مؤخراً”.
وكانت قوات صنعاء قد سيطرت في أيلول/سبتمبر على كامل الساحل الغربي لليمن وصولاً إلى مضيق باب المندب الاستراتيجي والمهم للصادرات النفطية.
