The IRNA News Agency reports that a delegation led by Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf leaves heading to Doha to follow up in the diplomatic path.

On Monday the IRNA News Agency reported that a delegation representing the Islamic Republic of Iran led by Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf left heading to Doha.
The IRNA pointed out that this visit comes as a continuation of the diplomatic path that had started during the the last few weeks by the Pakistani mediation to end the imposed war that is ongoing”.
The IRNA explained that during this visit negotiations will be held with the leading Qatari officials about some of the aspects concerning the negotiations to end the imposed war.
On Monday official spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmā‘īl Baqā’ī confirmed that “the negotiations’ focus is on ending the war and Iran at this stage has nothing to say about the nuclear matter”.
In this context an Iranian source told al-Mayadeen that the Iranian delegation presently in Doha led by Qālībāf will return to Tehran at night, after the current meeting will have ended.
In this context in the weekly press conference he said: “We have reached a result and an understanding on many matters that had been proposed for negotiations, yet no one can claim that this means signing an agreement is imminent”.
He pointed out that “the currently ongoing negotiations are focusing on ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon”, underlining that “the point about ending the aggression against Lebanon is included in the agreement”.
He pointed out that “ending the war on all fronts and especially in Lebanon country to be one of the matters of understanding within any agreement”.
On his behalf Commander of the Pakistani Army ‘Āṣim Munīr as the chief negotiator in the negotiations between the United States and Iran has just visited China in the company of Prime Minister Šahbāz Šarīf to meet with Chinese diplomats. This is according to what the Pakistani television reported.
China has expressed its intention to cooperate with Pakistan to “positively stimulate the restoration of peace and stability to the Middle East the soonest possible”.
This comes few days after the visit of Munīr to Tehran within the frame of mediation with the United States with the aim to end the war and solve the differences.
Tehran confirms that there would be no agreement as long as Lebanon is not included in it. That is according to what member of Ḥizb Allah’s Political Committee Wafīq Ṣafā said.

أفادت وكالة “فارس” بأنّ القوات الإيرانية تمكّنت، عبر إدخال منظومات أفادت وكالة “إيرنا”، اليوم الاثنين، بأنّ وفداً يمثّل الجمهورية الإسلامية برئاسة محمد باقر قاليباف غادر متوجّهاً إلى الدوحة.
وأشارت “إيرنا” إلى أنّ هذه الزيارة تأتي استمراراً للمسار الدبلوماسي الذي بدأ خلال الأسابيع القليلة الماضية عبر الوسيط الباكستاني، لإنهاء الحرب المفروضة، والذي لا يزال مستمراً.
وأوضحت “إيرنا” أنه سيتمّ خلال هذه الزيارة إجراء مشاورات مع كبار المسؤولين القطريين بشأن بعض الجوانب المتعلّقة بمفاوضات إنهاء الحرب المفروضة.
وأكد المتحدّث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي، اليوم الاثنين، أنّ “تركيز المفاوضات منصبّ على إنهاء الحرب، وليس لدى إيران حديث في هذه المرحلة حول تفاصيل الملف النووي”.
في هذا السياق، قال مصدر إيراني للميادين إنّ الوفد الإيراني الموجود في الدوحة برئاسة قاليباف، سيعود الليلة لطهران بعد انتهاء لقاءاته الجارية.
وقال بقائي في مؤتمره الصحافي الأسبوعي: “وصلنا إلى خلاصة وتفاهم في العديد من القضايا المطروحة للنقاش، ولكن لا يمكن لأحد أن يدّعي بأنّ هذا يعني توقيع اتفاق وشيك”.
وأشار إلى أنّ “تركيز المفاوضات منصبّ على إنهاء الحرب على كلّ الجبهات، بما فيها لبنان”، مشدّداً على أنّ “بند وقف العدوان على لبنان متضمّن في الاتفاق
وشدّد على أنّ “وقف الحرب على كلّ الجبهات، وخصوصاً لبنان، يعدّ عنصراً من عناصر التفاهم في أيّ اتفاق
من جهته، زار قائد الجيش الباكستاني عاصم منير الصين، بوصفه المفاوض الرئيسي في المحادثات بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، برفقة رئيس الوزراء شهباز شريف، للقاء دبلوماسيين صينيين، بحسب ما أفاد به التلفزيون الباكستاني.
وأعربت الصين عن نيّتها التعاون مع باكستان لـ “الإسهام إيجاباً في إعادة السلم والاستقرار إلى الشرق الأوسط في أقرب فرصة”.
ويأتي هذا بعد أيام من زيارة منير لطهران في إطار الوساطة مع الولايات المتحدة بهدف إنهاء الحرب وحلّ الخلافات.
