Erdoğan: Russia does not want peace in Syria.

The Turkish President condemned that Russia targeted the training camp of the “Syrian National Army” and confirms that his country “has the right to take measures” in Syria if some of the agreements are not fulfilled.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan viewed today, Wednesday that his country has “the right to take new measures” in Syria, if “the special agreements about the withdrawal of the armed groups from the border area is not upheld”.

The Turkish President condemned that the Russian strikes, which resulted in tens of death amongst the fighters belonging to Ankara in Syria, accusing Moscow that is does not want “lasting peace”.

In a speech in Ankara Erdoğan said “the attack by Russia against the training center of the Syrian National Army in the region of Idlib is an indication that lasting peace and stability are not wished for”.

This is the first Turkish reaction to the Russian strikes, which on Tuesday targeted that training complex of the so-called “Syrian National Army” supported by Ankara in Northwest Syria, and which led to the death of 78 of its fighters and the injury of another 90, close to the Turkish border.

Erdoğan also warned from the intervention of other parties in Syria, pointing out that those, who seek to control Syrian lands have to “give up this act”, according to his words.

The Turkish Parliament had already expanded this month the permission to utilize the Turkish armed forces in Iraq and Syria for another year…

The Turkish President also excluded that his country would finish the military operations in Syria before “achieving stability along our southern borders with Syria”.

Syrian permanent U.N. envoy Baššār al-Ğa‘farī today, on Wednesday accused that what he called the “Erdoğan regime” with committing excesses against the international rights, the U.N. charter, the U.N. Security Council resolutions, and its own promises, demanding the Security Council to account it on these and on “humanitarian crimes”.

رأى الرئيس التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، اليوم الأربعاء، أن لدى بلاده “الحق في اتخاذ إجراءات” جديدة في سوريا، إذا “لم تطبق الاتفاقات الخاصة بانسحاب الفصائل المسلحة من المناطق الحدودية

وقال إردوغان في خطاب في أنقرة، إن “مهاجمة روسيا لمركز تدريب للجيش الوطني السوري في منطقة إدلب هي مؤشر إلى أن سلاماً واستقراراً دائمين غير مرغوب فيهما

وهذا أول رد فعل تركي على الضربات الروسية، التي استهدفت، يوم الاثنين، معسكراً تدريبياً لما يسمى “الجيش الوطني السوري” المدعوم من أنقرة شمال غرب إدلب، مما أدى إلى مقتل 78 من مقاتليه وجرح أكثر من 90 آخرين، قرب الحدود التركية

كما وحذر إردوغان من تدخل أطرافٍ آخرين في سوريا، مشيراً إلى أنه ينبغي للذين يلتفون للسيطرة على أراضي سوريا، أن “يتخلّوا عن هذه المسرحية”، بحسب تعبيره

وكان البرلمان التركي قد مدد في وقت سابق من الشهر الجاري، الإذن باستخدام القوات المسلحة التركية في العراق وسوريا لمدة عام إضافي

الرئيس التركي استبعد أيضاً، إنهاء أعمال بلاده العسكرية في سوريا، قبل “تحقيق الاستقرار على حدودنا الجنوبية مع سوريا

واتهم مندوب سوريا الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة بشار الجعفري، اليوم الأربعاء، ما أسماه بـ”نظام إردوغان” بارتكاب انتهاكات للقانون الدولي وأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وقرارات مجلس الأمن والتزاماته التعاهدية، مطالباً مجلس الأمن بمساءلته عن ذلك وعن “الجرائم ضد الإنسانية
