Director of al-Mayadeen’s office in Sana’a ‘Abd Allah al-Faraḥ believes that the warnings about the security of Riyadh, the oil installations and the areal traffic points to the preparation of the armed forces to carry out special military operations deep within Saudi Arabia, while at the same time continue the operations within Yemen.
19 October
Director of al-Mayadeen’s office in Sana’a ‘Abd Allah al-Faraḥ confirmed that the announcement of Sana’a about the insecurity of the Saudi capital Riyadh points to the possibility of carrying out powerful and special militry operations during the next phase.
Al-Faraḥ explained that the Yemeni warnings concentrate on cutting the oil, the investments and the air traffic reflect the heading of Sana’a towards delivering the weight of the fighting deep within Saudi Arabia, instead of confining the confrontation to within Yemen.
He pointed out that Riyadh might become the main epicenter of the next confrontation.
Preparations for en enduring confrontation
Al-Faraḥ underlined that the Yemeni Armed Forces aim to cause militry and economic impact in Saudi Arabia since the beginning of the confrontation by possible operations targeting deep within Saudi Arabia, while at the same time carrying out dozens of targeted attacks within Yemen, using various missile and drone systems.
Al-Faraḥ added that nexus between concentrating on Riyadh and continuing the militry operations internally and externally indicates that Sana’a has a military stockpile and production capabilities to fight an enduring confrontation, which is highly effective.
He believes that the intensity of the operations and the warnings issued by Sana’a reflect the preparations for an extended confrontation beforehand with continuously producing missiles and drones and strengthening the military capabilities.
A Yemeni military source had confirmed to the Sab’a News Agency that the Saudi airspace is not safe, except the airspace of Holy Mecca and Medina, warning that Riyadh and the Saudi oil installations are within the range of the missiles of the Yemeni Armed Forces.
The source also once again warned the investors and the facilitators in Saudi Arabia to preserve their wealth and avoid the partnerships with them [the Saudis].
