The reporter of al-Mayadeen reports that Amr Allah Ṣāliḥ declared himself as president of the county and points out that Ṣāliḥ will fight with Mas‘ūd against the “Ṭālebān” Movement after he rallied his supporters, tanks and planes on Panğšīr.
Reporter of al-Mayadeen today, on Wednesday reported that the deputy of the resigned President Ašraf Ġanī, Amr Allah Ṣāliḥ declares himself president of the country.
Our reporter pointed out that the declaration of Ṣāliḥ came after his meeting with the son of Aḥmad Šāh Mas‘ūd, who was killed by “al-Qā’ida” before the September 11 attacks.
He added that “Ṣāliḥ announced that he will fight with Mas‘ūd against the “Ṭālebān” Movement after he rallied his supporters, tanks and planes in Panğšīr.
Ṣāliḥ also announced that he gathered his supporters, the tanks and the planes on Panğšīr to fight calling upon the Afghans to “join the resistance” so to prove the world that Afghanistan is not like Vietnam and that the Ṭālebān is unlike the Vietcong” according to his expressions.
Previously Amr Allah Ṣāliḥ said on Twitter that “he is the legal interim President” of the country, adding that he “is present in in Afghanistan”.
The spokesman of the “Ṭālebān” Movement Dahīḥ Allah Muğāhid had already announced yesterday, on Tuesday that “the war is over now in Afghanistan”, revealing “we have relations with most of the countries and we wish they invest in our country”.
Muğāhid added in a press conference from the capital Kabul that “Afghanistan goes through a sensitive time”, praising the Afghan people “after we managed to resist and repulse the occupier”.
Also the “Ṭālebān” stressed that it will “not allow “al-Qā’ida” or any other terrorist organization to operate in Afghanistan”.
He talked about the necessity for the withdrawal of the American troops from the country by next 11 September. He confirmed that the movement “is not interested in attacking the American troops until that time”.
This comes after the fighters of the “Ṭālebān” Movement last Sunday entered the Afghan capital Kabul without a fight, promising to provide safety for all those worked with the former Afghan administration.
An official of the “Ṭālebān” Movement said that the Movement will soon announce the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan from the presidential palace in the capital Kabul.
The “Ṭālebān” since May started to expand the area under its influence in Afghanistan, the same time the last phase of the withdrawal of the American troops’ withdrawal begun scheduled to be concluded by the end of August.

مراسل الميادين يفيد بأنّ أمر الله صالح أعلن نفسه رئيساً للبلاد، ويشير إلى أنّ صالح سيقاتل مع مسعود حركة طالبان بعد جمع أنصاره والدبابات والطائرات في بنشير.
أفاد مراسل الميادين، اليوم الأريعاء، أنّ نائب الرئيس الأفغاني المستقيل أشرف غني، أمر الله صالح، أعلن نفسه رئيساً للبلاد.
وأشار مراسلنا إلى أنّ إعلان صالح جاء بعد لقائه نجل أحمد شاه مسعود الذي قتلته “القاعدة” قبل هجمات 11 أيلول/سبتمبر.
وأضاف أنّ “صالح أعلن أنّه سيقاتل مع مسعود حركة طالبان بعد جمع أنصاره والدبابات والطائرات في بنشير”.
كما أعلن صالح أنّه جمع أنصاره والدبابات والطائرات في بانشير من أجل القتال، داعياً الأفغان إلى “الانضمام إلى المقاومة”، للتأكيد للعالم أنّ أفغانستان ليست مثل فيتنام، وأن طالبان لا تشبه الفيتكونغ” على حد تعبيره.
وفي وقت سابق، قال أمر الله صالح، عبر “تويتر” إنّه “الرئيس الشرعي الموقت” للبلاد، مضيفاً أنه “موجود في أفغانستان”.
وكان المتحدث باسم حركة “طالبان”، ذبيح الله مجاهد، قد أعلن أمس الثلاثاء، أنّ “الحرب انتهت الآن في أفغانستان“، كاشفاً أنّ “لدينا علاقات بمعظم الدول، ونتمنى أن تستثمر في بلادنا”.
وأضاف مجاهد، في مؤتمر صحافي من العاصمة كابول، أنّ “أفغانستان تمرّ في وقت حسّاس”، مهنّئاً الشعب الأفغاني “بعد أن تمكّنا من المقاومة وطرد المحتل”.
كذلك، كانت “طالبان” قد شدّدت على أنها “لن تسمح لـ”القاعدة” أو أي منظمة إرهابية أخرى بالعمل في أفغانستان”.
وتحدثت عن ضرورة انسحاب القوات الأميركية من البلاد بحلول 11 أيلول/سبتمبر المقبل. وأكدت أنها “غير مهتمة بمهاجمة القوات الأميركية حتى ذلك الحين”.
يأتي ذلك بعد أن دخل مقاتلو حركة “طالبان” يوم الأحد الماضي، العاصمة الأفغانية كابول دون قتال، متعهدين بتوفير الأمان لجميع العاملين مع الإدارة الأفغانية السابقة.
وقال مسؤول في حركة “طالبان” إنّ الحركة ستعلن قريباً إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية من القصر الرئاسي في العاصمة كابول.
وبدأت “طالبان”، منذ أيار/مايو الماضي، بتوسيع رقعة نفوذها في أفغانستان، تزامناً مع بدء المرحلة الأخيرة من انسحاب القوات الأميركية المقرر اكتماله بحلول نهاية آب/أغسطس الجاري
