The two sides agreed to expresses reciprocated support on questions that involve the central interests and the biggest concerns for both sides.
According to what the Chinese media reported the two countries agreed that they reached an understanding about “an implementation plan to build the Roads and Bests initiative together”, which will singed at the closest occasion.
This came during a one day work visit by Algerian Foreign Minister Ramṭān La‘amāmara to China, which began on Saturday. La‘amāmara explained during his visit that Algerian supports China to became on and united.
As for the Russian military operation in Ukraine, the two sides underlines “the necessity to grasp and safeguard the U.N. Charter’s goals and principles and respect the sovereignty of the states and their territorial integrity, while also holding on to the principle of security, which cannot be undermined and monitor the security engagements acceptable for certain parties”.
In the same context the two sides called for the necessity to be resolved “to end the conflict peacefully and by negotiations”. They also called “not causing trouble by imposing unilateral sanctions, which don’t conform with the international law, thus leading to the breach of the international principles and the need to ease the humanitarian consequences might emanate from them”.
The two sides confirm the need to solve the Palestinian matter in accordance with the international legal decisions, which uphold the right of the Palestinian people to set up their sovereign state”.
As for the matter of Western Sahara the two sides confirmed their mutual support for ongoing efforts to reach an just and lasting solution within the framework of the international law, thus including the U.N. resolutions in this regard.

وزير الخارجية الجزائري يلتقي نظيره الصيني خلال زيارة يقوم بها إلى بكين، والبلدان يعلنان التوافق على مجموعةٍ من القضايا، أهمها التوصل إلى خطة تنفيذية تتعلق بـ”مبادرة الحزام والطريق” الصينية
أكد وزير الخارجية الجزائري رمطان لعمامرة، ونظيره الصيني وانغ يي، اليوم الأحد، توافق وجهاتِ نظرِ بلديهما إزاء عددٍ من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وتوافقا على تبادل الدعم بشأن المسائل التي تخصّ المصالح الجوهرية والاهتمامات الكبرى لكل منهما.
وأعلن البلدان التوصّلِ إلى توافقٍ حول “الخطة التنفيذية للبناء المشترك لمبادرة الحزام والطريق”، التي سيتمُّ التوقيع عليها في أقربِ فرصةٍ، وفق ما أفادت وسائلُ إعلامٍ صينيةٍ.
وجاء ذلك خلال زيارة عمل يقوم بها وزير الخارجية الجزائري، رمطان لعمامرة، إلى الصين، بدأها منذ يوم أمس السبت. وأوضح لعمامرة خلال زيارته أن الجزائر تدعم أن تكون الصين واحدة موحدة.
وفي ما يخصّ العملية العسكرية الروسية في أوكرانيا، شدَّد الجانبان على “ضرورة التمسّك بأهدافِ ومبادئِ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، واحترام سيادة الدول وسلامة أراضيها، مع التمسّك بمبدأ الأمن غير القابل للتجزئة، ومراعاة الانشغالات الأمنية المعقولة للأطراف المعنيين”.
وفي السياق نفسه، دعا الطرفان إلى ضرورة الالتزام بـ”حلِّ النزاعات سلمياً، عبر الحوار والتفاوض”، كما دعَوا إلى “عدم إساءة استعمال العقوبات الأحادية الجانب، التي لا تستند إلى القانون الدولي، وذلك تفادياً لانتهاك القواعد الدولية، والمساس بالظروف المعيشية لشعوب الدول، وضرورة التخفيف من حدّة الانعكاسات الإنسانية التي قد تنجم عنها”.
وأكّد الجانبان ضرورة حل القضية الفلسطينية وفقاً لقرارات الشرعية الدولية، التي تكرّس حقَّ الشعب الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة.
وبخصوص قضية الصحراء الغربية، أعلن الجانبان دعمهما للجهود الرامية إلى الوصول لحلٍّ دائمٍ وعادلٍ في إطار الشرعية الدولية، ولا سيّما قرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة
