The Israeli media describes the Iranian leak of informations from the director of the Mossad as “an achievement in the cyber war” and says that the leak of informations is ongoing.
The Israeli “Channel 12” described that the Iranian leaking of informations from Mossad director David Barnea as “an achievement deserving all the respect”.
The reporter of the channel said that “the Iranians made an achievement in the cyber warfare, at least on the moral front. Very nice. And they presented in front of us hurtful messages from the director of the Israeli Mossad”.
Director of the cyber division at the “Holon” Technological Institute Ariel Mashari responded to the reporter of “Channel 12” by saying: “It is an old Iranian hacking, by which postal addresses were leaked. Thus the Iranians managed to hack the inbox of the wife of the Mossad director”.
At the same time the military affairs correspondent of the Israeli “Channel 13” said that “the Iranian hacking about the Mossad director is ongoing, as today they Iranian hackers, who promised and fulfilled their promises, shared more details they managed to obtain”.
The reporter explained that amongst the leaked informations were “his bank and income details for tax in the financial year of 2020”.
He pointed out that “the Iranian hackers added a comment to their hacking saying: “You said that matter is connected to old materials from the Barnea’s wife from tens years ago. So take these new materials!”.
The correspondent cited sources close to the Mossad director saying that “the leaked informations are indeed new. At it seems that those were hacked from accounts belonging to his wife, not him. So there was hacking to the mobile of Mossad director David Barnea, or his computer”.
In its behalf the Israeli radio said that “a group of Iranian hackers leaked new details from the director of Mossad, including documents concerning his salary and the taxes he payed in 2020”.
It added that “the group posted pictures and personal details about Barnea, his family and residence to defame him, as is seems”.
The Iranian group calling itself “Open Arms” few days ago revealed an intelligence operation, by which it leaked secret documents, personal informations and financial documents concerning the director of the Israeli Mossad.

إعلام إسرائيلي يصف القرصنة الإيرانية لمعلومات عن رئيس الموساد الإسرائيلي بـ”الإنجاز في حرب السايبر”، ويقول إن تسريب المعلومات مستمر
وصفت “القناة الـ12” الإسرائيلية تسريب قراصنة إيرانيين معلومات عن رئيس الموساد، ديفيد برنيع، بأنه “إنجاز يستوجب كل الاحترام”.
وقال مذيع القناة إنّ “الإيرانيين سجّلوا إنجازاً في حرب السايبر، على الأقل في الجانب المعنوي، جميل جداً، وكشفوا أمامنا رسائل ضريبية لرئيس الموساد الإسرائيلي”.
وردّ رئيس مجال السايبر في معهد التكنولوجيا، “حولون”، أريئيل منشري، على مذيع “القناة الـ 12″، بالقول إنه “اختراق إيراني سابق، تسرّبت خلاله عناوين بريدية، مكّن الإيرانيين من اختراق بريد زوجة رئيس الموساد”.
بالتزامن، قال مراسل الشؤون العسكرية في “القناة الـ13” الإسرائيلية إن “القرصنة الإيرانية لرئيس الموساد مستمرة، بحيث قام اليوم القراصنة الإيرانيون، الذين تعهدوا ونفذوا، بنشر تفاصيل إضافية نجحوا في الحصول عليها”.
وأوضح المراسل أنّ بين المعلومات المسربة “بيانات مصاريفه ومداخيله من أجل الضريبة للعام المالي 2020”.
وأشار إلى أنّ “القراصنة الإيرانيين أرفقوا تعقيباً على القرصنة، جاء فيه: لقد قلتم إنّ الأمر يتعلق بمواد من هاتف قديم لزوجة برنيع قبل عشر سنوات، خذوا هذه مواد جديدة”.
ونقل المراسل، عن مصادر مقرَّبة من رئيس الموساد، قولها إنّ “المعلومات المسرَّبة جديدة فعلاً. وعلى ما يبدو تسربت من حسابات تابعة لزوجته وليست تابعة له، فلا توجد عملية اختراق لهاتف رئيس الموساد ديفيد برنيع، وحاسوبه”.
بدورها، قالت الإذاعة الإسرائيلية إنّ “مجموعة القرصنة الإيرانية نشرت تفاصيل جديدة عن رئيس جهاز الموساد، من ضمنها وثائق تخص راتبه، والضرائب التي دفعها عام 2020”.
وأضافت أنّ “المجموعة قامت بنشرِ صورٍ وتفاصيل شخصية تتعلق ببرنيع، وبعائلته ومكان سكنه، بهدف إحراجه كما يبدو”.
وكانت مجموعة إيرانية، تطلق على نفسها “الأيادي المفتوحة”، كشفت ،منذ أيام، مهمة استخبارية، قامت خلالها بتسريب وثائق سرية ومعلومات شخصية ووثائق مالية خاصة برئيس الموساد الإسرائيلي
