A source close to the decision making circles in Iran confirm to al-Mayadeen that any war against Tehran will cause fundamental transformations in the calculations of China and Russia, which will push them to take steps imposing new geographical realities serving their interests.

A source close to the decision makers in Iran to the correspondent of al-Mayadeen said that any war against Tehran will constitute the beginning of a definite path of dismantling the world order.
The Iranian source explained that any war will open space for the other powers to exploit this transformation to carry out their own geopolitical agendas, pointing out that the eruption of a war like this will bring about fundamental transformations in the calculations of China and Russia.
It added that the fundamental transformations might push Moscow and Beijing to move to imposing new geographical agendas serving their own interests, pointing out that the American President’s envoy Steve Witkoff “kept the Russian side waiting without providing effective reassuring guarantees about the Ukrainian case”.
The source also confirmed that any military confrontation against Iran will not remain confined within its limits, but rather overturn the balance of the whole international landscape.
In a message to the United Nations and the Security Council on Friday Iran confirmed that in case it suffered a military aggression “all bases of the enemy forces in the region will be considered legitimate targets”.
