The “Ḥizb Allah Iraq” Battalions said that “the resistance will be a thorn in the eye of the American and shall be fully ready until it is forced to leave”.
The “Ḥizb Allah Iraq” Battalions said that “the result of the negations are simply just a smokescreen and Washington is not any worse than the negotiations at the Ṣafwān tent”, thus expressing that “the resistance will remain a thorn in the eye of the American and in full readiness until they are forced to leave”.
The “Ḥizb Allah Iraq” Battalions added in a statement of theirs: “The Americans must know that the surprises will be big, if they don’t leave the land to its people”, appreciating “the efforts of those devoted people included in the negotiating delegation, how did what they could, did not reach what was desirable”.
Yesterday, on Wednesday the Cooperation Institution for the Iraqi Resistance Factions said that the true American withdrawal must include all foreign troops, pointing out that the American-Iraqi agreement is a deluded announcement to keep the occupation going on”.
According to the statement of the resistance factions the stance of the resistance is to reject the presence of any form of occupation in all its forms and that shall not change. Thus they pointed out that “there is no point in announcing the removal of the troops with the remain of the American planes in the skies of Iraq”.
The Iraqi resistance factions pointed out that the resistance will remain in full readiness until the true withdrawal.
Iraqi President Burham Ṣāliḥ mentioned on Tuesday that “the results of the Iraqi-American strategic dialogue are important to achieve stability and strengthen the sovereignty of Iraq. It comes as the fruit of meticulous work by the government led by Muṣṭafā al-Kāẓimī and by the strong national support, while it is based on the principles of the state”.
On it own part the White House issues a statement saying in it that Biden and al-Kāẓimī agreed on “their commitment for ongoing security partnership” to secure that “Dā‘iš” does not return and allow statement healing from terrorism to rebuild dignity, even while the role of the United States transform into a strictly advisory one.
According to the statement by the Iraqi Prime Minister’s office the meeting witnessed “mutual reassurance to transform the security relations between the two sides into advisory and training duties and to support building the Iraqi military capabilities giving technical support to the Iraqi Armed Forces. So there would be no combat troops by the end of 31 December 2021”.
As for the joint final statement between Iraq and America, it confirmed that “the role of the American forces will be restricted to training and strategic help for Iraq”. Thus pointing out that “there will be no American combat troops at all in Iraq by the end of 2021”.

كتائب “حزب الله – العراق” تقول إن “المقاومة ستبقى شوكة في عين العدو الأميركي، وفي كامل جهوزيتها حتى إجباره على الخروج”.
قالت كتائب “حزب الله – العراق” إن “مُخرَجات مفاوضات الخديعة في واشنطن لا تقل سوءاً عن مفاوضات خيمة صفوان”، مشددةً على أن “المقاومة ستبقى شوكة في عين العدو الأميركي، وفي كامل جهوزيتها حتى إجباره على الخروج”.
وأضافت كتائب “حزب الله – العراق”، في بيان، “ليعلم الأميركيون بأن المفاجآت ستكون كبيرة إذا لم يتركوا الأرض لأهلها”، مثمنةً “جهود المخلصين ضمن الوفد المفاوِض، والذين أدّوا ما عليهم، ولم يصيبوا ما كان مرجواً”.
ويوم أمس الأربعاء، قالت الهيئة التنسيقية لفصائل المقاومة العراقية إن الانسحاب الأميركي الحقيقي يجب أن يشمل كل القوات الأجنبية، مشيرةً إلى أن الاتفاق الأميركي العراقي هو إعلان مخادع من أجل إبقاء الاحتلال.
ووفق بيان فصائل المقاومة، فإن موقف المقاومة الرافض وجود أيّ نوع من أنواع الاحتلال، في أشكاله كافةً، لن يتغيّر، مشددةً على أن “لا معنى للإعلان عن سحب القوات مع بقاء الطيران الأميركي في أجواء العراق”.
ولفتت فصائل المقاومة العراقية إلى أن المقاومة ستبقى في جهوزيتها الكاملة إلى حين الانسحاب الحقيقي.
يُذكر أن الرئيس العراقي برهم صالح قال، يوم الثلاثاء، إن “نتائج الحوار الاستراتيجيّ العراقي – الأميركي مهمة لتحقيق الاستقرار وتعزيز السيادة العراقية، وتأتي ثمرة عمل حثيث من الحكومة برئاسة مصطفى الكاظمي، وبدعم القوى الوطنية، وتستند إلى مرجعية الدولة”.
بدوره، أصدر البيت الأبيض بياناً قال فيه إن بايدن والكاظمي اتفقا على “التزامهما شراكة أمنية مستمرة”، لضمان عدم عودة “داعش”، والسماح للمجتمعات التي تتعافى من الإرهاب بإعادة البناء بكرامة، حتى مع تحوّل الولايات المتحدة إلى دور استشاري بحت.
وشهد اللقاء، وفق بيان رئاسة الوزراء العراقية، “التأكيد المتبادل لانتقال العلاقة الأمنية بين الطرفين إلى مُهمات الاستشارة والتدريب ودعم بناء القدرات العسكرية العراقية، وتقديم الدعم الفني إلى القوات المسلحة العراقية، وعدم وجود القوات القتالية بحلول يوم 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2021”.
أمّا البيان الختامي المشترك بين العراق وأميركا، فأكد أن “دور القوات الأميركية سيقتصر على المساعدة التدريبية والاستخبارية للعراق”، مشيراً إلى أنه “لن يكون هناك وجود لأيّ قوات قتالية أميركية في العراق بحلول نهاية عام 2021”.
