The Turkish forces withdraw from one of its positions at ‘Andān in Northern Aleppo and shells ‘Ayn ‘Īsā despite the presence of joint Russian-Syrian positions along with “Qasad”.
The Turkish occupying forces in Syria completed its withdrawal from ‘Andān in Northern Aleppo towards Dārat ‘Izza.
This counts to be the eighth surrounded Turkish position from which the Turkish forces withdraw in Northern Syria towards the territories under the control of the factions belonging to them after ar-Rāšidīn, al-Kūrānī, Qabtān al-Ğabal, Sarāqib, Mūrak, Šīr Maġār, and aṣ-Ṣarmān.
This comes at a time when the Turkish showing goes on against the Syrian territories of ‘Ayn ‘Īsā regardless of the presence of joint Russian-Syrian forces in the outskirts of the city, which lies directly along the M4 highway connecting al-Ḥasaka to Aleppo.
It should be remembered that the reporter of al-Mayadeen had already reported before that the Turkish forces in the ar-Rāšidīn neighborhood in the south of Aleppo have started to dismantle its position in preparation for the withdrawal.
Before that, the Turkish forces have abandoned the third monitoring position located between the two towns of Qabtān al-Ğabal and aš-Šayh ‘Aqīl in Northern Aleppo.
At that time the reporter of al-Mayadeen confirmed that Turkey pulled in more than 60 vehicles and trucks of supplies in an operation of abandoning the monitoring position and pulling out the forces to Northern Idlib.
After that, the Syrian Army retook the Turkish observation post in the town of “Ma‘r Ḥiṭāṭ” south of Ma‘rat an-Nu‘mān in the southern countryside of Idlib.
The movements by the Turkish forces comes on the side of withdrawing from the observational posts fulfilling the “Moscow” agreement between Russia and Turkey, which contains 4 Aleppo towns holding key observations posts under siege by the Syrian Army. These are “aš-Šayh ‘Aqīl-Qabtān al-Ğabal”, “al-Haḍba l-Haḍrā’-al-‘Ays”, “Ğabal ‘Andān” and “ar-Rāšidīn”. Besides also some other secondary positions were agreed upon, like the position close to the town of “az-Zarba” along the Damascus-Aleppo highway.
The Turkish forces started to pull out their troops and vehicles from the observation post in Mūrak north of Hama, where trucks, bulldozers, and caterpillars were seen working in accordance with the Russian-Turkish agreement.
Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde had urged Turkey before to withdraw from Syria, confirming that what he calls for represents the position of the EU.

القوات التركية تنسحب من أحد مواقعها في عندان بريف حلب الشمالي، وتقصف عين عيسى رغم انتشار النقاط المشتركة الروسية السورية مع “قسد
استكمل الاحتلال التركي في سوريا، انسحابه من عندان في ريف حلب الشمالي، باتجاه دارة عزة
وتعتبر هذه هي ثامن نقطة تركية محاصرة تنسحب منها القوات التركية، في الشمال السوري بعد الراشدين والكوراني وقبتان الجبل وسراقب ومورك وشيرمغار والصرمان الى مناطق سيطرة الفصائل الموالية لها
يأتي ذلك في وقت يستمر القصف التركي على منطقة عين عيسى السورية على الرغم من وجود القوات الروسية والسورية المشتركة في محيط المدينة التي تقع مباشرة على طريق M4 وتربطٌ الحسكة بحلب
يذكر أن مراسل الميادين أفاد في وقت سابق، بأن القوات التركية في حي الراشدين جنوب حلب بدأت بتفكيك موقعها تمهيداً للانسحاب
وقبلها، أخلى الجيش التركي عملية نقطة مراقبةٍ ثالثة واقعة بين بلدتي قبتان الجبل والشيخ عقيل في ريف حلب الشمالي
مراسل الميادين أكد حينها أن تركيا أدخلت أكثر من 60 آلية وشاحنة للمساعدة في عملية إخلاء نقطة المراقبة، وسحب القوات إلى ريف إدلب الشمالي
بعد ذلك، استعاد الجيش السوري نقطة المراقبة التركية في قرية “معرحطاط” جنوب معرة النعمان، في ريف إدلب الجنوبي
وتأتي تحركات القوات التركية على صعيد الانسحاب من نقاط المراقبة، تنفيذاً لاتفاق “موسكو” بين روسيا وتركيا، فيما تضم أرياف حلب (4) نقاط مراقبة رئيسية تحت حصار الجيش السوري، “الشيخ عقيل- قبتان الجبل”، “الهضبة الخضراء- العيس”، “جبل عندان”، و”الراشدين”، إلى جانب بعض النقاط الثانوية كالنقطة الموجودة قرب بلدة “الزربة” على طريق حلب- دمشق الدولي
وبدأت القوات التركية بإخلاء عناصرها وآلياتها من نقطة المراقبة في مورك، بريف حماة الشّمالي، حيث شوهدت شاحنات ومركبات ورافعة تقوم بأعمالها، وذلك وفقاً للاتفاق الروسي – التركي
وحثّت وزيرة الخارجية السويدية آن ليندي تركيا، في وقت سابق، على الانسحاب من سوريا، مؤكدةً أن ما تدعو إليه يمثّل موقف الاتحاد الأوروبي
