On Sunday the new Iranian Defense Minister Mehrdād Ahlāqī announced that an Iranian heavy fighter will take off next year for the first time.
Talking to the Iranian television Ahlāqī said that the plane was built by the Air Defense Organization of the Iranian Ministry of Defense.
In the same context to the Iranian Parliament Ahlāqī upon taking his post as Minister of Defense confirmed that “if the American-Zionist enemy committed another mistake in their calculations, the response will be surprising and widespread and the American government and its Allie’s will carry its regional and global consequences”.
The new Iranian Defense Minister pointed out that “the defense products ghat are marked as “secret” and above all that what will be produced within the security plan of the Ministry of Defense will be followed by material marked “highly secret” that will take place within the country’s production network”.
Members of the Iranian Consultative Council during their session on Sunday had voted p, approving Ahlāqī to take over the post of Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support.

أعلن وزير الدفاع الإيراني الجديد مهرداد أخلاقي، اليوم الأحد، أن طائرة مقاتلة إيرانية ثقيلة ستقلع للمرة الأولى العام المقبل.
وقال أخلاقي، في حديث إلى التلفزيون الإيراني، إن الطائرة جرى بناؤها من قبل منظمة الدفاع الجوي التابعة لوزارة الدفاع الإيرانية
في سياق متصل، أكّد أخلاقي أمام البرلمان الإيراني، لدى تولّيه منصب وزير الدفاع، أنّه “إذا ارتكب العدو الأميركي – الصهيوني خطأً في الحسابات مجدداً، فسيكون الرد مفاجئاً وواسع النطاق، وستتحمّل الحكومة الأميركية وحلفاؤها تبعاته الإقليمية والدولية”.
وأشار وزير الدفاع الإيراني الجديد إلى أنّ “المنتجات الدفاعية المصنّفة سرّية وما فوق ستُنتَج ضمن الخطوط الآمنة لوزارة الدفاع، فيما سيُتابع إنتاج المواد المصنّفة سرّية للغاية وما دون ذلك ضمن الشبكة الصناعية للبلاد”.
