Mufti of the Libyan domain aš-Šayh aṣ-Ṣādiq al-Ġaryānī issued a legal decree in which he called upon the Muslim masses for supporting Iran against the American-Israeli aggression imposed on it for weeks.

Al-Ġaryānī confirmed that “the rulings of the Holy Quran do not recognize neutrality in a conflict which is a war between Muslims and non-Muslims”, underlining that “support for Muslims is a stated duty in our conviction”.

The Libyan Mufti pointed out that the presence of foreign soldiers and military bases on the soil of Arab countries “is a source of shame” and a direct reason for targeting these countries, expressing that “the forces that thought that America is supporting them have become clear targets”.

He added that “the ties with the foreign hegemonic plans must be cut that only bring destruction to the region”, according to his words.

He pointed out that “the arrogant ones no matter how much power they have, started to pay the price”, pointing out the state of “disappointment” in which American President Donald Trump is living in, who is requesting the countries around the world to intervene to open the Strait of Hormuz.

أصدر المفتي الليبي، الشيخ الصادق الغرياني، موقفاً شرعياً دعا فيه عموم المسلمين إلى نصرة إيران في مواجهة العدوان الأميركي الإسرائيلي المفروض عليها منذ أسابيع.

وأكد الغرياني أنّ “أحكام القرآن الكريم لا تعترف بالحياد في صراعٍ تكون الحرب فيه بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين”، مشدّداً على أنّ “نصرة المسلمين واجبة بنصّ العقيدة

ولفت المفتي الليبي إلى أنّ وجود الجنود الأجانب والقواعد العسكرية على أراضي الدول العربية هو “مصدر للمتاعب” وسبب مباشر لاستهداف هذه الدول، موضحاً أنّ “القوى التي ظنّت أنّ أميركا تدعمها باتت اليوم في مرمى النيران”.

وأضاف “يجب فكّ الارتباط بمشاريع الهيمنة الأجنبية التي لا تجلب سوى الدمار للمنطقة” بحسب قوله.

ولفت إلى أنّ “المتكبّرين مهما بلغت قوتهم بدأوا يدفعون الثمن”، مشيراً إلى حالة “خيبة الأمل” التي يعيشها الرئيس الأميركي، دونالد ترامب، وهو يطالب دول العالم بالتدخّل لفتح مضيق هرمز
