The news
The infamous Emirati twitter commenter, Ḥamad al-Mazrū‘ī, who is close to the Emirti Crown Prince Muḥammad ibn Zāyid and the security services of Abū Zabī in a mysterious tweet on Twitter written only with two words: “Kišš Malik [checkmate, literally the king is dead]”
Evaluation:
- This tweet caused a wave of anger and hysteria at the Saudis, who consider the tweet talks about their king, Salmān, even thought al-Mazrū‘ī did not give any sign about Saudi Arabia or its king in any ways.
- It seems that the Saudi hysteria was well placed. Only hours after the tweet the American pressed revealed a series of arrests performed by Crown Prince Muḥammad ibn Salmān reaching to three leading princes, who are Emir Aḥmad ibn ‘Abd al-‘Azīz, brother of King Salmān, Muḥammad ibn Nāyif former Interior Minister and his younger brother Nawāf ibn Nāyif.
- The fury of the Saudis go back the fact that they know al-Mazrū‘ī has trustworthy sources, and the matter means that King Salmān is dead, or he will step down from power in favor for his son, or that he was removed.
- The tweet, as some believe, revealed the level of the Emirati influence and that of Abū Zabī Crown Prince Muḥammad ibn Zāyid personally in the Saudi politics and to the upmost details, in the ascendence of Ibn Salmān. Also that the owner of this comment is amongst the biggest supporters of the Saudi Crown Prince Ibn Salmān.
- Whatever al-Mazrū‘ī meant by “Checkmate”, whether the death of the king, his withdrawal, or removal, it does not change a thing in the dangerous faith awaiting Saudi Arabia after the unity of the Saudi family has been broken. The historical link between the Saudi family and the Wahhābī aš-Šayh family, which was the basis of power in the last century has also been compromised because of the recklessness and the weakness of the Crown Prince, and because of the American and Emirati intrusion into the Saudi internal affairs to serve the Israeli interests.

غرد المغرد الاماراتي المعروف حمد المزروعي المقرب من ولي العهد الاماراتي محمد بن زايد واجهزة الاستخبارات في أبوظبي بتغريدة غامضة على منصة تويتر مؤلفة من كلمتين هما “كش ملك

-هذه التغريدة اثارت موجة غضب واستياء لدى السعوديين الذين اعتبروا التغريدة تمس بمليكهم سلمان، رغم ان المزروعي لم يشر لا من قريب ولا من بعيد الى السعودية ولا الى ملكها
-يبدو ان استياء السعوديين كان في محله، فبعد ساعات من التغريدة كشفت الصحافة الامريكية عن حملة اعتقالات نفذها ولي العهد ابن سلمان طالت ثلاثة امراء كبار هما الامير احمد بن عبدالعزيز شقيق الملك سلمان، والامير محمد بن نايف وزير الداخلية السابق وشقيقه الاصغر نواف بن نايف
-غضب السعوديين يعود سببه الى معرفتهم ان المغرد المزروعي يستقي معلوماته من مصادر موثقة، الامر الذي يعني ان الملك سلمان قد مات او سيتنازل لابنه عن الحكم او انه تم عزله
-التغريدة، كما يرى البعض، كشفت حجم التاثير الاماراتي وشخص ولي عهد ابو ظبي محمد بن زايد في السياسة السعودية وفي ادق تفاصيلها، وفي صعود نجم ابن سلمان، فصاحب التغريدة من اكبر المؤيدين لولي العهد السعودي ابن سلمان
-مهما كان قصد المزروعي بـ”كش ملك” ؛ موت الملك او تنازله او عزله، فهو لا يغير شيئا من المصير الخطير الذي ينتظر السعودية ، بعد ان ضرب الخلاف وحدة العائلة السعودية ، كما ضرب العلاقة التاريخية التي ربطت بين اسرة ال سعود واسرة ال الشيخ الوهابية بعد ان كانتا اساس الحكم في السعودية على مدى القرن الماضي، بسبب طيش وضعف ولي العهد السعودي ، والتدخل الامريكي الاماراتي في شؤون السعودية خدمة للمصلحة الاسرائيلية
