The Iranian IRNA news agency citing informations confirmed that the technical teams of the Iranian and the American delegations exchanged written texts about the matters that had been proposed for discussions, after the on-site negotiations of this session of the negotiations in Pakistan has ended.
The news agency reported that the groups of experts of the Iranian and the American delegations have ended a session of the “direct negotiations” that had lasted for several hours in the Pakistanis capital Islamabad on Saturday afternoon.
American undermining
The Tasnim news agency revealed on its behalf that at the time when matters reached the point of exchanging written texts within the frame of the works of the joint negotiations the American delegation started to undermine the progress of the path by abnormally exorbitant demands.
The agency pointed out that “the discussions are still ongoing amidst Iran being determined to preserve its military gains and to confirm the need to secure the rights of the Iranian people”.
The Tasnim pointed out that the matter of the Strait of Hormuz counts to be one of the points that is facing serious differences between the two sides.
On the other hand the Fars News Agency citing a source confirmed that “the United States is proposing exorbitant and illogical demands about the Strait of Hormuz”.
The source continued: “It seems that America now presumes that through the negotiations it will easily gain what it could not do during the 40 days of the war, and by plans like securing the ships, escorting the oil tankers of other military and economic ideas that it could not do with 6 weeks of war and threats”.
Aside from the Strait of Hormuz the United States presented unacceptable demands in several other issues as well according to the same source that confirmed that “the Iranian delegation is determined to protect its gains that it achieved on the frontlines”.
Two sessions of the negotiations and the third one at night
On its behalf the Iranian television confirmed that two sessions of the negotiations between the negotiating delegations have been held in the last few hours, pointing out that a third session is scheduled for the night.
The Iranian television highlighted that “the United States is still following a path built on exorbitant demands in this session of the negotiations as well”.
The Iranian television had reported that the delegation of experts and the special committees had headed into the main negotiation room.
Before that the Tasnim news agency explained that the negotiations have passed the phase of overall planning and have entered into the details and technical arrangements in a number of matters following the sessions of preliminary discussions and negotiations.
The agency added that the experts of the Iranian and the American sides have studied the details of certain proposed matters during the negotiations.
The tripartite negotiations between Iran, the United States and Pakistan are held in Islamabad. The CNN based in a Pakistani source claimed that these negotiations will last until the night and might even extend to Sunday.
These negotiations are held amidst a lack of trust by the Iranian negotiators towards Washington and Tehran laying down the red lines, especially the release of frozen assets and a ceasefire on all fronts.
After a session lasting for more than two hours before stopping for a break the Iranian Mehr news agency reported that the Americans have agreed to releasing the frozen Iranian assets.
A different session… Why?
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Kāẓem Ġarībābādī stated that this session of the negotiations “is fundamentally different from the previous negotiations ,especially looking at the untrustworthiness and deception of the Americans and their betrayal of the negotiations”.
Ġarībābādī in the Pakistani capital Islamabad confirmed that “the difference at this session of the negotiations is that it is not simply a discussion, or negotiation, but a demand”.

أكدت وكالة “إرنا” الإيرانية، نقلاً عن معلومات، أنّ الفرق الفنية للوفدين الإيراني والأميركي تبادلت نصوصاً مكتوبة حول القضايا المطروحة للنقاش، بعد انتهاء المباحثات الحضورية في هذه الجولة من المفاوضات في باكستان.
وأفادت الوكالة بأنّ فرق الخبراء التابعة للوفدين الإيراني والأميركي أنهت جولةً من “المحادثات المباشرة” التي استمرت عدة ساعات، في العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام آباد بعد ظهر اليوم السبت
عرقلة أميركية
وكشفت “تنسيم” من جهتها أنّه في الوقت الذي وصلت فيه الأمور إلى تبادل النصوص للتوصل إلى إطار عمل مشترك للمفاوضات، قام الوفد الأميركي بعرقلة تقدم المسار من خلال مطالبه المفرطة المعتادة.
ونقلت الوكالة أنّ “المشاورات لا تزال مستمرة وسط إصرار إيران على حفظ مكتسباتها العسكرية وتأكيدها ضرورة تأمين حقوق الشعب الإيراني”.
وأشارت “تسنيم” إلى أنّ موضوع مضيق هرمز يُعدّ إحدى القضايا التي تواجه خلافاً جدياً بين الطرفين.
هذا وأكدت وكالة “فارس” نقلاً عن مصدر، أن “الولايات المتحدة تقدم مطالب مفرطة وغير منطقية فيما يتعلق بمضيق هرمز”.
وتابع المصدر: “يبدو أن أميركا تتوقع الآن الحصول بسهولة عبر المفاوضات على ما عجزت عن تحقيقه خلال 40 يوماً من الحرب، ومن خلال خطط مثل تأمين السفن ومرافقة ناقلات النفط وغيرها من الأفكار العسكرية والاقتصادية، وعبر 6 أسابيع من الحرب والتهديد”.
إلى جانب مضيق هرمز، طرحت الولايات المتحدة مطالب غير قابلة للقبول في عدة قضايا أخرى أيضاً، بحسب المصدر ذاته، الذي أكد أن “الوفد الإيراني عازم على حماية المكتسبات التي حققها الميدان
جولتان من المحادثات والثالثة الليلة
من جهته، ذكر التلفزيون الإيراني أنّ جولتين من المحادثات بين الوفود المفاوضة جرت خلال الساعات الماضية، مشيراً إلى أنّه من المقرر عقد جولة ثالثة الليلة.
وبيّن التلفزيون الإيراني أنّ “الولايات المتحدة لا تزال تتبع نهجاً مبنياً على المطالب المفرطة في هذه الجولة من المحادثات أيضاً”.
وكان التلفزيون الإيراني قد أفاد بأن وفود الخبراء واللجان التخصصية توجهت إلى غرفة المحادثات الرئيسية.
وقبل ذلك، أوضحت وكالة “تسنيم” أنّ المحادثات تجاوزت مرحلة الخطوط العريضة، ودخلت في التفاصيل والمباحث الفنية في عدد من الملفات، عقب جولات من الحوارات والمشاورات الأولية.
وأضافت الوكالة أنّ خبراء من الجانبين الإيراني والأميركي درسوا تفاصيل بعض القضايا المطروحة ضمن المفاوضات.
وتنعقد المحادثات الثلاثية بين إيران والولايات المتحدة وباكستان في إسلام آباد. ورجّحت شبكة “سي أن أن”، وفق مصدرٍ باكستاني، أن تستمر هذه المحادثات حتى الليل وربما حتى يوم غدٍ الأحد
وتجري هذه المفاوضات وسط انعدام ثقة المفاوضين الإيرانيين بواشنطن، ووضع طهران لخطوط حمر، ولا سيما الإفراج عن أصولها المجمّدة ووقف إطلاق النار على جميع الجبهات.
وبعد اجتماع دام أكثر من ساعتين قبل التوقف لاستراحة، أعلنت وكالة “مهر” الإيرانية أنّ الأميركيين وافقوا على تحرير الأموال الإيرانية المجمدة
جولة مختلفة… لماذا؟
وحدّد مساعد وزير الخارجية الإيراني للشؤون القانونية والدولية، كاظم غريب آبادي، أن هذه الجولة من المحادثات “تختلف جوهرياً عن الجولات السابقة، خاصة بالنظر إلى عدم الصدق والخداع لدى الأميركيين وخيانتهم للمفاوضات”.
