Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf confirms that taking about a bilateral ceasefire, or engaging in negotiations count to be illogical after violating 3 of the proposed 10 conditions.

On Wednesday the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf said that the United States and the Israeli Occupation have violated three main conditions of the proposed ten, which are the framework that has been agreed upon before the negotiations, as the basis of these negotiations. This expressing that a bilateral ceasefire, or engaging in negotiations count to be illogical matters at this stage.

In a statement Qālībāf said that the deep and historical lack of trust his country has towards the United States comes from the continued violations of Washington to all forms of compliance, which is a regrettably recurring pattern.

The American President on his “Social Truth” platform also mentioned this, in which he capital said that the ten proposed conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran counts to be the effective basis upon which negotiations can happen”, and that is the main framework of these negotiations, pointing out that despite all this, until now three conditions of this proposal have been violated.

He also pointed out that “the non compliance with the first conditions of the ten is connected to the ceasefire in Lebanon, which is a condition Pakistani Prime Minister Šahbāz Šarīf has clearly pointed out stating “immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other regions, and it is effective immediately”.

As for the second condition of the negotiations framework, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament said that “a drone sneaking into the Iranian airspace that was shut down at the city of Lārī in Fars Province is a clear violation of the condition that prevents additional violating of the Iranian airspace”.

As for the third one that is “denying the right of Iran for enrichment, which is a right that is present in the sixth condition of the framework”, according to Qālībāf.

In light of all this Qālībāf viewed that “the effective basis of the negotiations are the same that had been clearly and openly violated even before the negotiations started. This expressing that talking about a bilateral ceasefire, or engaging in negotiations is now an illogical thing in such situation”.

قال رئيس مجلس الشورى الإيراني محمد باقر قاليباف، الأربعاء، إن الولايات المتحدة والاحتلال الإسرائيلي انتهكا  ثلاثة بنود رئيسية من مقترح النقاط العشر، وهو الإطار المتفق عليه كأساس للتفاوض، قبل بدء المفاوضات، معتبراً أن  وقف إطلاق نار ثنائي أو الدخول في مفاوضات يُعدّان أمراً غير منطقي في هذه الحالة.

وقال قاليباف، في بيان، إنّ انعدام الثقة التاريخي العميق الذي تحمله بلاده تجاه الولايات المتحدة ينبع من انتهاكات واشنطن المتكررة لكافة أشكال الالتزامات، وهو نمط تكرّر للأسف مرة أخرى

وذكر أيضاً تصريح الرئيس الأميركي على منصته “تروث سوشيال”، الذي قال فيه بوضوح إنّ مقترح النقاط الـ10 للجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية يُعدّ أساساً عملياً يمكن التفاوض عليه”، والإطار الرئيسي لهذه المحادثات، لافتاً إلى أنه على الرغم من ذلك، فقد تم حتى الآن انتهاك ثلاثة بنود من هذا المقترح

كما أشار إلى “عدم الالتزام بالبند الأول من مقترح النقاط العشر المتعلق بوقف إطلاق النار في لبنان، وهو التزام أشار إليه رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف صراحةً واعتبره ‘وقفاً فورياً لإطلاق النار في كل مكان، بما في ذلك لبنان ومناطق أخرى، يدخل حيّز التنفيذ فوراً’

وبخصوص الانتهاك الثاني لإطار التفاوض، قال رئيس البرلمان الإيراني إنّ “دخول طائرة مسيّرة متسللة إلى المجال الجوي الإيراني، والتي تم إسقاطها في مدينة لار بمحافظة فارس، في انتهاك واضح للبند الذي يحظر أي خرق إضافي للمجال الجوي الإيراني”.

أمّا الانتهاك الثالث،  فهو “إنكار حق إيران في التخصيب، وهو الحق الذي ورد في البند السادس من الإطار”، وفقاً لقاليباف.

على ضوء ذلك، رأى قاليباف أنّ “الأساس العملي للتفاوض نفسه قد تم انتهاكه بشكل علني وواضح، حتى قبل بدء المفاوضات، معتبراً أنّ الحديث عن وقف إطلاق نار ثنائي أو الدخول في مفاوضات يُعدّ أمراً غير منطقي في مثل هذا الوضع
