The delegation of al-Mayadeen in Islamabad reported the arrival of an American plane carrying a high level delegation, highlighting that the negotiations are conducted one-sidedly until now.
The reporter added that the arrival of the American delegation indicates that American President Donald Trump might announce a limited initiative about the blockade of the Iranian ports.
A high level Iranian official had reported to Reuters that Pakistan is taking positive efforts aiming to end the American blockade and to work on guaranteeing the participation of Iran in the negotiations.
More than two weeks ago American President Donald Trump announced imposing a blockade on the Iranian ports in an attempt to put pressure on Iran, so to provide concessions. This pushed Tehran to close the Strait of Hormuz once again for the enemy trade vessels of the, or those of the allies of the enemies of Iran.
Tehran and Washington reached ceasefire agreement on the midnight of 7 April for two weeks, so to conduct negotiations, before Washington started to criticize a number of conditions that it had agreed to before.

أفاد موفد الميادين إلى إسلام آباد بوصول طائرة أميركية تقلّ وفداً كبيراً، مشيراً إلى أنّ المحادثات تجري من جانب واحد حتى الآن
وأضاف الموفد أنّ وصول الوفد الأميركي يؤشّر إلى أنّ الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب قد يعلن مبادرة محدّدة حول الحصار على الموانئ الإيرانية
وكان قد أفاد مسؤول إيراني كبير لوكالة “رويترز”، بأنّ باكستان تبذل جهوداً إيجابية بهدف إنهاء الحصار الأميركي، والعمل على ضمان مشاركة إيران في المحادثات
وقبل أكثر من أسبوع، أعلن الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب فرض حصار على الموانئ الإيرانية، في محاولة للضغط على إيران لتقديم تنازلات في المفاوضات. ما دفع طهران لإغلاق مضيق هرمز من جديد أمام السفن التجارية المعادية أو الحليفة لأعداء إيران.
وتوصّلت طهران وواشنطن، في منتصف ليل 7-8 نيسان/أبريل، على اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار لمدة أسبوعين على أن تتخلّلهما مفاوضات، قبل أن تنقض واشنطن لعدد من البنود التي كانت قد وافقت عليها
