Chief of Staff of the Algerian People’s National Army General as-Sa‘īd Šanqrīḥa talks about the development of the military industries in Algeria and confirms the preparedness of the army to contribute to the integrity of the national industries.
Chief of Staff of the Algerian People’s National Army Lieutenant General as-Sa‘īd Šanqrīḥa On Sunday said that Algeria “desires to the next period to enter the regional and global through the military industries”.
Šanqrīḥa added that “developing from the consideration of necessary dichotomy between the economy and security the army works on the development of the military industries and contribute to the integrity of the national industries”.
He confirmed that the existential struggle, which requires the Algerian youth to take it upon itself and deal with it is “the struggle of mindfulness, which counts to be essential and dangerous. This is by guarding in arms the principal national values and preserving the legacy of the martyrs”. Thus he called on “preserving the valued and achieved gains on numerous levels and strongly marching on the path of regenerating the homeland, carrying out the plan of the new Algeria to be a tangible reality”.
Also, the Chief of Staff of the Army said: “We applaud the 60th anniversary of independence with all pride and we stand here respecting and honoring our ancestors, who gave invaluable sacrifices struggling for freedom and reverence from demeaning colonial oppression from the popular uprisings all the way to the political struggle until the Glorious Liberating Revolution”.
He continued: “Believing in the people that what was taken by force cannot be taken back, only by force, our nation fought a blood-soaked revolution in one of the greatest revolutions carried out against oppression, as the revolution broke the French colonial rule and foiled all its evil plans. So the November Revolution embodied blood-soaked heroism unique in all human history”.
Lieutenant General Šanqrīḥa explained that “60 years of independence is a short period in the life of nations”. This points out that “Algeria all together, and especially the army in this time reached major achievements on various levels, which is denied only by those who are twisted”.
He pointed out that “the Army Supreme Command took huge efforts to plan ahead for the progress and modernization of the fighting capabilities, with the support of the President and the Minister of National Defense to surpass the laid out goals”. Also adding: “Though our relentless commitments for developed fighting capabilities for our armed forces we managed to constantly work and achieve the highest possible preparedness struggling against all challenges, whatever their nature, form or source it was”.
Lieutenant General Šanqrīḥa believed that “the extraordinary achievements of the army on the field of anti-terrorist activities confirmed its value, strength, and capability in which the members of our units excel. They are devoted to cleansing out the country from the evil remains of the terrorist groups”.

قائد أركان الجيش الشعبي الوطني الجزائري الفريق السعيد شنقريحة يتحدث عن تطوير الصناعات العسكرية في الجزائر، ويؤكد استعداد الجيش للمساهمة في الحفاظ على النسيج الصناعي الوطني
قال قائد أركان الجيش الشعبي الوطني الجزائري، الفريق السعيد شنقريحة، اليوم الأحد، إنّ الجزائر “تطمح في المرحلة المقبلة إلى دخول الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية من خلال الصناعات العسكرية
وأضاف شنقريحة أنّه “من منطلق أن الأمن والاقتصاد ثنائية متلازمة، يعمل الجيش على تطوير الصناعات العسكرية والمساهمة في الحفاظ على النسيج الصناعي الوطني
وأكد أن المعركة الحيوية التي يتعيّن على شباب الجزائر خوضها وكسب رهانها هي “معركة الوعي التي تعدّ مصيرية وخطيرة، وذلك من خلال التسلح بالقيم الوطنية الأصيلة والحفاظ على أمانة الشهداء”، داعياً إلى “الحفاظ على المكتسبات الثمينة المحققة على أكثر من صعيد، والانخراط بقوة في مشروع النهوض بالوطن، وتحويل مشروع الجزائر الجديدة إلى واقع ملموس”.
كذلك، أضاف رئيس أركان الجيش: “نحيي الذكرى الـ60 للاستقلال بمنتهى الفخر، ونقف إجلالاً وعرفاناً للأسلاف الذين قدموا تضحيات لا تقدر بثمن كعربون للحرية والانعتاق من استعمار استيطاني بغيض، منذ المقاومات الشعبية مروراً بالنضال السياسي إلى ثورة التحرير المجيدة”.
وتابع: “اقتناعاً من الشعب بأنّ ما أُخذ بالقوة لا يسترد إلا بالقوة خاض شعبنا ثورة ملحمية من بين أعظم الثورات في المعمورة ضد الاحتلال، إذ كسرت الثورة شوكة الاستعمار الفرنسي، وأحبطت كل مخططاته الجهنمية؛ فثورة نوفمبر جسّدت ملحمة بطولية فريدة من نوعها في تاريخ الإنسانية”.
إلى ذلك، أوضح الفريق شنقريحة أنّ “60 سنة من الاستقلال تعتبر فترة قصيرة في حياة الأمم”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “الجزائر عموماً والجيش خصوصاً حققا من خلالها إنجازات كبيرة على مختلف الأصعدة التي لا ينكرها إلا جاحد”.
ولفت إلى أن “القيادة العليا للجيش بذلت مجهودات مضنية على نهج عصرنة وتحديث قدرات قوام المعركة، في ظل دعم رئيس الجمهورية وزير الدفاع الوطني لبلوغ الأهداف المسطرة”، مضيفاً: “في ظل انشغالنا الدائم بعصرنة قوام المعركة لقواتنا المسلحة، تمكنّا بفضل عمل دؤوب من قطع أشواط كبيرة لبلوغ أقصى مستويات الجاهزية التي تمكّننا من مواجهة أيّ تهديدات مهما كان نوعها وطبيعتها ومصدرها”.
واعتبر الفريق شنقريحة أن “النتائج الباهرة للجيش في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب أكدت الكفاءة والقوة والاقتدار التي تميّز أفراد مفارزنا، والإصرار على تخليص بلادنا من شرور بقايا فلول الإرهاب
