Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd says that he will not work together or cooperate with agents, traitors and those, who pay money to blacken their country”.
Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd reaffirmed his dedication to “respect the liberties and the rights”, once again confirming that “he is not from amongst the preachers of chaos and coup”.
Sa‘īd said in a recorded video aired by the Tunisian presidential office during his meeting with general and constitutional law professors yesterday, on Tuesday that “he will not cooperate, or negotiate with agents, or traitors of those who pay money to blacken their country”. He added that they “payed nearly three million [Tunisian] dinars for pressure groups abroad to blacken their [own] country”.
The Tunisian underlined that it is “important to form a government, but with fetching up a political vision it will follow serving the Tunisian people”.
The General Tunisian Labor Union warned this Monday about an attempt from abroad to test the Tunisian state as a civil democracy, thus confirming that “the Union stood as a barrier preventing such attempts”.
It called upon President Qays Sa‘īd “to explain the way and the measures to be taken, first being the formation of a government, which until today has remained complicated”. He confirmed that “its absence will have an effect on the educational and social life’s return and on the negotiations and agreements the Union had with the previous governments”.
It also expressed its surprise that President Qays Sa‘īd hasn’t taken any new steps about the parliament and the formation of a government, pointing out that “some MPs have handed in their resignation to make these measures easier”.
It should be remembered that Tunisia witnesses a greatly important political developments since June this year, while at the same with the 64th anniversary of the proclamation of the republic protests broke out causing a political crisis between the government, the president and the parliament. It all ended with decrees issued by the Tunisian President following his meeting with the military and security leaderships.
The decisions taken included the deposition of the Prime Minister from his post, the suspension of the Parliament’s work and the immunity of all its members. The President took over the public representation and the executive power.

الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد يقول إنه “لن يتعامل أو يتحاور مع العملاء والخونة ومن يدفعون الأموال للإساءة لبلادهم”.
جدّد الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد التزامه بـ”احترام الحريات والحقوق”، مؤكداً أنه “ليس من دعاة الفوضى والانقلاب”.
وقال سعيد، في مقطع مصور بثته الرئاسة التونسية، خلال لقائه أساتذة القانون الدستوري والعام، أمس الثلاثاء، إنه “لن يتعامل أو يتحاور مع العملاء والخونة ومن يدفعون الأموال للإساءة لبلادهم”، مضيفاً أنهم “دفعوا قرابة ثلاثة ملايين دينار لجماعات ضغط في الخارج للإساءة لبلادهم”.
وشدد الرئيس التونسي على أنه من “المهم تشكيل الحكومة، ولكن مع وضع تصور للسياسة التي ستتبعها لخدمة الشعب التونسي”.
وكان الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل حذر، يوم الإثنين الماضي، من محاولة الخروج عن قيم الدولة التونسية الديمقراطية المدنية، مؤكداً أن “وقوف الاتحاد كصدّ منيع ضد هذه المحاولات”.
ودعا الرئيس قيس سعيد، إلى “توضيح الطريق والإجراءات التي سيتخذها وفي مقدمتها تشكيل الحكومة الذي بقي عالقاً إلى اليوم”، مؤكداً أن “غيابها سيؤثر على العودة المدرسية والاجتماعية وعلى المفاوضات والاتفاقيات التي أمضاها الاتحاد مع الحكومات السابقة”.
كما أعرب عن استغرابه من عدم اتخاذ الرئيس قيس سعيد أي خطوات جديدة في علاقة البرلمان وتشكيل الحكومة، مشيراً إلى أن “بعض النواب قدموا استقالتهم لتسهيل اتخاذ هذه الإجراءات”.
يذكر أن تونس، شهدت من تموز/يوليو الماضي، تطورات سياسية بالغة الأهمية، تزامنا مع الذكرى الـ64 لإعلان الجمهورية، بدأت باحتجاجات سببتها أزمة سياسية بين الحكومة والرئيس والبرلمان، وانتهت بقرارات أصدرها الرئيس التونسي إثر اجتماعه بقيادات عسكرية وأمنية.
وتضمنت القرارات إعفاء رئيس الحكومة من منصبه وتجميد عمل البرلمان ورفع الحصانة عن جميع أعضائه، وتولي رئيس الدولة رئاسة النيابة العمومية والسلطة التنفيذية.
