An American report reveals a rare Iranian infiltration and large scale damages to the American base in the Gulf surpassing what had been announced.

The American NBC channel’s report revealed that an Iranian F-5 type fighter in the first days of the war managed to bombard the American “Camp Buhering” base in Kuwait, despite air defense systems being present, all this in a rare penetration that counts to be the first of its kind for years, according to the American officials.

The report pointed out that the American military bases and their equipment in the Gulf region have suffered massive damages by the Iranian strikes, which were described to be much more severe than what had been officially announced, while the estimates of the reparations can reach up to billions of dollars, according to the American officials and Congressional sources.

According to the indications the attacks reached the storages, the command center and the fuel of the planes, aside from the satellite communications infrastructure, the runways and the advanced radar systems, but also dozens of planes.

At the end of March the American New York Times admitted that the attacks of Iran caused massive damages to the American bases in “the Middle East”. It added that the attacks of Iran forces the American forces to operate from the distance.
