A Lebanese security official points out that the Israeli forces started to withdraw on Monday night from the villages along the border in Southern Lebanon and the Israeli “army” announces that it will keep “its forces at 5 strategic positions all along the border”.

The “army” of the Israeli Occupation withdrew from the villages along the border with Southern Lebanon, except five position, about which the it announced that will remain there, while at the same time the deadline set in the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and “Israel” has ended.
A security source wishing not to reveal his identity told the Agance France Press: “The Israeli army withdrew from all the villages along the border, except five villages, and the Lebanese Army gradually deploying, because there are explosives in certain areas and the roads are damaged”.
Aside from that the correspondent of al-Mayadeen in Southern Lebanon reported on Tuesday morning that the tanks of the Israeli Occupation and its vehicles are once again cruising towards Kafar Šūbā.
The correspondent said that the forces of the Occupation moved the trucks of explosive equipment towards the village of Kafar Šūbā preparing to carry out an explosion in the area.
The correspondent of al-Mayadeen pointed out that the Lebanese Army started to remove the ground barriers at the northern entrance of the town of Yārūn and open up the road for the people to enter.
Also the correspondent pointed out in Ḥūlā that the residents of the town are gathering at the entrance of the town waiting for the permission from the Lebanese Army to enter after it secured it.

The Command of the Lebanese Army issued a statement in which it explained that its forces have deployed in a number of towns, which are al-‘Abbāsiyya, al-Mağdiyya and Kafar Kilā in the eastern section, and the towns of ‘Adiysa, Markabā, Ḥūlā, Mays al-Ğabal, Balīdā, Muḥaybīb, Mārūn ar-Ra’s and the remaining part of Yārūn in the central section.
It’s forces have also deployed at the other border positions as well in the region to the south of the Litani River after the Israeli Occupation withdrew.
The army stated that special units immediately started mechanical operations, opened the roads, removed the unexploded ammunition and the strange bodies in this region.
“Israel” keeps its forces in 5 positions despite the Lebanese rejection
At Tuesday dawn the deadline for the withdrawal of “Israel” from Southern Lebanon has ended according to the ceasefire agreement with Ḥizb Allah, and that came few hours after the Israeli “army” confirmed its will to keep its forces at 5 strategic positions at the border.
The “army” of the Israeli Occupation announced that it “will keep a small number of its forces at 5 strategic positions after the withdrawal deadline ends on 18 February”, which are: Tallat al-‘Awayḍa, Ğabal Bilāṭ, Tallat al-Labbūna, Tallat al-‘Izziyya and Tallat al-Ḥamāmiṣ.
Shortly before the deadline ended a Lebanese security official confirmed that the Israeli forces at Monday night started to withdraw fro Mr he border towns, while the Lebanese Army progressed to deploy there.
The Lebanese officials stated that “the Israeli forces started to withdraw from the border villages, including Mays al-Ğabal and Balīdā, while the Lebanese Army deployed there”.
Few hours before the deadline ended the Israeli “army” announced that it will keep “limited forces temporarily deployed at 5 strategic positions all along the border with Lebanon”, justifying this with the ongoing protection of the “settlers”, confirming there would be no immediate danger by Ḥizb Allah.
The Israeli statement came despite Lebanon confirming that it absolutely rejects the Israeli forces remaining there and called upon the states overseeing the agreements to intervene pressuring “Israel”.
A number of municipalities in Southern Lebanon called upon the residents to be mindful upon their return to their towns waiting for the deployment of the Lebanese Army in the neighborhoods and the works of the designated services to open the roads and allow a safe entry.
The U.N. organizations condemn “Israel”
Since the ceasefire agreement started “Israel” has launched areal strikes and carried out demolition operations of homes at the border villages causing more than 60 martyrs, around 24 people of them on 26 January, the first day the ceasefire was scheduled to be fulfilled, while these people were attempting to return to their border villages.
Experts of the U.N. last week expressed in a statement their shock by the continued “killing of civilians and systematic destruction of homes, agricultural lands and vital and other infrastructure in Southern Lebanon during the timeframe of the ceasefire”.
The Human Rights Watch Organization had warned on Monday that “Israel is relying on demolishing civilian homes and civilian infrastructure and using explosive weapons at the abandoned areas making it impossible for many residents to return to their villages and homes”.
It added: “Even if their homes are still there, how would they return with the lack of access to water, electricity, communications and medical infrastructure?”

انسحب “جيش” الاحتلال الإسرائيلي من كلّ القرى الحدودية في جنوب لبنان، باستثناء نقاط خمس كان أعلن. أنه سيبقى فيها، وذلك بالتزامن مع انتهاء مهلة تطبيق وقف إطلاق النار بين لبنان و”إسرائيل”.
وقال مصدر أمني فضّل عدم الكشف عن هويته، لوكالة “فرانس برس”: “انسحب الجيش الاسرائيلي من كلّ القرى. الحدودية، باستثناء النقاط الخمس، والجيش اللبناني ينتشر بشكل تدريجي، بسبب وجود متفجّرات في بعض الأماكن، وأضرار بالطرقات”.
إلى ذلك، أفادت مراسلة الميادين في جنوبيّ لبنان، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، بأنّ دبابات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وآلياته. توغّلت مجدّداً في اتجاه بلدة كفرشوبا.

وأشار مراسل الميادين إلى أنّ الجيش اللبناني بدأ بإزالة الساتر الترابي عند المدخل الشمالي لبلدة يارون. وفتح الطريق أمام الأهالي لدخولها

وصدر عن قيادة الجيش اللبناني بيان أوضح فيه أنّ قواته انتشرت في عدد من البلدات هي (العباسية، المجيدية، كفركلا) في. القطاع الشرقي. وبلدات (عديسة، مركبا، حولا، ميس الجبل، بليدا، محيبيب، مارون الراس والجزء المتبقّي من يارون) في القطاع الأوسط
كما انتشرت قواته في مواقع حدودية أخرى في منطقة جنوب الليطاني. وذلك بعد انسحاب الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
وقال الجيش إن الوحدات المختصة باشرت إجراء المسح الهندسي وفتح الطرقات ومعالجة الذخائر غير. المنفجرة والأجسام المشبوهة في هذه المناطق.

وفجر اليوم، انتهت مهلة انسحاب “إسرائيل” من جنوبي لبنان بموجب اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار مع حزب. الله، وذلك بعيد ساعات من تأكيد “الجيش” الإسرائيلي عزمه إبقاء قواته في 5 نقاط استراتيجية عند الحدود.
وكان “جيش” الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أعلن أنّه “سيترك أعداداً صغيرة من القوات في 5 مواقع استراتيجية بعد. حلول موعد الانسحاب في 18 شباط/فبراير”، وهي: تلّة العويضة، جبل بلاط، تلّة اللبونة، تلّة العزية وتلّة الحمامص.
وقبيل انتهاء المهلة، أكّد مسؤول أمني لبناني أنّ القوات الإسرائيلية بدأت ليل الاثنين بالانسحاب من قرى. حدودية، مع تقدّم الجيش اللبناني للانتشار فيها.
وقال المسؤول اللبناني إنّ “القوات الإسرائيلية بدأت بالانسحاب من قرى حدودية، بما في ذلك ميس الجبل. وبليدا مع تقدّم الجيش اللبناني
وقبيل ساعات من انتهاء المهلة، أعلن “الجيش” الإسرائيلي أنه سيبقي “قوات محدودة منتشرة موقتاً في 5 نقاط. استراتيجية على طول الحدود مع لبنان”، مبرراً ذلك بمواصلة الدفاع عن “المستوطنين” والتأكّد من عدم وجود تهديد فوري، من حزب الله.
وجاء الإعلان الإسرائيلي على الرغم من تأكيد لبنان رفضه المطلق لبقاء القوات الإسرائيلية، ودعوته. رعاة الاتفاق إلى التدخّل للضغط على “إسرائيل”.
ودعت عدّة بلديات في جنوبي لبنان، الأهالي إلى التريّث في العودة لبلداتهم بانتظار انتشار الجيش اللبناني. في أحيائها وعمل الأجهزة المختصّة على فتح الطرقات، لتوفير دخول آمن.
منظّمات أممية تدين “إسرائيل”
ومنذ دخول وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ، تشنّ “إسرائيل” ضرباتٍ جوية وتنفّذ عمليات نسف تطال منازل في. قرى حدودية، أوقعت أكثر من 60 شهيداً، نحو 24 شخصاً منهم في 26 كانون الثاني/يناير، الموعد. الأول الذي كان مقرّراً لتطبيق وقف النار، في أثناء محاولتهم العودة إلى بلداتهم الحدودية.
وأعرب خبراء في الأمم المتحدة، الأسبوع الماضي، في بيانٍ لهم عن استيائهم من استمرار “قتل المدنيين. والتدمير المنهجي للمنازل والأراضي الزراعية والبنية التحتية الحيوية الأخرى في جنوبي لبنان خلال فترة اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار”.
ونبّهت منظمة “هيومن رايتس ووتش”، أمس الاثنين، إلى أنّ “تعمّد إسرائيل هدم منازل المدنيين والبنية. التحتية المدنية واستخدام الأسلحة المتفجّرة في المناطق المأهولة يجعل من المستحيل على العديد من السكان العودة إلى قراهم ومنازلهم”.
وأضافت: “حتى لو كانت منازلهم لا تزال موجودة، كيف سيعودون مع انعدام. المياه والكهرباء والاتصالات والبنية التحتية الصحية؟
