The Iraqi Independent Electoral High Commission announced that preliminary results of the legislative elections, in which the participation ratio reached 56.11%.
The Baghdad Province the participation reached 48,76%, where the the “Construction and Development” Coalition led by current Prime Minister Muḥammad Šayyā‘ as-Sūdānī won the first place.
The “Progress” Party led by former Speaker of the Parliament Muḥammad al-Ḥalabūlsī came in second, while the third place was taken by the “State of Law” Coalition, which is led by Nūrī al-Mālikī. The “National State Forces” Coalition obtained the fourth place.
As for the Province of Nineveh, the participation reached 65.09%. The Kurdistani Democratic Party gained the first place, while the “Progress” Party took the second place and the “Building and Progress” Coalition came in at the third place.
In Irbīl the participation reached 71,65%, where the Kurdistani Democratic Party also got the first place.
In the province of Basra, the participation ratio was 51,03%, and the “Resolve” Coalition took the first place, followed by the “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Party.
The “Construction and Development” Coalition took the third place in Basra, and the “State of Law Coalition” the fourth, being followed by the “National State Forces” Coalition.
In addition to this, the “Progress” Party took the first place in al-Anbār Province, and the “al-Anbār is our identity” came in the second place and the participation ratio was 66,59%.
The Independent Electoral High Commission recorded that the participation ratio in al-Qādisiyya Province was 49%, where the “Construction and Progress” Coalition came in first. In the second place the “State of Law” Coalition came in, and the Badr Organization after that.
The “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Movement got the fourth place here, while the “National State Forces” Coalition the fifth place.
The Kurdistani National Union gained the first place the first place in as-Sulaymāniyya Province, where the participation ratio reached 60.15%.
In Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn Province, where the participation was 66.98%, to first three places were the following: “Progress Party”, “Construction and Progress” Coalition and than the “Devotion of Iraq” Coalition.

In Karbalā Province the participation ratio reached 47.59% and the “Construction and Development” Coalition took the first place being followed by the “State of Law” Coalition.
A participation of 47,52% was registered in Wāsiṭ Province, where the “Wāsiṭ is Better by Services” got the first place. In the second place the “State of Law” came in, being followed by the “Construction and Development” Coalition.
The “Construction and Development” Coalition got the first place in the Province of al-Mutannā. Then came the “State of Law” Coalition in the second place, the “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Movement at third, and the “National State Forces” Coalition at fourth. The participation ratio was 50.7%.
Also the “Construction and Development” Coalition got the first place in Maysān Province, where the participation was at 42.15%. The Bard Organization got the second place, the “State of Law” the third, the “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Movement the fourth and the “National State Forces” Coalition at fifth.
The first five place in Dī Qār Province came as follows: “Construction and Development” Coalition, “State of Law” Coalition, the “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Movement, the “National State Forces” Coalition and the Badr Organization. The participation was at 49%.
In Kirkūk Province, where the participation was at 65.02%, the Kurdistani National Union got the first place and the “Progress” Party the second place.
In Diyālā Province the participation reached 57.38% and the Badr Organization got the first place, being followed by the “Progress” Party.
Besides this the participation in Babel Province was at 50.74%, where the “Construction and Development” Coalition obtained the first place, the “aṣ-Ṣādiqūn” Movement the second and the “State of Law” Coalition the third place.

أعلنت المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات في العراق النتائج الأولية للانتخابات النيابية، والتي بلغت نسبة المشاركة فيها 56.11%.
وبلغت نسبة المشاركة في محافظة بغداد 48.76%، حيث نال ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” المرتبة الأولى، بقيادة رئيس الحكومة العراقي، محمد شياع السوداني.
وفي المرتبة الثانية، جاء حزب “تقدّم”، بقيادة رئيس مجلس النواب السابق، محمد الحلبوسي. أما ثالثاً، فحلّ ائتلاف “دولة القانون”، الذي يترأسه نوري المالكي، بينما حصل تحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” على المركز الرابع.
أما في محافظة نينوى، فبلغت نسبة التصويت 65.09%. وجاء الحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني في المرتبة الأولى، حزب “تقدّم” في المرتبة الثانية وائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” في المرتبة الثالثة.
وبلغت نسبة التصويت في أربيل 71.65%، حيث احتل الحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني أيضاً المرتبة الأولى.
وفي محافظة البصرة، بلغت نسبة التصويت 51.03%. وحاز تحالف “تصميم” على المرتبة الأولى، تليه حركة “الصادقون”.
وحلّ ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” ثالثاً في البصرة، وائتلاف “دولة القانون” في المركز الخامس، يتبعه تحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية”.
إضافةً إلى ذلك، جاء حزب “تقدّم” في المرتبة الأولى في محافظة الأنبار، و”الأنبار هويتنا” في المرتبة الثانية. وبلغت نسبة التصويت في المحافظة 66.59%.
وسجّلت المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات، نسبة تصويت 49% في محافظة القادسية، حيث حلّ ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” أولاً. وفي المرتبة الثانية جاء ائتلاف “دولة القانون”، ثم منظمة “بدر”.
وحصلت حركة “الصادقون” على المرتبة الرابعة، وتحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” في المركز الخامس.
وحصل “الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني” على المرتبة الأولى في محافظة السليمانية، حيث بلغت نسبة التصويت 60.15%.
وفي محافظة صلاح الدين، حيث بلغ التصويت 66.98%، جاءت المراتب الثلاث الأولى على النحو التالي: حزب “تقدّم”، ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية”، ثم تحالف “عزم العراق
أما في محافظة النجف، حيث بلغت نسبة التصويت 43.62%، فحصل ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” على المرتبة الأولى، وتحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” على المرتبة الثانية.
وجاء ائتلاف “دولة القانون” في المركز الرابع، تليه حركة “الصادقون” خامساً.
ونال الحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني المرتبة الأولى في محافظة دهوك، حيث بلغت نسبة التصويت 77.47%.
وفي محافظة كربلاء، بلغت نسبة التصويت 47.59%. وجاء ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” أولاً، يتبعه ائتلاف “دولة القانون”.
وتم تسجيل نسبة 47.52% في محافظة واسط، التي حصل فيها “واسط الأجمل بالخدمات” على المركز الأول. وفي الثاني جاء ائتلاف “دولة القانون”، ليليه ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية”.
ونال ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” المرتبة الأولى في محافظة المثنى. ثم جاء ائتلاف “دولة القانون” ثانياً، حركة “الصادقون” ثالثاً وتحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” رابعاً. وبلغت نسبة التصويت في المحافظة 50.70%.
كذلك، حصل ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” على المرتبة الأولى في محافظة ميسان، حيث بلغت نسبة التصويت 42.15%. وحظيت منظمة “بدر” بالمرتبة الثانية، ائتلاف “دولة القانون” بالثالثة، حركة “الصادقون” بالرابعة وتحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” بالخامسة.
وتوزعت المراتب الخمس الأولى في محافظة ذي قار على النحو التالي، على التوالي: ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية”، ائتلاف “دولة القانون”، حركة “الصادقون”، تحالف “قوى الدولة الوطنية” ومنظمة “بدر”. وبلغت نسبة التصويت فيها 49.00%.
وفي محافظة كركوك، حيث بلغت نسبة التصويت 65.02%، نال “الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني” المرتبة الأولى، وحزب “تقدم” المرتبة الثانية.
وفي محافظة ديالى، بلغت نسبة التصويت 57.38%. وحلّت منظمة “بدر” في المرتبة الأولى، يليها حزب “تقدّم”.
إلى جانب ذلك، بلغت نسبة التصويت في محافظة بابل 50.74%. وحصل فيها ائتلاف “الإعمار والتنمية” على المرتبة الأولى، حركة “الصادقون” على المرتبة الثانية وائتلاف “دولة القانون” على المرتبة الثالثة
