It should be remembered that Rabat, “Tel Aviv” and Washington in December last year signed a tripartite agreement about setting up relations between Morocco and “Israel”, which was described by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nāṣir Būrīṭa as “a roadmap, by which the three parties will act in the next period”.

من جانبه، قال المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي إن “الجيش يتعاون مع مجموعة متنوعة من الدول والجيوش الأجنبية، في أثناء إجراء التدريبات والاجتماعات العليا والبحوث والتطورات المشتركة. ولن نتطرق إلى التعاون مع دولة معينة
وبحسب الموقع، يُعَد التعاون الأمني بين “إسرائيل” والمغرب مسألة حساسة للغاية من الناحية السياسية
وتضم قائمة الدول المشاركة في مناورات “نسيم البحر”، والتي تنطلق أواخر الشهر الجاري في البحر الأسود، الولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا وبريطانيا و”إسرائيل” وألبانيا وأستراليا والبرازيل وبلغاريا وكندا والدنمارك وإستونيا وفرنسا وجورجيا واليونان وإيطاليا واليابان، بالإضافة إلى لاتفيا وليتوانيا ومولدوفا والنرويج وباكستان وبولندا ورومانيا والسنغال وإسبانيا وكوريا الجنوبية والسويد وتركيا
يُذكَر أن الرباط و”تل أبيب” وواشنطن وقّعت، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر من العام الماضي، اتفاقاً ثلاثياً تضمّن عدة مذكِّرات تفاهم بشأن إقامة علاقات بين المغرب و”إسرائيل”، وصفه وزير الخارجية المغربي ناصر بوريطة بأنه “خريطة طريق سيعمل الأطراف الثلاثة عليها خلال المرحلة المقبلة
