The burning of the agricultural fields and especially those of grain in the Syrian al-Ğazīra region is to deprive the Syrian side from its wealth in yet another aim, which unites the occupying American and Turkish forces in their adversary behaviors and a breach of the international law reaching up to the level of war crime added to the other crimes committed by these occupying forces against the Syrian people and state.

Many previous crimes were committed by the Turkish occupational forces and their mercenaries amongst the terrorist gangs come on the same tone with the aggressions by the American occupational forces and the armed groups, which follow their orders starting from bombing the cities and the areas and destroying the infrastructure in it, expelling the citizens from their homes, all the way down to the policy of killings, destruction, kidnappings and armed robbery against the citizens and their properties. And it does not stop at the burning of tens of thousands of hectares of grain and barley fields in the areas where they set up their illegal bases and their occupational points, and in the safe areas adjacent to these on the Syrian soil.
Many fires were incinerated in the grain fields strategic to the Syrians, who managed by these for decades managed to be self-sufficient focusing on the alimentary safety in the country, which has become a clear target in the frame of an economic war and sinful starvation committed by the United States and the Neo-Ottoman Turkish regime against the Syrian people and their state, after which they and their terrorist proxies have failed to in their aggressive war and attempts to subdue the Syrians, who refuse the occupying forces and their agents.
The American and Turkish aggression takes many forms, marked by methods and many types and a number of ways, among which one the continued burning of the grain fields by the occupational forces. That not only affects the Syrian economy, but the direct aim is the impoverishment of the owners of these lands, the local population and to force them under deep pressure and less of work possibility with the American and Turkish forces to lean to accept sending their sons to fight in the ranks of the terrorist groups, which they [the occupiers] support, especially in the light of growing popular resistance to the presence of the occupying forces and their mercenaries in the areas, which in the last few months suffered passing of tens of armored and transport vehicles of the American occupation. The locals have confronted them and forced them to return to their illegal bases.
The occupying American and Turkish forces have set up illegal bases and checkpoints in several areas in the Syrian al-Ğazīra region, which they support with weapons and logistical equipment via the illegal border crossings with Iraq to strengthen their presence for the theft of the Syrian oil and the main agricultural fields in cooperation with the terrorist organizations they support.
The crime of burning the grain fields in Syria comes in the context of American and Western terrorist and economic war against the Syrian people, which is an already calculated American plan by the direct orders of the American President Donald Trump, according to the international press announcement posted by the “International Business Times” news website in its issues Singapore edition a few days ago, revealing that “the American occupational forces are carrying out the orders of the White House, and Trump signed the orders to burn the agricultural lands in Syria”. The burns in the fields in southern Syria might be a part of this plan as experts suggest.
Local sources and corresponding media report have confirmed recently that “Apache” helicopters belonging to the American occupational forces have started to throw thermic balloons on the grain and barley fields close to harvest, while they were flying on low altitudes above the agricultural fields, which lead to the ignition of fires on the grain and barley fields in several villages close to the city of aš-Šaddādī south of al-Ḥasaka city. Also, the mercenaries of the Turkish occupational forces set fires in a number of grain and barley fields in several villages of the town of Tall Tamr and Abū Ra’sayn in the al-Ḥasaka province. The fires reached up to 20 thousand dunums [2000 hectares] on these fields, while at the same times these mercenaries have started to fire mortars to the fields, as they did in the villages of Umm al-Kayf, ad-Dardāra and aṭ-Ṭawīla in the outskirts of Tall Tamr, and in the villages of al-Manāğir, al-Ahras, al-‘Āmiriyya, Tall ‘Aṭṭāš and ‘Arāt Abū Bakr in the region of Ra’s al-Ayn, which lead to the burning of another 1000 dunums [100 hectares].
At the same time, while they are causing fires, the forces of the Turkish occupation and their mercenaries started to rob these fields by pressuring the locals to sell them their crops on a low price, which they smuggle to Turkish territories. Like yesterday it happened that a number of harvesters entered the area of Ra’s al-‘Ayn under occupation in the north of al-Ḥasaka province to rob the peasants’ agricultural fields and smuggle them to Turkish lands. The same way they appropriated a portion of the harvest after they threatened the peasants with burning the grain and barley fields in case they don’t give in to the pressures they had to suffer.
The agendas of destruction and demolition, which the American administration exercises go together with the aggressive behavior of its regional agent the area, the Brotherhood member Erdoğan and his terrorist mercenaries in the light of the spread of the Corona Virus and the American-Turkish steps of reach up to the level of war crime as described, since hundreds of thousands of local people are in danger of falling victim of poverty and famine. The Syrian state takes measures to ease the affects of the war of aggression and the current blockade, which the West under the leadership of America imposes of Syria.

جرائم معدة مسبقاً تقترفها قوات الاحتلال التركي ومرتزقته من المجاميع الإرهابية تتناغم مع اعتداءات قوات الاحتلال الأمريكي والمجموعات المسلحة التي تأتمر بأوامرها ابتداء من قصف المدن والمناطق وتدمير البنى التحتية فيها وتهجير المواطنين من منازلهم مروراً بسياسة القتل والنهب والخطف والسطو المسلح ضد الأهالي وممتلكاتهم ولا تنتهي بحرق عشرات آلاف الهكتارات المزروعة بالقمح والشعير في المناطق التي أقامت فيها قواعدها غير الشرعية ونقاط احتلالها وفي المناطق الآمنة المجاورة لها على الأراضي السورية
افتعال الحرائق المتعمد في محصول القمح الاستراتيجي بالنسبة للسوريين والذي حققوا من خلاله عبر عشرات السنوات الاكتفاء الذاتي وشكل ركيزة رئيسة للأمن الغذائي في البلاد بات هدفاً واضحاً في إطار حرب اقتصادية وتجويع ظالم تمارسها الولايات المتحدة والنظام التركي العثماني الجديد ضد الشعب السوري ودولته بعد فشلهم وأدواتهم من الإرهابيين في حربهم العدوانية ومحاولة تركيع السوريين الرافضين لقوى الاحتلال وأعوانه
العدوان الأمريكي والتركي يأخذ أشكالاً متعددة ويتلون بأساليب شتى مع تنوع أدواته وتعدد فصوله وهو في إحراق قوات الاحتلال المستمر للمحاصيل الزراعية لا يؤثر فقط في الاقتصاد السوري بل الهدف المباشر منه إفقار أصحاب الأرض من السكان المحليين وإجبارهم تحت ضغط الحاجة والفاقة على العمل مع قوات الاحتلال الأمريكي والتركي ولإرغامهم على الموافقة على إرسال أبنائهم للقتال في صفوف المجموعات الإرهابية التي تدعمها وخاصة في ظل تنامي الرفض الشعبي لوجود قوات الاحتلال ومرتزقته في المنطقة حيث اعترضوا خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية عشرات المرات آليات ومدرعات لقوات الاحتلال الأمريكي وتصدوا لها وأجبروها على العودة إلى قواعدها غير الشرعية
وأنشأت قوات الاحتلال الأمريكية والتركية قواعد غير شرعية ونقاطاً عسكرية في مناطق عدة في الجزيرة السورية تقوم بإمدادها بالأسلحة والمعدات اللوجستية عبر المعابر غير الشرعية مع العراق لتعزيز وجودها لسرقة النفط السوري والمحاصيل الزراعية الرئيسة بالتعاون مع التنظيمات الإرهابية التي تدعمها
جريمة إحراق محصول القمح في سورية تأتي في سياق الحرب الإرهابية والاقتصادية الأمريكية والغربية ضد الشعب السوري وهي مخطط أمريكي معد مسبقاً وبأوامر مباشرة من الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب وفق تقرير إعلامي دولي نشره موقع “انترناشونال بزنس تايمز” الإخباري بنسخته الصادرة في سنغافورة قبل أيام مبيناً أن “قوات الاحتلال الأمريكية كانت تنفذ أوامر أقرها البيت الأبيض وأن ترامب وقع أوامر بحرق الأراضي الزراعية في سورية” وربما تكون الحرائق في الحقول في الجنوب السوري جزءاً من ذلك المخطط كما يقول مراقبون
وكانت مصادر أهلية وإعلامية متطابقة أكدت مؤخراً أن طائرات “أباتشي” تابعة لقوات الاحتلال الأمريكي بدأت تتعمد منذ اقتراب محصولي القمح والشعير من مرحلة الحصاد برمي البالونات الحرارية أثناء طيرانها على مسافة منخفضة فوق الحقول الزراعية ما تسبب باندلاع عدد من الحرائق في حقول القمح والشعير في عدد من القرى التابعة لمدينة الشدادي جنوب مدينة الحسكة فيما أقدمت مجموعات من مرتزقة الاحتلال التركي على إشعال النيران في عدد من حقول القمح والشعير بعدد من قرى بلدتي تل تمر وأبو راسين بريف الحسكة وأتت النيران على نحو 20 ألف دونم من هذه الحقول عدا عن إقدام هؤلاء المرتزقة على استهداف الحقول بقذائف الهاون كما فعلوا في قرى أم الكيف والدردارة والطويلة بريف تل تمر وفي قرى المناجير والأهراس والعامرية وتل عطاش وعرات أبو بكر التابعة لمنطقة رأس العين ما أدى إلى إحراق آلاف الدونمات أيضاً
وفي موازاة افتعال الحرائق تعمد قوات الاحتلال التركي ومرتزقته إلى سرقة المحاصيل عبر الضغط على الأهالي لبيعها بأرخص الأثمان وتهريبها إلى الأراضي التركية حيث أدخلت أمس عدداً من الحصادات إلى منطقة رأس العين المحتلة بريف الحسكة الشمالي لسرقة محاصيل الفلاحين الزراعية وتهريبها إلى الأراضي التركية وكذلك الاستيلاء على جزء من الإنتاج بعد تهديد الفلاحين بإحراق حقول القمح والشعير في حال لم يمتثلوا للضغوطات التي فرضت عليهم
أجندات التخريب والتدمير التي أعدتها الإدارة الأمريكية تتكامل مع السلوك العدواني لعميلها الإقليمي في المنطقة أردوغان الإخواني ومرتزقته الإرهابيين في ظل انتشار وباء كورونا وتجعل الممارسات الأمريكية التركية ترقى إلى مصاف جرائم الحرب الموصوفة إذ تعرض مئات الآلاف من الأهالي لخطر السقوط في هوة الفقر والمجاعة وتقوض إجراءات الدولة السورية للتخفيف من أعباء الحرب العدوانية والحصار الجائر الذي يفرضه الغرب بقيادة أمريكية على سورية
