Iranian Deputy Defense Minister for Administrative Development and Strategic Planning Affairs Brigadier General Reẓā Ṭalā’ī says that the United States “is no longer in a position that would be able to enforce its policies upon independent nations”.

On Tuesday Iranian Deputy Defense Minister for Administrative Development and Strategic Planning Affairs Brigadier General Reẓā Ṭalā’ī stated that the United States “is no longer in a position that would be able to enforce its policies on independent nations”.

This statement came after Ṭalā’ī arrived in Kirghizistan ahead of a military delegation to participate in the defense ministers’ meeting for the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which are Kirghizistan, Russia, Pakistan and Belorussia.

During his separate meetings with the ministers Ṭalā’ī confirmed that Washington will know that it will have to give up its illegal and unrealistic demands, and that “is thanks to the resistance of the Iranian people and the armed forces”.

“We are ready to provide our expertise on defeating Washington to the Shanghai member states”

Ṭalā’ī expressed the readiness of his country to provide its experiences on how to defeat the United States to the rest of the members of the Shanghai Organization, pointing out that “the whole world today believes that the United States and the Israeli Entity are the symbol s of global terrorism”.

Yet as for Iran today, “aside from being ready for a strong defense, based on the needs of the Armed Forces, which are ready to share its defense and weapons capabilities with the independent nations, especially with the members states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization”. This is according to Ṭalā’ī.

In this context an insightful source of the CNN network had confirmed earlier on Monday that the United States and Iran are not as far as it seems, despite not having a second round of negotiations in Pakistan. 

American President Donald Trump had stated earlier that any agreement will make it a condition for Iran “to give up its military intended enriched uranium stockpile”, to stop the enrichment. These demands categorically rejects these demands, as had denied numerous times the claims about its intentions to produce nuclear weapons, confirming that its nuclear program is specifically designed for peaceful, medical and technological purposes.

In addition to that the correspondent of al-Mayadeen in Tehran on Sunday citing source had reported that Iran had informed the mediators about a three stage negotiations framework, and in case Washington agreed to it the negotiations will be relaunched.

According to the sources the first stage the negotiations will be held about ending the war and gaining guarantees not to renew it against Iran and Lebanon, adding that no other topic shall be discussed at this stage.

In case an agreement was reached, “a transition will take place to the second round discussing the ways to administer the Straight of Hormuz after the war has ended”. The third stage is linked to the nuclear matter, as Iran confirms that it rejects to discuss this topic before an agreement was reached on the first two stages.

مساعد وزير الدفاع الإيراني لشؤون تطوير الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، العميد رضا طلائي يقول إن الولايات المتحدة “لم تعد في موقع يمكّنها من فرض سياساتها على الشعوب المستقلة”.

صرّح مساعد وزير الدفاع الإيراني لشؤون تطوير الإدارة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، العميد رضا طلائي، اليوم الثلاثاء، بأن الولايات المتحدة “لم تعد في موقع يمكّنها من فرض سياساتها على الشعوب المستقلة”.

يأتي هذا التصريح بعد وصول طلائي إلى قيرغيزستان على رأس وفد عسكري للمشاركة في اجتماع وزراء دفاع الدول الأعضاء في منظمة شنغهاي للتعاون، وهي قيرغيزستان وروسيا وباكستان وبيلاروسيا. 

وأكد طلائي خلال لقاءاته المنفصلة مع الوزراء، أن واشنطن ستدرك وجوب تخليها عن مطالبها غير القانونية وغير المنطقية، وذلك “بفضل صمود الشعب الإيراني وقواته المسلحة”.

وأبدى طلائي استعداد بلاده لنقل خبراتها في هزيمة الولايات المتحدة إلى بقية أعضاء منظمة شنغهاي، مشيراً إلى أن “العالم أجمع يعتبر اليوم أن الولايات المتحدة والكيان الإسرائيلي هما رمزا إرهاب الدولة

أما إيران اليوم، فـ “إلى جانب استعدادها للدفاع القوي وتلبية احتياجات قواتها المسلحة، فإنها مستعدة لمشاركة قدراتها الدفاعية والتسليحية مع الدول المستقلة وخاصة الدول الأعضاء في منظمة شنغهاي للتعاون”، بحسب ما صرّح طلائي

وفي الإطار، أكدت مصادر مطلعة لشبكة “سي أن أن” في وقتٍ سابق اليوم، أن الولايات المتحدة وإيران ليستا متباعدتين كما قد يبدو، على الرغم من عدم انعقاد جولة ثانية من المحادثات في باكستان. 

وكان الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب قد صرّح سابقاً بأن أي اتفاق سيشترط على إيران “التخلي عن مخزونها من اليورانيوم المخصص للأغراض العسكرية” والتوقف عن التخصيب، وهي مطالب ترفضها طهران بشكل قاطع، إذ إنها نفت مراراً المزاعم حول نيّتها تصنيع سلاح نووي، مؤكدةً أن برنامجها النووي مخصص حصراً لأغراضٍ سلمية وطبية وتكنولوجية. 

وعليه، أفاد مراسل الميادين في طهران الأحد، نقلاً عن مصادر، بأنّ إيران أبلغت الوسطاء بصيغة تفاوضية تقوم على ثلاث مراحل، وفي حال قبول واشنطن بها، يتمّ استئناف التفاوض.

وبحسب المصادر، تركّز المرحلة الأولى من المحادثات على إنهاء الحرب والحصول على ضمانات بعدم تجديدها ضدّ إيران ولبنان، على أن لا تُناقش في هذه المرحلة أيّ ملفات أخرى.

وفي حال التوصّل إلى اتفاق، “سيتمّ الانتقال إلى المرحلة الثانية لبحث كيفية إدارة مضيق هرمز بعد انتهاء الحرب”، أما المرحلة الثالثة، فهي مرتبطة ببحث الملف النووي، إذ تؤكّد إيران رفضها مناقشة هذا الملف قبل التوصّل إلى اتفاق على المرحلتين الأولى والثانية
