Iranian Supreme Leader as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī while welcoming Russian President Vladimir Putin says that “the Western states, including the United States, have become weaker than they were before”.
Iranian Supreme Leader as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī while welcoming Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday in Tehran said that “the Western states, including the United States, have become weaker than they were in the past”.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī pointed out that “despite the efforts taken (by the Western states) and the scale of money the spent, the effect of their policies in our region, including Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine has become very little”.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī added to Putin that “the other important matter is the Syria case and that the Americans occupy abundant agricultural and oil regions in that country. This matter has to be dealt with by expelling them from there”.
The Iranian Supreme Leader underlined that “the Syrian cause is very important”, thus confirming that “the position of the Islamic Republic is to deny the military attack against that country, and it must be prevented”.
In the same context as-Sayyid Hāmeneī while welcoming Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan earlier on Tuesday had said that “any military attack against Northern Syria will harm Syria and Turkey and it will be in the interest of the terrorists”. Thus confirming that “terrorism must be confronted, but the military attack against Syria will benefit the terrorists, despite the fact that they are not confined to just one specific group”.
He claimed that “we consider the security of Turkey and its borders within our own security, and you have to consider Syria part of your security. The Syrian case has to be solved via negotiations. Iran, Turkey, Syria, and Russia have to end this matter through dialogue”.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī: Was it not for the Russian move in Ukraine the other side would have started the war.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī confirmed that “Iran is not happy with what is happening to the ordinary people in the war. However, in the case of Ukraine, was it not for Russia’s move the other side would have ignited a destructive war”.
He explained that “the NATO states know no boundaries. If a path was opened for them and were they not blocked in Ukraine, they would have ignited a destructive war after some time at the Crimean Peninsula”.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī added that “the Iranian-Russian cooperation is a long-term one and follows the interests of both countries to a large extent”.
The Iranian Supreme Leader during the meeting welcomed “the recent stance of the Russian President against Zionism”, pointing out that “the Americans are arrogant and pretentious”. Also that “one of the reasons for the downfall of the Soviet Union was that it fell into the deception of the American policies”.
As-Sayyid Hāmeneī saluted the “policies of Putin for independence taken by the Russian presidency”, turning to him to say: “Russian under Your term safeguards your independence”.
The Iranian Supreme Leader confirmed “the necessity to gradually remove the dollar from international transactions”, thus underlining for the Russian President that “this matter is possible”.

On his behalf, President Putin confirmed to as-Sayyid Hāmeneī that “no one wishes for war”. Also that he “counts the loss of souls as a huge tragedy, but the behavior of the West left us no choice other than the response”.
President Putin explained to Iranian Supreme Leader as-Sayyid Hāmeneī the “actors and roots of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, including the provocative acts of the West and the United States in recent years against Moscow, thus including the coup in Ukraine”.
He also talked about the expansionist policies of NATO, confirming that it continues “despite the adherence of Moscow in the previous period to not to progress towards the NATO states”.
Putin revealed that “numerous European states said that they were opposing the incorporation of Ukraine to NATO, yet they agreed to that in result to pressures by the United States of America”. Thus pointing out that “this matter shows how these states disregard independence and sovereignty”.
Putin confirmed that “the Western sanctions against Russia cause harm to the West itself”. Thus pointing out that “as a result of that the price of gas has risen, and there is a global food crisis”.
As for the matter of transactions with the dollar, Putin viewed that “the United States exploits the dollar to impose sanctions and rob the other countries”. Thus elaborating that “this behavior will leave to loss of trust around the world in this currency, and a path towards substitute currencies”.
He pointed out that “Russia and Iran are on the way to reach new methods for local transactions between themselves”. Also confirms that “the assassination of General Qāsem Soleymānī is a prime example of the malicious deeds that Americans have committed”.
Putin praised the stance of as-Sayyid Hāmeneī towards Syria and the military actions in Northern Syria and said that “Russia’s position is in line with Your position in the Syrian matter, including the military attack against Northern Syria. The region of Syria east of the Euphrates has to come under the control of the Syrian forces”. Thus confirming that “Iran and Russia are fighting against terrorism in Syria in a joint fashion”.
Russian President Vladimir Putin during his meeting with his Iranian counterpart Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī in Tehran on Tuesday said that “the relations between the two states are developing in a good paste”. Also commenting that by saying that by the trade relations “we can be proud of outstanding numbers”.
The Iranian oil company and the Russian Gasprom company signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy, which extends to an investment by Moscow with a value of $40 billion in the development of the Kīš and Northern Fārs fields, and to increase the output of the Southern Pars [Fars] field, while also developing 6 Iranian oil fields.

قال المرشد الإيراني، السيد علي خامنئي، خلال استقباله الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، اليوم الثلاثاء، في طهران، إنّ “الدول الغربية، ولاسيما الولايات المتحدة، باتت اليوم أضعف من السابق
ولفت السيد خامنئي إلى أنه “على الرغم من جهود (دول الغرب) المبذولة وحجم إنفاقها، فإن تأثير سياساتها في منطقتنا، ولاسيما في سوريا والعراق ولبنان وفلسطين، بات قليلاً جداً
وأضاف السيد خامنئي لبوتين أن “القضية المهمة الأخرى هي ملفّ سوريا، واحتلال الأميركيين مناطق زراعية خصبة ونفطية في هذا البلد. ولا بدّ من معالجة هذا الأمر من خلال طردهم من هناك”.
وشدّد المرشد الإيراني على أنّ “القضية السورية مهمّة للغاية”، مؤكداً “موقف الجمهورية الإسلامية الرافض للهجوم العسكري على هذا البلد، وضرورة منعه”.
وفي السياق ذاته، كان السيد خامنئي قال، خلال استقباله الرئيس التركي رجب طيب إردوغان، في وقت سابق اليوم الثلاثاء، إنّ “أيّ هجوم عسكري على شمالي سوريا سيأتي بالضرر على سوريا وتركيا، وسيكون لمصلحة الإرهابيين”، مؤكداً أنّه “يجب مواجهة الإرهاب، لكنّ الهجوم العسكري على سوريا سيفيد الإرهابيين، على الرغم من أنهم لا يقتصرون على مجموعة معينة”.
وأردف: “نعدّ أمن تركيا وحدودها من أمننا، وأنتم يجب أن تعدّوا أنّ سوريا من أمنكم، ويجب حل القضية السورية من خلال المفاوضات. وعلى إيران وتركيا وسوريا وروسيا إنهاء هذه القضية عبر الحوار”.
السيد خامنئي: لولا الخطوة الروسية لأشعل الطرف الآخر فتيل الحرب
وأكّد السيد خامنئي أنّ “إيران ليست سعيدة بما يحدث للناس العاديين في الحرب. لكن، في قضية أوكرانيا، لولا الخطوة الروسية لقام الطرف الآخر بإشعال فتيل الحرب”.
وأوضح أنّ “دول الناتو لا تعرف حدوداً، ولو فُتح الطريق أمامها، ولم تتمّ مواجهتها في أوكرانيا، لأشعلت فتيل الحرب بعد فترة بذريعة شبه جزيرة القرم”.
وأضاف السيد خامنئي أن “التعاون الإيراني الروسي طويل الأمد، ويصب في مصلحة كِلا البلدين بصورة كبيرة”.
ورحّب المرشد الإيراني، خلال اللقاء، بـ”مواقف الرئيس الروسي الأخيرة ضدّ الصهاينة”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “الأميركيين متغطرسون ومخادعون”، وإلى أنّ “أحد أسباب انهيار الاتحاد السوفياتي كان الوقوع في فخّ خداع السياسات الأميركية”.
وأشاد السيد خامنئي بـ”سياسات بوتين الاستقلالية خلال توليه رئاسة روسيا”، متوجهاً إليه بالقول: “إنّ روسيا، في عهدكم، تحافظ على استقلاليتها”.
كما أكّد المرشد الإيراني “وجوب أن تتمّ إزالة الدولار من التعاملات الدولية، شيئاً فشيئاً”، مشدداً أمام الرئيس الروسي على أنّ “هذا أمر ممكن”.
بوتين: اغتيال الفريق سليماني نموذج عن أعمال واشنطن الشريرة
بدوره، أكّد الرئيس بوتين للسيد خامنئي أن “لا أحد يرغب في الحرب”، وأنه “يعدّ فقدان الناس أرواحهم مأساةً كبيرة، لكنّ سلوك الغرب لم يُبقِ لنا خياراً سوى الردّ”.
وأطلع الرئيس بوتين المرشد الإيراني السيد خامنئي على “عوامل وجذور الخلافات بين روسيا وأوكرانيا، لا سيما الأعمال الاستفزازية للغرب والولايات المتحدة في السنوات الأخيرة ضد موسكو، بما في ذلك الانقلاب في أوكرانيا”.
كما تحدّث عن سياسة “الناتو” التوسعية، مؤكداً أنها استمرّت “على الرغم من التزام موسكو، في الفترة السابقة، تجنب أيّ تقدّم نحو دول الناتو”.
وكشف بوتين أنّ “عدة دول أوروبية قالت إنها كانت تعارض انضمام أوكرانيا إلى الناتو، لكها وافقت على ذلك نتيجة ضغوط الولايات المتحدة الأميركية”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “هذا الأمر يعكس افتقار هذه الدول إلى الاستقلالية والسيادة”.
وأكد بوتين أنّ “العقوبات الغربية ضدّ روسيا تعود بالضرر على الغرب نفسه”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “من نتائجها ارتفاع أسعار النفط، وأزمة الأمن الغذائي العالمية”.
وبشأن قضية التعامل بالدولار، رأى بوتين أنّ “الولايات المتحدة تستغلّ الدولار لفرض العقوبات ونهب سائر البلدان”، موضحاً أنّ “هذا السلوك سيؤدّي إلى فقدان ثقة العالم بهذه العملة، والتوجّه نحو عملات بديلة”.
وأشار إلى أنّ “روسيا وايران في طور التوصل الى وسائل جديدة لتداول العملات المحلية فيما بينهما”، مؤكداً أن “اغتيال الفريق قاسم سليماني نموذج عن الأعمال الشريرة، التي ارتكبها الأميركيون”.
وأثنى بوتين على مواقف السيد خامنئي تجاه سوريا والأعمال العسكرية في الشمال السوري، وقال إن “مواقف روسيا تتطابق مع مواقفكم في القضية السورية، ولاسيما الهجوم العسكري على الشمال السوري. ويجب أن تصبح منطقة شرقي الفرات تحت سيطرة القوات السورية”، مؤكداً أنّ “إيران وروسيا تحاربان الإرهاب في سوريا بصورة مشتركة”.
وقال الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، خلال لقائه نظيرَه الإيراني، إبراهيم رئيسي في طهران، اليوم الثلاثاء، إنّ “العلاقات بين البلدين تتطور بوتيرة جيدة”، معقّباً بأنه، من حيث العلاقات التجارية “يمكننا أن نتفاخر بأرقام قياسية”.
ووقعت شركة النفط الإيرانية وشركة “غازبروم” الروسية مذكِّرة تفاهم في مجال الطاقة، تشمل استثمار موسكو 40 مليار دولار في تطوير حقلي كيش وفارس الشمالي، وزيادة إنتاج حقل بارس الجنوبي، وتطوير 6 حقول نفطية إيرانية
