The Algerian an-Nahār newspaper confirmed the transport of businessman Nabīl al-Qaruwī and his brother from the Būṣūf prison in Constantine to the al-Ḥarrāš prison.
According to the same source the transportation of Nabīl al-Qarūwī and his brother came after his case was handed over from the designated authority in Constantine to the attorney in the Sīdī Muḥammad court.
It is expected that the investigating judge will oversee the designated attorney at the Sīdī Muḥammad court until the investigative legal procedures are complete.
Nabīl al-Qaruwī and his brother are charged with illegal entry of Algerian soil and penetrating the borders.

اكدت صحيفة النهار الجزائرية نقل رجل الأعمال نبيل القروي وشقيقه من سجن بوصوف “بقسنطينة” إلى سجن الحراش
وحسب نفس المصدر فإن عملية نقل القروي وشقيقه جاءت بعد تحويل ملف قضيته من القطب المتخصص لقسنطينة إلى قطب محكمة سيدي امحمد
ومن المنتظر أن يشرف قاضي التحقيق بالقطب الجزائي المتخصص بمحكمة سيدي أمحمد على استكمال مجريات التحقيق القضائي
ونبيل القروي وشقيقه متهمان بجنحة الدخول إلى التراب الجزائري واجتياز الحدود بطريقة غير شرعية.
