The “Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām” started to hand over some foreign detainees to the Turkish Intelligence within an agreement with the aim to remove the organization from the list of terrorist organizations.
After a series of detentions, which were carried out against foreign nationals and started by the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām for more than a year ago the latter started to hand over some of them to their own countries within an agreement between them with the aim to work on removing the designation of the organization from the list of terrorist organizations, though in result of the crimes they committed tens of thousands of civilians fell victim during the years of the war.
Activists said that “the organization recently started to hand over 50 armed men of foreign nationals to the Turkish Intelligence, who were in its prisons following raids carried out in the regions under its control. Thus they remained in its prisons until their fate was decided by the negotiations, which the organization carried out with the intelligence services of their countries to hand them over”.
The activists pointed out that “most of those, who were handed over was within the ranks of Dā‘iš, while some of them belonged to the Guardians of Faith organization, which belong under the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām. These are French, Moroccan, Saudi, and Turkish nationals. Thus the negotiations with them failed to deem them forgiven and enlist them within the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām“.
The Turkish Intelligence announced that it apprehended two Turkish people in a security operation within Idlib, as they were claimed to be planning to carry out terrorist acts within Turkey. This matter was refuted by activists.
The activists claimed that “those, whose pictures were published by the intelligence are Orhan Murad and Mustafa Kilikli, who were within the ranks of the Guardians of Faith organization and followed the leader Abū Dī al-Maṣrī”.
The sources pointed out that “the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām held these two in prison for more than a year after they were present in Idlib for 7 years”. Also that what was announced by the Turkish Intelligence was within an agreement with the Hay’at [Taḥrīr aš-Šām] to refute suspicions about the organization that it worked together with the West to hand the wanted personnel over”.
During the last week, the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām launched a new raid carried out against foreign armed men, among them French, Egyptian, and Moroccan citizens, while in addition to that a number of leadership members within the al-Qā‘ida were released, including Abū ‘Abd ar-Raḥmān al-Ḥāritī, a member of the Guardians of Faith’s Advisory Council, though without any information about why they were released.

“هيئة تحرير الشام” تبدأ بتسليم بعض من معتقليها الأجانب إلى الاستخبارات التركية ضمن اتفاق مشروط يهدف إلى العمل على إزالة تصنيف الهيئة من قوائم التنظيمات الإرهابية.
بعد سلسلة الاعتقالات التي طالت مسلحين من جنسيات أجنبية، والتي بدأتها هيئة تحرير الشام قبل أكثر من عام، قامت الأخيرة بعملية تسليم البعض منهم لبلادهم ضمن اتفاق مشروط بينهم يهدف إلى العمل على إزالة تصنيف الهيئة من قوائم التنظيمات الإرهابية، رغم ما ارتكبته من جرائم راح ضحيتها عشرات الآلاف من المدنيين خلال سنوات الحرب.
وقال ناشطون إنّ “الهيئة قامت مؤخراً بتسليم نحو 50 مسلحاً من جنسيات أجنبية إلى الاستخبارات التركية كانوا في سجونها خلال حملات طالتهم في مناطق نفوذها،حيث أبقتهم في سجونها للبت بمصيرهم ضمن المفاوضات التي تجريها الهيئة مع استخبارات بلادهم لتسليمهم”.
وأشار الناشطون إلى أنّ “معظم الذين تم تسليمهم كانوا في صفوف تنظيم داعش، والبعض الآخر منهم تابعون لتنظيم حراس الدين المناهض لهيئة تحرير الشام من جنسيات فرنسية ومغربية وسعودية وتركية، حيث فشلت المفاوضات معهم بإعلانهم التوبة وانضمامهم إلى هيئة تحرير الشام”.
وأعلنت المخابرات التركية أنها ألقت على تركيين اثنين في عملية أمنية لها داخل إدلب، حيث زعمت أنهما يخططان لتنفيذ أعمال إرهابية داخل تركيا، الأمر الذي نفاه ناشطون.
وأوضح الناشطون أن “الذين نشرت المخابرات صورتهما هما أورهان مران ومصطفى كيليكلي، الذين كانا ضمن صفوف تنظيم حراس الدين وتابعان للقيادي أبو ذر المصري”.
ولفتت المصادر إلى أنّ “هيئة تحرير الشام اعتقلتهما في سجونها منذ أكثر من عام بعد 7 سنوات على تواجدهما في إدلب”، وأنّ “ما أعلنته المخابرات التركية هو بالاتفاق مع الهيئة لإبعاد الشبهات عنها حول تعاملها مع الغرب لتسليم المطلوبين”.
وكانت هيئة تحرير الشام قد شنت الأسبوع الماضي حملة جديدة طالت عدد من المسلحين الأجانب من بينهم جنسية فرنسية ومصرية ومغارية، بالإضافة إلى إفراجها عن عدد من القيادات التابعة للقاعدة من بينهم أبو عبد الرحمن الحارثي عضو مجلس شورى تنظيم حراس الدين، دون أي معلومات حول سبب الإفراج عنهم
