President of the al-Fatḥ Coalition Hādī al-‘Āmirī confirms that cancelling 18% of the election stations on its own will cause a huge difference and fundamental change in the election results.
President of the al-Fatḥ Coalition Hādī al-‘Āmirī have confirmed that “the judiciary organization’s rulings about annulling some stations, which did not close 6 o’clock will lead to the annulment of more than 6000 stations”, thus pointing out that “more than 4000 stations have been cancelled for the presence of recurring fingerprints”.
During his meeting with a delegation from the Turkmen Front led by Ḥasan Tūrān in his office in Baghdad al-‘Āmirī explained that “this means that 1000 stations will be annulled and that number represents 18% of all the stations in Iraq, which is of a total number of 55 thousand stations”.
He added: These and other numbers are huge an significant numbers on their own causing a huge difference and fundamental change in the election results”.
The two sides also confirmed that “the mistakes and misadministration by the electoral process committee contributed to causing major chaos in the political situation”.
This happened while previously President of the Supreme Judiciary Council Judge Fā’iq Zaydān confirmed that “electoral fraud up until now has not yet been proven with legal proof legally”. Thus he pointed out the continuation of investigations about the cases of the assassination against the Prime Minister and the targeting of protesters in the Green Zone”.

رئيس تحالف الفتح هادي العامري يؤكد أنّ إلغاء 18% من محطات الاقتراع من شأنه أن يحدث فارقاً كبيراً وتغييراً جذرياً في نتائج الانتخابات
أكّد رئيس تحالف الفتح، هادي العامري، اليوم الاثنين، أن “قرارات الهيئة القضائية ببطلان بعض المحطات التي لم تغلق في الساعة السادسة ستؤدي إلى بطلان أكثر من 6000 محطة”، مشيراً إلى أنّه “ألغيت ما يقارب 4000 محطة بسبب وجود بصمات متكررة”.
وخلال لقائه وفداً من الجبهة التركمانية برئاسة حسن توران في مكتبه بالعاصمة بغداد، أوضح العامري أنّ “ذلك يعني أنّ 10000 محطة ستلغى، وهو رقم يشكل ما نسبته 18% من مجموع المحطات بالعراق التي يصل عددها إلى 55 ألف محطة”.
وأضاف: “هذه الأرقام وغيرها هي أرقام كبيرة ومؤثرة من شأنها أن تحدث فارقاً كبيراً وتغييراً جذرياً في نتائج الانتخابات”.
كما وأكّد الطرفان أن “المخالفات وسوء إدارة المفوضية للعملية الانتخابية أسهم في إحداث فوضى عارمة للوضع السياسي”.
هذا وفي وقت سابق، أكد رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى القاضي فائق زيدان، أن “تزوير الانتخابات إلى الآن لم يثبت بدليل قانوني معتبر قانوناً”، فيما أشار إلى استمرار التحقيق بملفي اغتيال رئيس الوزراء واستهداف المتظاهرين في محيط الخضراء
