Commander of the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces Muḥammad Ḥamdān Daqalū reiterated “his commitment for democratic transformation, the path of transition and the protect the security of Sudan”.
Commander of the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces Muḥammad Ḥamdān Daqalū, known by the name of “Ḥamīdtī” announced that “the decisions of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces ‘Abd al-Fattāḥ al-Burhān happened to correct the path of the people’s revolution”.
Ḥamīdtī added in a recorded message: “We reiterated our commitment for the democratic transformation, the fulfillment of the path of transition and to protect the security of country”.
Previously Commander of the Sudanese Army ‘Abd al-Fattāḥ al-Burhān announced that he “will not take part in any government to be formed after the transitional period”, denying the responsibility of the army for killing protesters.
Al-Burhān also added that “the police force went out to block the protesters and fired teargas. The peaceful protest is a lawful right but we will not allow agitation for division”.
Few days ago the Reuters agency reported on two sources within the government of the resigned Prime Minister ‘Abd Allah Ḥamdūk that he broke off the negotiations for the sake of solving the crisis in Sudan after the army refused to return to the path of democratic transition.
It should be remembered that on 25 October al-Burhān proclaimed a state of emergency on the county and the dissolution of the Transitional Sovereignty Council led by Prime Minister ‘Abd Allah Ḥamdūk, who was detained for a brief period before being released , only to be taken to his home and be put under house arrest.
Since the announcement of these decisions the country, especially the capital Khartoum witnesses a wave of ongoing protests, while the protesters blocked the roads and proclaimed civil disobedience. In exchange the security forces have confronted this.

وفي وقت سابق، أعلن قائد الجيش السوداني، عبد الفتاح البرهان، أنه “لن يشارك في أي حكومة تتشكل بعد الفترة الانتقالية”، نافياً مسؤولية الجيش عن قتل محتجين
كما أضاف البرهان أن “قوات الشرطة قامت بفض التظاهرة، وأطلقت الغاز المسيل للدموع. التظاهر السلمي حق مشروع، ولن نسمح بالتحريض على الفتنة
ومنذ أيام، نقلت وكالة “رويترز” عن مصدَرين في حكومة رئيس الوزراء السوداني المقال، عبد الله حمدوك، تعثّرَ المفاوضات من أجل حلّ الأزمة في السودان، بعد رفض الجيش العودة إلى مسار الانتقال الديمقراطي
يُذكر أنَّ البرهان كان قد أعلن في 25 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر حالة الطوارئ في البلاد وحل مجلس السيادة والحكومة برئاسة رئيس الوزراء عبد الله حمدوك، الذي تم توقيفه لفترة وجيزة، قبل الإفراج عنه، لينتقل إلى منزله حيث وُضع قيد الإقامة الجبرية.
ومنذ إعلان هذه القرارات، تشهد البلاد، وخصوصاً العاصمة الخرطوم، موجة من الاحتجاجات المستمرة، بينما يقوم المتظاهرون بإغلاق الشوارع وإعلان العصيان المدني. في المقابل، واجهت قوات الأمن ذلك
