The official spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yaḥyā Sarī‘ announced that Saudi Arabia has launched more than 2900 air and missile strikes during the recent escalation that had started 100 days ago, leaving behind more than 562 martyrs and wounded, most of them women and children.
In response to the aggression… 4 special operations within 48 hours
In the context of responding to all that, Brigadier General Sarī‘ announced that the Yemeni Armed Forces have carried out during the last 48 hours 4 special military operations with a number of ballistic missiles and drones. These were the following:
- First, targeting the building of the Ministry of Defense in Riyadh, and the hit was direct.
- Second, targeting the Fahd International Airport in ad-Dammām, which has lead to the cancellation of air traffic at the airport.
- Third, targeting the Aramco company in Yanbu‘, and the hit was direct, leading to fires breaking out at the targeted location.
- Fourth, targeting the Abhā International Airport and the hit was direct.
Based on that the Yemeni Armed Forces confirmed that the Saudi regime’s threat by targeting the Yemeni tribes “will not have a kind reception” and that in case it really carried out this threat than “the consequences of this will be catastrophic for it [Saudi Arabia] and unexpected”.
They added that they will report to greater options it does not want to take, holding Saudi Arabia responsible for the consequences these will cause.
Sarī‘ underlined that the Armed Forces continue their operations deep into Saudi Arabia, defending Yemen and its people. He confirmed that they will continue imposing the equation of blockade for blockade and escalation of escalations and targeting the mobilizations of Saudi Arabia until the aggression is stopped and the blockade in ended.
This comes in the context of the Saudi aggression against Yemen. Riyadh targets civilian facilities and homes in a number of Yemeni provinces by areal and missile bombardment.
On the other hand the Yemeni Armed Forces continue their response to the Saudi aggression, while at the same times reiterate their warning for the international flight companies, experts, the employees and the facilitators to avoid operation flights towards the Saudis airspace and airports.

أعلن المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية، العميد يحيى سريع، شنَّ السعودية أكثر من 2900 غارة جوية وصاروخاً خلال تصعيدها الأخير منذ 100 يوم، مخلّفةً بذلك أكثر من 562 شهيداً وجريحاً، جلُّهم نساء وأطفال.
رداً على العدوان.. 4 عمليات نوعية خلال 48 ساعة
وفي إطارِ الرد على ذلك، أعلن العميد سريع تنفيذ القوات المسلحة اليمنية خلال الساعات الـ 48 الماضية 4 عمليات عسكرية نوعية، بعددٍ من الصواريخِ الباليستية والطائرات المسيرة، وهي كالآتي
- الأولى، استهدفت مبنى وزارة الدفاعِ في الرياض، وكانت الإصابة مباشرة.
- الثانية، استهدفت مطار فهد الدولي في الدمام، وأدت إلى تعطل حركة الملاحة في المطارِ.
- الثالثة، استهدفت شركة “أرامكو” في ينبع، وكانت الإصابة مباشرة، مؤديةً إلى نشوبِ حريقٍ في الموقع المستهدف.
- الرابعة، استهدفت مطار أبها الدولي، بإصابة مباشرة.
وعليه، أكدت القوات المسلحة اليمنية أن تهديد النظام السعودي باستهدافِ القبائل اليمنية “لن يمر مرور الكرام”، وأنه في حالِ تورط في تنفيذ هذا التهديد، فـ “إنّ عواقب ذلك ستكون كارثيةً عليه وغير متوقعة”.
وأضافت أنها ستلجأ إلى خياراتٍ كبرى لم تكن تريد اتخاذها، محمّلةً السعودية تبعات ما سيترتّب على ذلك.
وشدد سريع على مواصلة القوات المسلحة عملياتها باتجاه العمقِ السعودي دفاعاً عن اليمن وشعبه، مؤكداً استمرارها في فرض معادلة الحصار بالحصار والتصعيد بالتصعيد واستهداف التحشيدات التابعة للسعودية حتى وقفِ العدوان وإنهاء الحصار.
ويأتي ذلك في إطار التصعيد السعودي ضد اليمن، حيث تستهدف الرياض عبر القصف الجوي والصاروخي، الأعيان المدنية والمنازل في عدد من المحافظات اليمنية.
وفي المقابل، تواصل القوات المسلحة اليمنية ردّها على العدوان السعودي، بالتزامن مع تجديد تحذيرها لشركات الطيران والخبراء والموظفين والمسافرين من مغبّة تسيير الرحلات باتجاه الأجواء والمطارات السعودية
