The Yemeni Armed Forces announce targeting an Aramco oil installation in Ğīzān in Saudi Arabia in response to the Saudi violation of the airspace of Yemen.

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Monday targeting a Saudi oil refinery in response to the violation of the Yemeni airspace by drones.
Official spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yaḥyā Sarī‘ On Telegram said: “By the grace of God the Yemeni Armed Forces managed to target refinery of Aramco in Ğīzān by a drone and it was a direct hit”.
Sarī‘ added that this targeted attacks came “in response to that the Saudi enemy with its drones violated the airspace of Ṣa‘da and Ḥağğa provinces”.
The Saudi Energy ministry had announced earlier that a industrial security firefighter team of the Saudi Aramco company extinguished the fire that had broken out at Sunday dawn at one of the installations of company in Ğīzăn, without registering any injuries.
In July the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that the 2022 ceasefire with Saudi Arabia has collapsed and imposed a naval blockade against Riyadh after a massive popular legitimacy expressed by the Yemenis in the Friday marches of millions in Sana’a and a number of other provinces.
These developments came after Saudi Arabia had targeted Sana’a International Airport in an attempt to prevent the landing of an Iranian plane that was carrying a Yemeni delegation that had participated in the mourning ceremonies of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī, but also sick, injured and other Yemenis stuck abroad. The plane eventually landed at the airport of al-Ḥudayda in result of the aggression. That invoked a response by the Yemeni Armed Forces to target the airport of Abhā’ in Saudi Arabia.
Following this the Yemeni Forces targeted a number of oil carriers that have violated the maritime movement restriction decree, while forcing others to change their coarse. They also targeted oil installations in Saudi Arabia in response to the attacks against Yemen and its sovereignty.
On the other hand Sana’a conducted heavy clashes with the forces that belong to Saudi Arabia in Yemen, which has led to the loss of dozens of them.

أعلنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية، الأحد، استهداف مصفاة نفط سعودية، ردّاً على اختراق أجواء اليمن بواسطة الطائرات المسيّرة.
وقال المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية العميد يحيى سريع، عبر تطبيق “تلغرام”: “تمكنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية بفضل الله من استهداف مصفاة أرامكو في جيزان بطائرة مسيرة، وكانت الإصابة دقيقة”.
وأوضح سريع أن هذا الاستهداف يأتي “رداً على اختراق العدو السعودي بمسيراته أجواء محافظتي صعدة وحجة
وكانت وزارة الطاقة السعودية أعلنت، في وقت سابق، أنّ فرق إطفاء الأمن الصناعي التابعة لشركة “أرامكو” السعودية أخمدت حريقاً، وقع فجر الأحد، في أحد مرافق مصفاة الشركة بجيزان، من دون أي إصابات.
وفي تموز/يوليو الماضي، أعلنت القوات المسلحة اليمنية سقوط هدنة 2022 مع السعودية، وفرض حصار بحري ضد الرياض، بعد تفويض شعبي كبير عبّر عنه اليمنيون في مسيرات الجمعة المليونية في صنعاء وعدد من المحافظات.
وجاءت هذه التطوّرات بعدما استهدفت السعودية مطار صنعاء الدولي، في محاولة لمنع هبوط الطائرة الإيرانية التي كانت تحمل الوفد اليمني الذي شارك في تشييع قائد الثورة الشهيد السيد علي خامنئي، ومرضى وجرحى يمنيين وعالقين في الخارج، والتي عادت للهبوط في مطار الحديدة نتيجة العدوان، وهو ما استدعى رداً من قبل القوات المسلحة اليمنية باستهداف مطار “أبها” في السعودية.
في إثر ذلك، استهدفت القوات اليمنية ناقلات نفط عديدة خالفت قرار حظر الملاحة، وأجبرت أخرى على تغيير مسارها، فضلاً عن استهداف منشآت نفطية في السعودية رداً على الاعتداءات على اليمن وسيادته.
