The Secretary-General of the Polisario says that the U.N. is partially responsible “after its ongoing silence for the aggressions of Morocco”. The believes that Morocco “tries today to play the role of the victim”.
Today, on Saturday Secretary-General of the “Polisario” Front Ibrāhīm Ġālī announced the “end of the commitment for the ceasefire with Morocco”.
Ġālī said, “we will take steps to enact the decree ending the commitment for the ceasefire with Morocco and declare war”.
He added that the U.N. is partially responsible “after the continued silence over the Moroccan atrocities”, believing that Morocco “is trying today to play the role of the victim”.
This comes after Rabat announced to secure “al-Karkarāt”, about which the “Polisario” announced that it confronted the advance.
The Moroccan armed forces have announced that the al-Karkarāt border crossing has become completely safe once again. At the same time, the Saharan Popular Liberation Army talks about a number of targeted Moroccan sites.

This happened after a group of the civil forces attacked Saharan civilians peacefully protesting in front of the illegal al-Karkarāt entry point”.
At the same time, Mauritania also called upon a ceasefire in Western Sahara.
At the same time Spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric de la Rivière is the Spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General said that: “Guterres regrets the failure of his attempts to surpass the escalation in Western Sahara and that he is deeply worried about the possible consequences of the recent events in the region”.
Dujarric added the “Guterres” is still committed to overcoming the failure of the ceasefire holding for 30 years between Morocco and the Polisario Front”.

يأتي ذلك بعد إعلان الرباط تأمين “الكركرات”، فيما أعلنت “البوليساريو” تصدّيها للتقدّم.
