Officials spokesman of the Qatari Foreign Ministry Māğīd ibn Muḥammad al-Anṣarī confirmed that “the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip will start on Friday at 7 a.m. local time and will last for 4 days. The first group of the civilian captives will be handed over from the Gaza Strip at exactly 4 p.m. (14:00 Greenwich time) on Friday”.

The Foreign Ministry reported that it has received lists of the civilians who will be released by Ḥamās and Israel, according to the pending ceasefire agreement.

It added that 50 Israeli civilian captives will be released spread out over 4 days and that the first group of Israeli captives will contain 13 women and children.

It continued: “We expect both sides to comply with the stipulations of the agreement and we view it as highly positive. We also hope that this humanitarian ceasefire will lead to the beginning of a bigger work to achieve a lasting ceasefire and a lasting peace”.

It pointed out that “during these four days the information about the captives shall be collected and it shall be looked into whether a larger number of captives could be released and thus expand the ceasefire”.

The Israeli media reported that “Tel Aviv” has officially received the list of the first groups of captives in the Gaza Strip.

On Thursday morning the Qatari Foreign Ministry announced that “the negotiations that have been going on by Qatar and Egypt about the details of an implementation plan of the humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza between Israel and Ḥamās are ongoing and develop positively”.

This comes after the Ḥamās Movement on Tuesday mourning announced that a humanitarian ceasefire has been reached lasting for 4 days and that is “by the extensive Qatari and Egyptian efforts following difficult and complex negotiations”.

The Movement mentioned that the agreement which according to the points includes the release of 50 captives of the Occupation, women and children, who are below the age of 19. In exchange, the Occupation releases 150 women and children, who are also under the age of 19 from its prisons.

The agreement also includes a ceasefire by both sides to let hundreds of relief trucks enter all regions of the Gaza Strip and to stop all airplane movement in the south for 4 days and daily 6 hours in the North.

أكد المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية القطرية، ماجد بن محمد الأنصاري، أنّ “الهدنة في قطاع غزة ستبدأ يوم الجمعة الساعة 7 صباحاً بالتوقيت المحلي، ولمدة 4 أيام، وسيتم تسليم الدفعة الأولى من الأسرى المدنيين من قطاع غزة في تمام الساعة الرابعة مساء (14,00 ت غ) من يوم الجمعة 

وأفادت الخارجية القطرية بأنها استلمت قوائم المدنيين الذين سيُفرج عنهم من “حماس” و”إسرائيل” وفق اتفاق الهدنة المرتقب.

وأضافت أنّه سيتم الإفراج عن 50 من الأسرى الإسرائيليين مقسمين على 4 أيام، وأن الدفعة الأولى من الأسرى الإسرائيليين تضم 13 من النساء والأطفال.

وتابع: “نتوقع من الطرفين الالتزام ببنود الاتفاق وننظر بإيجابية عالية إلى ذلك، كما نأمل أن تقود هذه الهدنة الإنسانية إلى بدء عمل أكبر لتحقيق هدنة دائمة وسلام دائم”.

ولفت إلى أنّ “هذه الأيام الأربعة سيتم من خلالها جمع المعلومات حول بقية الأسرى للنظر في إمكانية أن تكون هناك أعداد أكبر من الأسرى يتم الإفراج عنهم، وبالتالي تمديد هذه الهدنة”.

ونقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية تأكيد “تل أبيب” استلامها رسمياً أسماء اللائحة الأولى من الأسرى في قطاع غزة.

وصباح اليوم، أعلنت وزارة الخارجية القطرية أنّ “المحادثات التي تجريها كل من قطر ومصر بشأن تفاصيل الخطة التنفيذية لاتفاق الهدنة الإنسانية في غزة، بين إسرائيل وحماس مستمرة، وتسير بشكل إيجابي“.

ويأتي كل ذلك بعد أن أعلنت حركة حماس، فجر الأربعاء، التوصل إلى اتفاق هدنة إنسانية، مدة 4 أيام، وذلك “بجهود قطرية ومصرية حثيثة ومقدرة بعد مفاوضات صعبة ومعقّدة”.

وذكرت الحركة أنّ الاتفاق يتضمن إطلاق سراح 50 من أسرى الاحتلال من النساء والأطفال، ممن هم دون سن 19 عاماً. وفي المقابل، يفرج الاحتلال عن 150 من النساء والأطفال، ممن هم دون سن 19 عاماً أيضاً، من سجونه، بحسب الأقدمية.

ويتضمن الاتفاق أيضاً وقف إطلاق النار من الطرفين وإدخال مئات شاحنات المساعدات إلى كل مناطق القطاع ووقفَ حركة الطيران في الجنوب على مدار 4 أيام، ومدة 6 ساعات يومياً في الشمال
