Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Jerusalem Forces Esmā‘īl Qāānī confirmed that “America and the Zionist Entity will leave the region without reaching any achievement”, just like “they ran away from Yemen, the Bāb al-Mandab and the Red Sea.

On Sunday Commander of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Jerusalem Force Brigadier General Esmā‘īl Qāānī confirmed that “the unified Resistance Front has a strong and active presence in the whole region and it is in a state of awareness waiting for the enemies of humanity”.
Qāānī added: “America and the Zionist Entity shall remember how they ran away empty handed from the heroic Yemen, from the Bāb al-Mandib and the Red Sea”.
He continued underlining: “Now as well, they will leave the region without reaching any achievement”.
On his behalf official spokesman of the Iranian Consultative Assembly’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Ebrāhīm Reẓā’ī underlined that “there is no choice left for Trump, but to accept defeat”. He confirmed that “the Iranian people cannot be defeated and they adventure will fail once again”.
Reẓā’ī explained that “Trump talking about starting a naval blockade against Iran is much more a deception than a reality”, promising that “if Trump implemented his blockade against the Strait of Hormuz that would be an act of war and we will respond to it”.
He also pointed out that the recent American measure about the Strait of Hormuz “will lead to complicating the current situation in which he is hesitating and will only increase the blockage of the markets”.
On he behalf Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Consultative Assembly Ḥāğī Bābā’ī said that “in light of the presence of the Strait of Hormuz, no state can impose sanctions on Iran”, adding: “the Strait of Hormuz and the crowds on the streets are our nuclear bombs”.
These statements came as a response to the claims of American President Donald Trump to imposing a naval blockade against the vessels that would attempt to enter the Strait of Hormuz, or leave it”.

أكّد قائد فيلق القدس في حرس الثورة الإسلامية في إيران، العميد إسماعيل قاآني، اليوم الأحد، أنّ “جبهة المقاومة الموحّدة تتمتع بحضور قوي وفعّال في المنطقة بأسرها، وهي في حالة تأهّب بانتظار أعداء الإنسانية”.
وأضاف قاآني: “على أميركا والكيان الصهيوني أن يتذكّرا كيف فرّوا خالي الوفاض من اليمن البطل ومن باب المندب والبحر الأحمر”.
وتابع مشدّداً: “والآن أيضاً، سيغادرون المنطقة من دون تحقيق أيّ إنجاز
بدوره، شدّد المتحدّث باسم لجنة الأمن القومي والسياسة الخارجية في مجلس الشورى الإيراني إبراهيم رضائي على أنّه “لا خيار أمام ترامب سوى قبول الهزيمة”، مؤكداً أنّ “الشعب الإيراني لا يُهزم وهذا المقامر سيخسر مرة أخرى”.
وأوضح رضائي أنّ “حديث ترامب عن بدء حصار بحري على إيران هو محضُ خداع أكثر مما هو حقيقة”، متوعّداً بأنه “إذا نفّذ ترامب حصاره على مضيق هرمز فإنّ ذلك يُعتبر عملية حربية وسنقوم بالردّ عليه”.
كما لفت إلى أنّ الإجراء الأميركي الأخير المتعلّق بمضيق هرمز “سيؤدّي إلى تعقيد الوضع الحالي الذي يتخبّط فيه وسيزيد من اضطراب الأسواق”.
من جهته، قال نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى الإيراني، حاجي بابائي، إنّه “في ظلّ وجود مضيق هرمز لا يمكن لأيّ دولة أن تفرض عقوبات على إيران”، مضيفاً: “مضيق هرمز والجماهير في الشوارع هما قنبلتنا الذرية”.
وتأتي هذه التصريحات ردّاً على زعم الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب فرضَ حصار بحري على السفن التي تحاول الدخول إلى مضيق هرمز أو الخروج منه
