The leaders of the Algerian parties call the citizens for a big turnout in the next legislative elections with the intention to restore the trust of the citizens in the state institutions.
The political parties continue their campaigns for the legislative elections on 12 June, which entered its 15th day. It all focused on restoring the trust of the citizen in the state institutions by big participation on the next vote, which the officials described as “the only method” for real change in the country.
Secretary-General of the National Liberation Front [NFL, the former state party – Amaraia] Abū l-Faḍl Ba‘ğī said that his party changes today, and will change after the elections. Thus pointing out that “the first thing to change in the Front was the tone and the mentality, and we have a strong desire for the change after we took upon the liberation of the country as a front, and built it as a party after independence”.
Ba‘ğī confirmed in an election rally held today, on Thursday in Saṭīf Province in Eastern Algeria that those who were in the National Front and now run as independents, or on other parties lists have no place [in the party] in the future, adding that those are “renegades”. He added that Algeria today needs to sort out the internal front away from being polarized and that work needs the next legislative elections under the current international, regional, and local circumstances.
On his own behalf the president of the Ḥizb al-Fağr al-Ğadīd [New Dawn Party], aṭ-Ṭāhir ibn Bi‘aybiš from al-Balīda Province believed that “we are heading to the creation of a new republic, which requires new thinking and a sense of responsibility, and all effective sides need to be involved in order to overcome this landmark period”. Thus he deeply believes that transparency of the legislative elections “will enable to restore the trust of the citizens in the state institutions, which was lost by certain previous behaviors, especially by the lack of fulfillment by the previous representatives on their promises and serving their personal interests instead of trying to find solutions for the problems of the citizens”.
Also from al-Balīda Secretary-General of the Ğabhat al-Ḥukm ar-Rāšid [Righteous Rule Front], ‘Īsā bil-Hādī announced that strive to choose the most suitable ones to represent them at the election committees, adding that the responsibility “is multifold” for the Algerians about finding the rightful people, and “so we can get out a circle of futile debates, in which we lived in the last few years”.
Deputy President of the Ḥizb al-Ḥurriya wa al-‘Adāla [Freedom and Justice Party] Ğamāl ibn Ziyādī stressed from Qālima Province that the transparent ballot box in the elections is “the only tool for the real change in the country”, confirming that his party “which only believes in the elections as a method for change” puts its full trust in the Algerian people, “which will achieve a surprise in the next legislative elections” and block the path for those he described as “bats of the darkness”.
While taking part in the popular rally in the Yāsin cultural printing house in Sīdī bil-‘Abbās Province the president of the Ḥarakat Muğtama as-Silm [Peaceful Society Movement] ‘Abd ar-Razzāq Maqrī said that his party “strives to achieve change” and has a program that can be fulfilled by primarily relying on the available human component”.
The president of the Ṣawt aš-Ša‘ab [Voice of the People] Lamīn ‘Utmānī from Tamanrāsat province expressed that the people have to hold sovereignty and called upon all the officials in the various positions they happened to work to respect the will of the people “to arrive at the new Algeria, which the martyrs, the holy warriors, and the righteous ones were dreaming about, and for a strong and determined Algeria fulfilling the national identity and the traditions”.
In the economic goals in the campaign program for the Ḥizb at-Taḥāluf al-Waṭanī al-Ğumhūrī [National Republican Coalition Party], the party’s Secretary-General bil-Qāsim Sāliḥī from the city of ‘Ayn Fakrūn (Umm al-Bawākī) called upon reviewing the accommodation policy in Algeria suggesting to support the common rental homes and review the monthly income, which has to be no less than 24 thousand Algerian dinars to take advantage of this change according to the framework. This amount should be raised to 36 or 40 thousand dinars.
President of the Algerian Justice and Development Front Party ‘Abd Allah Ğāb Allah called on the people not to listen to the calls for boycotts.
Today these statements extended the former stances expressed by politicians and party leaders all confirming the necessity to take part in the elections.

رؤساء أحزاب جزائرية يدعون المواطنين إلى المشاركة الكبيرة في الانتخابات التشريعية المقبلة، بهدف استعادة ثقة المواطن بمؤسسات الدولة
تابعت الأحزاب السياسية حملتها للانتخابات التشريعية في 12 حزيران/يونيو الجاري، والتي دخلت يومها الـ15، وركّزت على استعادة ثقة المواطن بمؤسسات الدولة، من خلال المشاركة الكبيرة في الاقتراع المقبل، والذي اعتبره مسؤولوها “الوسيلةَ الوحيدة” للتغيير الحقيقي في البلاد
وقال الأمين العام لجبهة التحرير الوطني، أبو الفضل بعجي، إن حزبه تغيَّر اليوم وسيتغير بعد الانتخابات، مشيراً إلى أن “أول ما تغيَّر في الجبهة هو الانضباط والخطاب والذهنيات، ولدينا إرادة قوية من أجل التغيير بعد أن قمنا بتحرير البلاد كجبهة، وبنيناها كحزب، بعد الاستقلال
وأكد بعجي، في تجمُّع انتخابي عقده اليوم الخميس في محافظة سطيف شرقي الجزائر، أن الذين كانوا في جبهة التحرير الوطني وترشَّحوا في قوائم حرّة وأحزاب أخرى، لا مكان لهم مستقبلاً، واصفاً إياهم بـ”المرتدّين”. وأضاف أن الجزائر اليوم تحتاج إلى تمتين الجبهة الداخلية بعيداً عن الجِهَوية، والعمل على إنجاح الانتخابات التشريعية المقبلة، في ظل الظروف المحلية والإقليمية والدولية
من جانبه، اعتبر رئيس حزب الفجر الجديد، الطاهر بن بعيبش، من ولاية البليدة، “أننا نتَّجه نحو بناء جمهورية جديدة تتطلَّب فكراً جديداً و شعوراً بالمسؤولية، ولمَّ شمل جميع الأطراف المؤثّرة، من أجل تجاوز هذه المرحلة المفصلية”، معبّراً عن يقينه بأن نزاهة الانتخابات التشريعية “ستُمكّن من استعادة ثقة المواطن بمؤسسات الدولة التي فقدها بسبب بعض الممارسات السابقة، وخصوصاً عدمَ إيفاء الفائزين السابقين بوعودهم، وخدمةَ مصالحهم الشخصية بدلاً من محاولة إيجاد حلول لمشكلات المواطنين
ومن البليدة أيضاً، صرّح الأمين العام لجبهة الحُكم الراشد، عيسى بلهادي، بأن الأحزاب تجتهد في اختيار مَن هم أنسب لتمثليها في المجالس المنتخَبة، مضيفاً أن المسؤولية “مضاعَفة” بالنسبة إلى الجزائريين بشأن اختيار مَن هم أصحاب كفاءة، و”ذلك حتى نخرج من حلقة النقاش العقيم الذي عشناه طوال السنوات الماضية
أمّا نائب رئيس حزب الحرية والعدالة، جمال بن زيادي، فشدَّد هو الآخر، من ولاية قالمة، على أن الصندوق الشفّاف في الانتخابات هو “الوسيلة الوحيدة للتغيير الحقيقي في البلاد”، مؤكداً أن حزبه الذي “لا يؤمن إلاّ بالانتخابات أسلوباً للتغيير”، يضع ثقته التامة بالشعب الجزائري، “الذي سيُحْدث المفاجأة في الانتخابات التشريعية المقبلة”، وسيقطع الطريق أمام من وصفهم بـ”خفافيش الظلام
ولدى مشاركته في تجمُّع شعبي في دار كاتب ياسين الثقافية، في ولاية سيدي بلعباس، قال رئيس حركة مجتمع السلم، عبد الزراق مقري، إن حزبه “يسعى لتحقيق التغيير، ويحمل برنامجاً يمكن تطبيقه، من خلال الاعتماد الأوَّلي على العنصر البشري الكفؤ
وحثّ رئيس “صوت الشعب”، لمين عصماني، من تمنراست، على أن تكون السيادة للشعب، ودعا كل المسؤولين، في مختلف المواقع التي يشغلونها، إلى أن يحترموا الإرادة الشعبية “من أجل الذهاب الى الجزائر الجديدة، والتي كان يحلم بها الشهداء والمجاهدون الأوفياء، من أجل جزائر قوية وجزائر عصرية، توافق بين هوية المجتمع وتقاليده
وفي الشق الاقتصادي في البرنامج الانتخابي لحزب التحالف الوطني الجمهوري، دعا أمينه العام، بلقاسم ساحلي، من مدينة عين فكرون (أم البواقي)، إلى إعادة النظر في السياسة السَّكَنية في الجزائر، مقترحاً دعم السَّكَن العمومي الإيجاري، وإعادة النظر في الدخل الشهري الذي يجب ألا يتعدى 24 ألف دينار جزائري للاستفادة من فرصة سكن وفق هذه الصيغة، ورفع هذه القيمة إلى 36 أو 40 ألف دينار
أمّا رئيس حزب جبهة العدالة والتنمية، عبد الله جاب الله، فدعا الشعب إلى عدم الاستماع إلى دعاة المقاطعة
تُضاف هذه التصريحات اليوم إلى مواقف سابقة أطلقها سياسيون ورؤساء أحزاب، أكّدوا جميعهم ضرورة المشاركة في الانتخابات
