After the statements of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu about the need to carry out a reconciliation between the Syrian government and the opposition, fierce protests by the armed groups broke out in the countryside of Idlib and Aleppo.
Fierce protests broke out b the armed groups in a number of regions in Idlib and Aleppo condemning the statements by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu that talked about the need for a reconciliation between the Syrian government and the opposition in some way.
The statements of Çavuşoğlu came at a press conference on Thursday night at the end of the 13th conference of the Turkish ambassadors and there he announced that he had a brief negotiation with his Syrian colleague Fayṣal al-Miqdād last year, while taking part in the Non-Aligned Movement Summit in October last year in the Serbian capital Belgrade.
Çavuşoğlu underlined the necessity to achieve a reconciliation between the opposition and the government in Syria in some way, outlining that there will be no lasting peace without achieving this. He continued: “There must be a strong administration to prevent the partition of Syria. An administration that can control all the lands of the country can only happen by uniting the lines”.
Following the words of the Turkish Foreign Minister protests broke out in a number of regions in Northern Aleppo refuting his statements, as the protesters, who were the members of the so-called “National Army” took down the Turkish flag from the headquarters in the cities of A‘zāz, Ṣawrān, ‘Ifrīn, Kafr Kalbayn, al-Bāb and burned some of them. The armed groups called upon their members to go out to protest under the slogan “we will not reconcile” in all areas under the control of the Turkish influence in rural Idlib and Aleppo.

Activities confirmed that dozens of protests broke out in a number of areas in rural Idlib and Aleppo stressing their refusal “to the suggestion of Çavuşoğlu, which contradicts the statements of the Turkish regime that the Syrian state is the one that sabotages the political process in the country”. These protests breaking out showed that the armed groups are indeed the side that sabotages any political process leading up to stability in the country and solving the crisis it saw in the last 11 years.
Activists said that the “protesters surrounded a number of Turkish monitoring positions in Idlib countryside and threw stones at them. This led the troops protecting the Turkish positions to open fire in the air to scatter the protests. There was no information about casualties. Yet the protests continued to gather at the monitoring positions at the az-Zāwiya Mountains, an-Nayrab, the al-Masṭūma camp, ‘Ifrīn, and A‘zāz.

بعد تصريح وزير الخارجية التركي جاويش أوغلو بضرورة إجراء مصالحة بين الحكومة السورية والمعارضة، مظاهرات حاشدة للمجموعات المسلحة تندّد في ريفي إدلب وحلب
خرجت مظاهرات حاشدة للمجموعات المسلحة في مناطق عدة في ريفي إدلب وحلب تندد بتصريحات وزير الخارجية التركي جاويش أوغلو، التي تحدث فيها عن ضرورة إجراء مصالحة بين الحكومة السورية والمعارضة بطريقة ما.
وجاء تصريح أوغلو، في مؤتمر صحافي عقده يوم أمس الخميس على هامش اجتماعات المؤتمر الـ13 للسفراء الأتراك في أنقرة، وقد أعلن فيه عن إجرائه محادثة قصيرة مع وزير الخارجية السوري فيصل المقداد، على هامش اجتماع حركة عدم الانحياز الذي عقد في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الماضي في العاصمة الصربية بلغراد.
وشدّد أوغلو على ضرورة تحقيق مصالحة بين المعارضة والحكومة في سوريا بطريقةٍ ما، مبيناً أنه لن يكون هناك سلام دائم دون تحقيق ذلك، متابعاً: “يجب أن تكون هناك إرادة قوية لمنع انقسام سوريا، والإرادة التي يمكنها السيطرة على كل أراضي البلاد لا تقوم إلا من خلال وحدة الصف”.
وعقب تصريحات وزير الخارجية التركي، خرجت مظاهرات في مناطق عدة شمال حلب رافضةً لتصريحاته، حيث قام المتظاهرون أنصار ما يسمى “الجيش الوطني” بإنزال الأعلام التركية من فوق المقار في مدينة أعزاز وصوران وعفرين وكفر كلبين والباب، وإحراق البعض منها، حيث دعت الجماعات المسلحة أنصارها للخروج في مظاهرات تحت شعار “لن نصالح” في جميع المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة النفوذ التركي في ريفي إدلب وحلب
وأكد ناشطون خروج عشرات المظاهرات في مناطق عديدة في ريفي إدلب وحلب، مشددةً رفضها لـ “مقترح أوغلو الذي يتناقض مع تصريحات النظام التركي بأنّ الدولة السورية هي من تعرقل العملية السياسية في البلاد”. وتأتي هذه المظاهرات لتبين أنّ الجماعات المسلحة هي الطرف المعرقل لأي عملية سياسية تؤدي إلى الاستقرار في البلاد ولحل الأزمة التي تشهدها منذ 11 عاماً.
وقال ناشطون إنّ “المتظاهرين قاموا بتطويق عدد من نقاط المراقبة التركية في ريف إدلب ورميها بالحجارة، ما استدعى قيام عناصر حماية النقاط التركية بإطلاق النار بالهواء لتفريق المتظاهرين دون ورود أي معلومات عن وقوع إصابات، مع استمرار توافد المتظاهرين إلى نقاط المراقبة في جبل الزاوية والنيرب ومعسكر المسطومة وعفرين واعزاز
