Local sources report that the security forces of the Transition Council fire bullets upon the protestors because they renounced the detention of a “Youtuber” activist.
Local sources reported to the al-Mayadeen that the security forces of the Transition Council supported by the Emirates fired live rounds upon the protesters in the at-Tawāhī neighborhood in ‘Adan, Southern Yemen. The sources mentioned that many injuries happened amongst the protesters.
The source of al-Mayadeen that the “protesters, most of them young people, cut the main road in the at-Tawāhī neighborhood” today, on Tuesday renouncing the detention of the “Youtuber” activist Fu’ād al-Halīdī by the forces of the Transitional Council for videos in which he criticized the Transitional Council and the “Saudi Coalition”.
The protesters demanded the Southern Transitional Council to swiftly release the activist.
