The Israeli media says that a high ranking Moroccan security delegation “took a secret visit to Israel” some months ago, and point out that “Moroccan police officers agreed with their counterparts on turning over two major criminals held in Morocco”
The Israeli media said that “high ranking Moroccan police officers took a secret visit to Israel some months ago and agreed with their counterparts in the Israeli police on delivering the two fugitive criminals Golan Avitan and Chico (Moshe) Bit Aade from Morocco to Israel via Spain”. That is according to the Israel “channel 12”.
The Israeli media said that “the reason behind the transportation of Avitan and Bit Aade to Israel via Spain is that there are no official announced diplomatic relations between Israel and Morocco, so they will be transported via a third party shadowed by high-security measures by the Israeli police and prison authorities”.
The channel pointed out that “the high-level Moroccan security delegation spent a week in Israel in a hotel in the middle of the country, and after they held several meetings with high-ranking Israeli police officers a series of agreements were made on mutual cooperation”.
According to the channel, it was also reported that “the arrest of Avitan roughly a year and a half ago after information was delivered by the Israeli police to the Moroccan investigators, who arrested Avitan in a Jewish synagogue in Casablanca when he went there with his children to pray”.
The Israeli occupation police said in response to the visit by the Moroccan police officers and their meetings with Israeli police officers about the handover of the two wanted personnel that “the Israeli police cooperates with a number of law enforcement authorities in a wide range of cases, which concerns the police”.
It continued: “Naturally, we don’t give any indications about the measures, which were taken in Israel, or outside, as we also don’t confirm, nor deny the content of these”.
To be remembered that Israeli Intelligence Minister Eli Cohen had said earlier that there are a number of Arab countries that will sign a “peace treaty” with “Israel”.
In an interview with the Israeli “20” channel Cohen pointed out that “amongst the candidate Arab countries to sign a peace treaty with Israel there Gulf states and African Arab states with the Moroccan Kingdom at the top of the list”.

وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية تقول إن وفداً أمنياً مغربياً رفيع المستوى “قام بزيارة سرية إلى إسرائيل” قبل بضعة أشهر، وتشير إلى أن “ضباط الشرطة المغربية يتفقون مع نظرائهم على ترحيل اثنين من كبار المجرمين المعتقلين في المغرب
قالت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية إن “ضباطاً كباراً من الشرطة المغربية قاموا بزيارة سرية إلى إسرائيل قبل بضعة أشهر واتفقوا مع نظرائهم في الشرطة الإسرائيلية على ترحيل المجرمين الفارين غولان أبيتان وتشيكو (موشيه) بيت عاده من المغرب إلى إسرائيل عبر إسبانيا”، وذلك بحسب “القناة 12” الإسرائيلية
وقال الإعلام الإسرائيلي إن “السبب في نقل أبيتان وبيت عاده إلى إسرائيل عبر إسبانيا هو أنه لا توجد علاقة دبلوماسية رسمية معلنة بين إسرائيل والمغرب، وسيتم نقلهما عبر طرف ثالث في ظل إجراءات أمنية مشددة من قبل الشرطة ودائرة السجون الاسرائيلية
وأشارت القناة الإسرائيلية إلى أن “الوفد الأمني المغربي رفيع المستوى مكث في إسرائيل لمدة أسبوع في فندق وسط البلاد، وبعد عقد عدة اجتماعات مع كبار ضباط الشرطة الإسرائيلية، تمّ الاتفاق على سلسلة من التعاون المشترك
وأفيد أيضاً وفق القناة، أن “اعتقال أبيتان في المغرب قبل نحو عام ونصف جاء بعد معلومات نقلتها الشرطة الإسرائيلية إلى المباحث المغربية التي اعتقلت أبيتان في كنيس يهودي بالدار البيضاء عندما جاء للصلاة هناك مع أولاده
وقالت شرطة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي رداً على زيارة ضباط الشرطة المغربية واجتماعهم مع ضباط الشرطة الإسرائيلية بشأن تسليم المطلوبين أن “شرطة إسرائيل تتعاون مع العديد من مؤسسات تطبيق القانون في مجموعة متنوعة من القضايا التي تهم الشرطة
وتابعت: “بطبيعة الحال، لا نعتزم الإشارة إلى الإجراءات التي تم تنفيذها في إسرائيل أو في الخارج، كما لا ننفي أو نؤكد محتواها
يذكر أن وزير المخابرات الإسرائيلي إيلي كوهين، قال في وقت سابق، إن هناك دولاً عربية ستوقع “اتفاق سلام” مع “إسرائيل
وأشار كوهين في مقابلة مع القناة الإسرائيلية الـ”20″، إلى أنه “من بين الدول العربية المرشحة لتوقيع اتفاق سلام مع إسرائيل، دول خليجية ودول عربية أفريقية، على رأسها المملكة المغربية
