The Iranian television ahas announced on Sunday morning the martyrdom of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General ‘Abd ar-Raḥīm Mūsavī, Defense Minister ‘Azīz Nāṣerzāde, Secretary of the Defense Council Admiral ‘Alī Šamhānī and Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Major General Moḥammad Pākpūr following an American-Israeli aggression.

On Sunday morning the Iranian television announced that martyrdom of Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General ‘Abd ar-Raḥīm Mūsavī and the martyrdom of Defense Minister Brigadier General ‘Azīz Nāṣerzāde following the American-Israeli aggression against the country the previous day.
The television also announced the martyrdom of Secretary of the Defense Council Admiral ‘Alī Šamhānī and General Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Major General Moḥammad Pākpūr.
‘Alī Šamhānī took the task of Secretary of the National Defense Council on 5 February 2026 after he was appointed by the President of the Islamic Republic.
On 13 June Major General ‘Abd ar-Raḥīm Mūsavī was appointed as Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Command, following Martyr Major General Moḥammad Bāqerī. That counts to be the highest military rank in the country both as prestige and as responsibility.
Major General Moḥammad Pākpūr was also appointed that time as General Commander of the Revolutionary Guards, following Martyr Commander Ḥosseyn Salāmī.
At dawn the Iranian television announced the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution and Republic as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī in his office at the “Leadership House”, after the United States and the Israeli Occupation on Saturday launched an aggression against Iran, targeting a number of provinces in the country.

أعلن التلفزيون الإيراني، صباح الأحد، استشهاد رئيس هيئة الأركان العامة. للقوات المسلحة الإيرانية اللواء عبد الرحيم موسوي، واستشهاد وزير الدفاع الإيراني العميد عزيز نصير زاده ، من جراء. العدوان الأميركي – الإسرائيلي يوم أمس، على البلاد.
كما وأعلن التلفزيون، استشهاد أمين مجلس الدفاع الأدميرال علي. شمخاني والقائد العام لحرس الثورة اللواء محمد باكبور
وتسلّم علي شمخاني مهام أمين مجلس الدفاع الوطني، في الـ5 من. شباط/فبراير 2026 بعد تعيينه من قِبل رئيس الجمهورية الإسلامية.
وفي الـ13 من حزيران/يونيو، جرى تعيين اللواء عبد الرحيم موسوي رئيساً لهيئة الأركان. العامّة للقوات المسلحة الإيرانية، خلفاً للشهيد اللواء محمد باقري. ويعدّ هذا المنصب العسكري. الأعلى في البلاد من حيث الرتبة والمسؤولية.
كما عيّن اللواء محمد باكبور حينها قائداً لحرس الثورة الإيراني، خلفاً للشهيد. القائد حسين سلامي.
وعند الفجر، أعلن التلفزيون الإيراني استشهاد قائد الثورة والجمهورية الإسلامية. في إيران السيد علي خامنئي بمقر عمله في “بيت القيادة”، بعدما شنت الولايات المتحدة والاحتلال الإسرائيلي، صباح. السبت، عدواناً على إيران، استهدف عدة محافظات في البلاد
