American President Donald Trump hinted a secret pact, which happened between an American company to invest and steal Syrian oil and the “Qasad” [Quwwāt Sūriyya Dimūqrāṭiyya – Syrian Democratic Forces] group belonging to it [America].
Trump pointed out that his administration will study the case of the oil rights in Eastern Syria with the Kurds. Even though he did not obtain international authorization to intrude into Syria, Trump said in a press conference yesterday, Friday: “I managed to safeguard the oil. We have troops guarding the oil. Aside from that we are out of Syria”.
Trump added: “We may conduct negotiations with the Kurds about the oil and we will see how this ends. And then we will leave”. Here he breaches laws and the lawful decisions, which enforces the government to make contacts with the lawful sides and not armed forces, as it happens now between the White House and the “Qasad”.
Trump did not provide any clarification about the details of the expected negotiations, or about the expected sides, which will take part in this, nor any timetable.
American Senator Lindsay Graham announced in late July this year that an agreement was made between an American company and “Qasad” in Northeast Syria about the development and the investment of the oilfields in the region.

المح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب الى الاتفاق السري الذي جرى بين شركة اميركية لاستثمار وسرقة النفط السوري مع جماعة “قسد” التابعة لها
واشار ترامب الى ان ادارته ستبحث موضوع الحقول النفطية بشرق سوريا مع الأكراد، وبرغم انه لم يحصل على تخويل دولي للتدخل في سوريا قال ترامب في مؤتمر صحفي يوم امس الجمعة: “لقد تمكنت من الحفاظ على النفط. ولدينا قوات تقوم بحراسة النفط، وإضافة إلى ذلك نحن خارج سوريا
وأضاف ترامب: “من الممكن أن نجري مناقشات مع الأكراد حول النفط، وسنرى كيف سينتهي ذلك، ثم سنغادر”، وهو هنا يخالف كل القوانين والقرارات الشرعية التي توجب تعاقد الحكومات مع جهات شرعية وليس مع منظمات مسلحة كما يحصل بين البيت الابيض و”قسد
ولم يقدم ترامب أي توضيحات بشأن تفاصيل المناقشات المحتملة أو الجهات المحتملة التي ستشارك فيها، أو أي مواعيد لها
