There is an Emirati-Saudi movement in Eastern Syria by American instigation and the aim is to consolidate the occupation in the region. The illusive player on the field is “Israel”. How Emirati-Israeli cooperation operate in the strategic field?
The press still discusses the arrival of Saudi forces into the American “aš-Šaddādī” Base in Northern Syria a few days ago, which force used to belong to the International Coalition and was in the “at-Tāğī” Base in Iraq.
But it should be considered that this force hasn’t left until now despite roughly a week past by since then. That leads to an assessment that this might be a vanguard of the Saudi forces, which will take the place of the International Coalition, according to of the leaked information, which talks about this matter recently. Especially that the presence of American ground forces has become a burden for Washington, and drains the American special forces, which are present in the region.
The news could have ended here, but what the Turkish Anadolu press agency has published about the Emirates giving massive intelligence support for the Kurdish forces in the last two years after secret meetings with Kurdish military leaders, and sending intelligence officers, operatives and technical experts opens a question about the American intentions expanding the roles of Riyadh and Abū Zabī in Eastern Syria.
The Emirati support for “Qasad” resembles the split of roles lead by Washington between the Saudi and the Emirati sides. The Emiratis role shows the intelligence role and support, which it gives to the Kurdish forces for political purposes. The Emirates is in animosity with the Turkish side, therefore it is within its aims and interests to rally support for the side opposing Ankara, and it provokes it by having its forces along its southern borders.
At the same time on the side of this support, there is the Israeli component, which is not hidden and gives support to the Kurdish forces. The last of these what the “Qasad” did by the so-called autonomous region gaining support by Israeli businessmen making several deals and signing deals with American companies buying Syrian oil.
Saudi Arabia on its own side looks over the split concerning the tribes because Washington wishes to continue the project it started since the beginning of the war against Syria, to alienate the east of the country from its west, by which it wants to invest in this project by sending in Saudi and Emirati troops to ease tension with both sides, the tribes and the Kurds, and set up an area right between the two. Especially after the clashes have arrived to a very big extent, to armed confrontation.
Washington aims to ease the anger of the tribes and turns to Riyadh, and it seems it exploits its tribal ties primarily, and gives assurances to the tribes against the Kurdish decisional overpower in the region, which provokes them and led them to tens of protests against it, expanding into several areas after the assassination of sheiks and leaders of the “al-Baqqāra” and “al-‘Akīdāt” tribe. The protest demanded the expulsion of “Qasad” and the International Coalition, threatening with armed popular resistance.
Washington looks for intermediaries between the Arabs and the Kurds after it failed to enlarge their coalition to contain problems in the region holding the oil reserves and the agricultural hinterland of the country. It tries to grasp the tribal card against the Tehran-Moscow axis, and the “Qasad” card as a backbone for the ground forces securing the occupation in Eastern Syria.
This Saudi presence, which Washington wants in case the leaks are true, is first because of the tribal connections between the most powerful tribes, the biggest of the in Eastern Syria are the “al-Baqqāra” and “al-‘Akīdāt” with tribes reaching as far as Saudi Arabia. Second, because Washington became completely overwhelmed, especially after the tribal anger and the escalation as protests are expending in several regions, because its patrols and forces will become targets for the tribes, which are greatly provoked by the actions of the American occupation, and behind it the “Qasad”, which imposes its military and trade control in everything in the area.
Therefore it is clear that Washington wants there forces to be a front, or as something to face the tribal anger by exploiting the tribal links and also it wants to maintain “Qasad”, as it is still a land forces concentration Washington can rely on either as guards of the oilfields present in Eastern Syria or as guards of Washington’s interests in the region.
It should be remembered that the project is old, and previously the Saudi intelligence officer Anwar ‘Ašīqī talked about this matter in the Council of Foreign Affairs in New York more than ten years ago. He said that there must be a Kurdish state in connection with “Israel” in the Syrian region. The projects reach as far as Yemen and Ethiopia, and we find that now “Israel” is setting up a military base in Socotra with active Gulf help.
Therefore the orders are issued by America, execution is being done by Riyadh and Abū Zabī, and the first and primary beneficiary is “Israel” in all fields.
The Saudi and Emirati desires stay unclear in the east of the Euphrates, as it is expected that the Saudi forces will stabilize their presence on Syrian soil by the end of the one-month deadline, which the “al-‘Akīdāt” tribe granted to the Coalition to evict “Qasad” and leave the military and civil rule of the region in light of unconfirmed reports of increasing hits on coalition targets. Last of which was targeting the “al-‘Umar” oilfield a few days ago.
تحرك إماراتي-سعودي شرق سوريا.. مساع أميركية لتثبيت الاحتلال وابتزاز دمشق

في الشرق السوري تحرك إماراتي سعودي بدفع أميركي، والهدف محاولة تكريس الاحتلال في المنطقة، والغائب الحاضر “إسرائيل”، فكيف يوظَّف التعاون الإماراتي الإسرائيلي على الصعيد الاستخباري
حتى اللحظة تحدثت الأنباء عن وصول قوات سعودية إلى قاعدة “الشدادي” الأميركية شمال سوريا قبل أيام، وهي قوة كات تابعة للتحالف الدولي وكانت في قاعدة “التاجي” في العراق.
لكن على اعتبار أن هذه القوة لم تغادر حتى اللحظة رغم مرور وقت حوالي أسبوع، هذا ما استدعى التحليل أنه ربم تكون طليعة القوات السعودية التي ستحل مكان قوات التحالف الدولي، بحسب الكثير من التسريبات التي تحدثت عن هذا الأمر في الآونة الأخيرة، خاصة أن وجود قوات برية أميركية في هذه المنطقة بات عبئاً على واشنطن، وبات يستنزف القوات الخاصة الأميركية التي تتواجد في هذه المنطقة.
وكان يمكن للخبر أن يتوقف هنا، لكن ما نشرته وكالة الأناضول التركية عن تقديم الإمارات دعماً استخباراتياً كبيراً للقوات الكردية خلال العامين الماضيين بعد لقاءات سرية مع قادة عسكريين كرد، وإرسال ضباط وعناصر استخبارات وخبراء تقنيين يفتح السؤال عن المساعي الأميركية عن توزيع الأدوار بين الرياض وأبو ظبي في شرق سوريا.
الدعم الإماراتي لـ”قسد” أشبه بتقاسم الأدوار التي وزعتها واشنطن على كلا الطرفين السعودي والإماراتي، الدور الإماراتي ينضوي على الدور الاستخباري والدعم الذي تقدمه للقوات الكردية من أجل هدف سياسي، فالإمارات على عداء مع الجانب التركي، لذلك من أهدافها ومن مصالحها أن تقوم بدعم طرف معادي لأنقرة ويستفزها وجوده على حدودها الجنوبية.
بالمقابل، في طيات هذا الدعم، هناك العنصر الإسرائيلي وهو ليس خافياً، ويقوم بدعم القوات الكردية، وآخرها ما قامت به “قسد” وما يسمى بالإدارة الذاتية بإعطاء تفويضاً لرجل أعمال إسرائيلي لعقد صفقات وتوقيع عقود مع شركات أميركية لشراء النفط السوري.
والسعودية من جهتها، تتولى الشق الذي يتعلق بالعشائر، لأن واشنطن تريد استكمال المشروع الذي بدأته منذ بداية الحرب على سوريا بفصل شرق البلاد عن غربها وبالتالي تريد أن تستثمر هذا المشروع بإدخال العنصرين السعودي والإمارتي، لإرضاء الطرفين، العشائر والكرد، وإيجاد منطقة وسط بينهما، خاصة بعد أن وصلت الخلافات لدرجة كبيرة جداً أي المواجهة المسلحة.
واشنطن الساعية إلى تخفيف الغضب العشائري، تلجأ إلى الرياض كما يبدو لاستثمار الرابط العشائري أولاً، ومنح العشائر تطمينات تجاه ثقل القرار الكردي في المنطقة، الذي استفزهم وأخرج عشرات المظاهرات ضدهم، امتدت إلى أكثر من منطقة، على خلفية اغتيال شيوخ ووجوه من قبيلتي “البقارة” و”العكيدات” واحتجاجات طالبت بخروج “قسد” والتحالف الدولي، مع التهديد بالمقاومة الشعبية المسلحة.
واشنطن تبحث عن طرف يتوسط التباين بين العرب والكرد، بعد فشل توسيع تحالفهما لإحتواء التوتر في منطقة تعد خزان البلاد النفطي وسلته الغذائية، وإمساك ورقة العشائر ضد محور طهران- موسكو، وورقة “قسد” العمود الفقري للقوات البرية التي تكرس احتلال الشرق السوري.
هذا التواجد السعودي الذي تريده واشنطن في حال كانت التسريبات صحيحة، سببه أولاً، وجود رابط عشائري بين أقوى العشائر وأكبرها في الشرق السوري “العكيدات والبقارة” مع عشائر تمتد إلى السعودية. ثانياً، لأن واشنطن باتت تعي تماماً خاصة بعد الغضب العشائري الذي تصاعد وامتد كاحتجاجات في أكثر من منطقة، بأن دورياتها وقواتها ستكون هدفاً لأبناء العشائر الذين يستفزهم بشكل كبير جداً تصرف الاحتلال الأميركي وخلفه “قسد” التي تتفرد بالقرار العسكري والتجاري وكل شي في هذه المنطقة.
لذلك، واضح أن واشنطن تريد أن يكون هناك قوة كواجهة تستطيع أم تمتص غضب العشائر من خلال استغلال الرابط العشائري، وأيضاً هي تريد الاحتفاظ بـ”قسد” لأنها لاتزال تشكّل ركيزة للقوات البرية التي تعتمد عليها واشنطن سواء لحراسة حقول النفط التي تتواجد في الشرق السوري، أو حتى مصالح واشنطن في هذه المنطقة.
يذكر أن هذا المشروع قديم، فقد سبق لضابط الاستخبارات السعودي، أنور عشقي، أن تحدث حول هذا الموضوع في مجلس العلاقات الخارجية في نيويورك، قبل أكثر من 10 سنوات، وقال يجب أن يكون هناك دولة كردية على علاقة بـ”إسرائيل” في المنطقة السورية، ومشاريع تصل عبر اليمن إلى أثيوبيا، ونحن نجد الآن إقامة “إسرائيل” لقاعدة في سقطرى، بمساعدة من دول خليجية تطبع فعلياً.
لذا، فإن الأوامر تصدر عن أميركا، والتنفيذ على الرياض وأبوظبي، والمستفيد الأول والأساسي هو “إسرائيل” في جميع الحالات.
ويبقى من غير الواضح ملامح الدور الإماراتي أو السعودي شرق الفرات، بانتظار تثبيت القوات السعودية لوجودها على الأراضي السورية وانتهاء مهلة الشهر التي منحتها قبيلة “العكيدات” للتحالف لإخراج “قسد” وترك حكم المنطقة عسكرياً ومدنياً في ظل الأنباء غير المؤكدة عن تصاعد ضرب أهداف للتحالف، آخرها كان باستهداف حقل “العمر” منذ عدة أيام.
